Self Love: Valentines Day

Self-Love is the foundation of your life. It creates the limits (or limitlessness) of ALL you experience. Do you love yourself enough to live a spectacular life? If so, what better time to show it than on Valentine’s Day. (We can consider it our Love New Year!) And, if you do not feel like you love yourself enough to live a spectacular life, then Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to start shifting your beliefs and feelings in that direction. Here’s how:

Don’t Stop Your Thoughts, Redirect Them!

OK, you might say, thinking didn’t change those circumstances. You just felt better in those circumstances. And I say, look, Law of Attraction either is real, or it isn’t. If it’s real, then how I feel matters a lot! If it isn’t real, I just got lucky. I can’t prove it to you, but you can prove it to yourself. Try redirecting and see if you have fewer bad endings and more good endings to your daily segments. I swear that when I redirect, things work out almost every time.

With Law of Attraction, When Is It OK To Be “Selfish?”

If you get really focused on someone else’s happiness and turn away from your own happiness, you have little to offer them in terms of happiness. In fact, you can’t get unhappy and inspire ANYONE to happiness. What inspires and attracts happiness is…more happiness. You give to others when you are selfish enough to be connected to Source Energy. You will never be poor enough to make others rich, or sick enough to make others well. Rather, focus on your own thriving on all topics that are important to you. Your success and vibrational set point will inspire others, and you will radiate joy and connection. You help others by living your life fully, and by teaching through your actions.

Law of Attraction: Your Feelings Tell You Everything You Need To Know!

Here’s the key to all of this: you don’t really need to think about a car at all! If your experience of contrast has clarified a desire for the new car, then it is available to you as soon as you get out of your own way. If you can find connection and feelings that feel like optimism, expectation, happiness, gratitude, or appreciation on random topics in your average daily experience, then you will manifest the new car in short order. Your feelings tell you everything you need to know. Start looking for reasons to feel good today, and look to all the things you are grateful for too. Be appreciative for little miracles that flood your reality every second.

A Snapshot From Our Grateful Planet!

Here is your “awwww” moment for the day… Koalas asking for water… We received this recently from a member of the GP community, and we thought you all might enjoy the story. At 120 degrees in Australia, it was so hot for a week that Koala Bears were asking people for water. We are told […]

But There Must Be Some Mistake…Why Would I Create THIS?

Again, you can’t avoid things going “wrong” for you, but you CAN do your best to live your highest version of YOU. Be grateful, give freely, relax, and let your life be joyful as much as possible. Be appreciative for the famous people who help us learn about ourselves in public, so that we can be our imperfect selves in private. Send love to others, even when they fall short of your expectations. Let people chose what they will, and choose for yourself as well as you can. There is a perfect unfolding in the Universe, and we have an opportunity to align with it if we choose to…not for the sake of perfection, but for the sake of JOY! There are no mistakes. Enjoy this most amazing day!

Choosing Optimism (part 2)

I love knowing that I can be one of the growing number of people that choose to see the world as opening, evolving, growing, connecting, loving, and allowing. I am elated that I get to choose if I connect or disconnect through my thinking. I am grateful that my interaction with others can be of great value to others. I so appreciate the times when I can be uplifted by the thinking and words of others. I love turning and giving my attention to things that feel good, and making the best out of the things that feel like contrast. I love striving to see my glass overflowing with wellbeing. I love living the results and manifestations that I am enjoying from thinking optimistically over time. And finally, I appreciate the opportunity to share these words with you today, and I am grateful for you, always.

10 Tips for Increasing Your Gratitude

1. State your gratitude in your mind, to yourself, every time you think to do it. It only takes a second, and it costs nothing…but can pay off big!
2. Don’t censor your gratitude. Your worthiness to be grateful is never in question. If you feel grateful, go on and feel it fully.
3. Be grateful for the things you might normally take for granted…your breathing, your heart beat, your mind, your thoughts, and anything that comes to mind that always has been there for you. You would miss any of these if they went away suddenly!
4. Be grateful for all the things you have accomplished in your life so far. Your journey led you to this moment called NOW. Be thankful for all the good, bad, and the ugly. Give thanks for the joy and the tears. You are you because of the journey you have walked up to this moment.
5. Be grateful for the things you haven’t even begun yet. Love the fact that your best days are still unfolding. Be grateful that contrast has created a new YOU that is always evolving. Love the newness of each future moment as it becomes your NOW.
