Hi Everyone! I wrote a post called “Lift Your Mood With Healthy Food” a while back, and I wanted to write a short post today too. I have found that when I get stuck on a thought or habit of doing things that it can be hard to change my ways. After a while you start expecting things in your life to stay the same, because nothing seems to be changing very much. Law of Attraction is really just bringing you change that feels the same because your thoughts and feelings and actions aren’t changing much either. Change can only come when you change your focus, so you have to be the first thing that changes, and then you will see change come to you. I have decided to expect miracles in my life. You see, a miracle is something that seems unlikely. It is like someone walking on water, or healing a sick person. Yet, miracles happen every day when you expect them. If you made a list of things you want, and then you really expected to get them, you would get them! Here is a list of “miracles” that I know many people want but hold themselves away from:
IT WOULD BE A “MIRACLE” IF I COULD:
- loose 20 pounds.
- get a job.
- find a Soulmate.
- be healthy again.
- feel young again.
- have children.
- buy a house.
There are many, many more too. Start thinking of a miracle as something people manifest every day. Make it something you expect everyday. You might think it isn’t possible, but it is possible once you take the resistance out of the equation. What is YOUR miracle? What would you allow into your experience if you could ask for ANYTHING? Let us know. Expect to see you miracle, and you will.
In Joy and Appreciation, Christina

It would be a miracle if I could stick to my plans over the long term. Thanks now this can happen.

Great post Christina! I think my miracle would be to find more things to be miracles. If that makes any sense…

I think my miracle would be to have the financial security to do whatever it is I would like to do. Go anywhere I want to go.

oops! What I meant to say is that the process of thinking and feeling is affected by the changes in the brain chemistry that people who have bipolar disoder can experience. When those changes happen, clear thinking and feeling are impaired by the chemical changes.

My miracle would be to have a healthy mind. LOA can be a catch 22 sometimes, because process of thinking is affected by the chemistry of your brain. In other words, thinking and feeling good things in sometimes impaired, and LOA brings you more of what you are thinking and feeling…..which is sometimes not good. I am making progress, though!
