It transmits constantly as you think, talk, observe, and imagine. In this morning’s analogy, then, you are writing your life’s story in every single moment you are breathing! It wasn’t a new idea for me, but the connection I made relating to wellness and Law of Attraction felt brand new in the moment. Though I was resolving to drop ten pounds of body weight by exercising more and eating less, I realized in the moment that this manifestation was completely connected to my ability to let go of the past. Somehow I knew that dropping the weight was impossible if I held onto old ideas and beliefs. I made a Vision Board recently showing images of what I want my body to look like in a month, and I have been looking at it most every day.
