You cannot harm another individual with your thoughts, only yourself. Whatever you are thinking and feeling you are also creating. If these thoughts are unkind and unloving, you are bringing unkindness and unlovingness into your own life. Do yourself a favor and think and feel kind, loving thoughts towards others, especially those who have harmed you. You will be pleasantly surprised at what comes back to you.
