The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the universe.  At the same time it is so simple, consisting of just three steps:

  1. Asking – our work.
  2. Answering – the Universe’s work
  3. Receiving – our work

But do we always know when we in the vibrational state that enables us to participate in step 3?  Or, if you are like me, sometimes we can’t seem to help ourselves step out of alignment with who we really are.  Do you wish there was some way you could measure how aligned you were with the Stream of Well-Being?  Wouldn’t that make things so much easier?

Well, the Universe has answered our desire!  I help out with a website called that enables you to measure the power of your intention.  Enter you email address – no other signup is required – and the site emails you up to two ‘workout sessions’ each day.  The sessions ask you to set your intention for a group of people in the file named in the email.  For example, this morning I was asked to focus my intention on “filing people in this file with abundant vibrant health.”

So, I relax and enter my ‘intending zone’, and visualize as the people full of joy, energy and light.  When I am done I click ‘reply’ to my email.  In about 30 seconds I get my results as to whether my intention has been powerful enough to help the people. I can’t tell you how good it feels when I win!  I then know that I am in the vibrational space when the Law of Attraction is working for me!

How does it work?  Research over the last 20 years at the Princeton University School of Engineering showed that people are able to influence randomly generated events.  IntentionGym uses this insight to provide you with a training program to hone your manifesting skills by taking a file of events, such as people, some of whom may have had health issues.  The system randomly splits the file and sends half to you.  (Note the random part as this is what makes it all work.)  You focus your intention and then reply to the email.  The system then compares your half with the control half to see which half has the most healthy people in it.  If it is your half then you win.  If it is the other half you lose.

In a Universe without the Law of Attraction, the odds are 50/50 that you win.  But it is amazing to see your ability to influence these files rise well above the average and get 8, 9 or even 10 out of 10 wins.  Of course it takes practice, but then so does golf.  What is great about IntentionGym is that, perhaps for the first time we have a way to practice the Law of Attraction so that step 1 and step 3 are as easy and natural for us as they are meant to be. -Maya
