Gratitude as the idea of a release from a bad feeling does not feel as good as just feeling grateful for the life around you.  Being grateful the simple things in life sets you on the path toward your Vortex.  I am grateful for this post today and I will try to hold gratitude as my dominant thought throughout my busy day!</description>
