I just want to say that I am feeling grateful today for the many people in the world that choose love as their focus. When you decide to choose love, you will see and feel more love. You will look for it, and it will find you. Love means being open to helping others. It means being patient when you are restless. It means giving the benefit of the doubt to others, letting them be who they are and not needing to change them. Love is the answer to life’s all-perplexing questions.

When I need a reason to love, I look at my dog Suki. She is always in love with life. She never questions if life has thrown her a curve ball, or if there is fairness in the world. She knows that life is a game of fun and joy, and she tells me this with a single look. If I feel bad, I just look at her and stare at her for a few moments. Then my restlessness melts away and I remember that well being abounds. She is a great teacher of life’s greatness, and she does it without being aware that she does it. She just lives well being, and she radiates it at the same time. This is one of the best ways to teach…by example.

Perhaps you have a pet or a favorite person that can help you find the feelings of connection when you are a little shaken. It need not be a person because it can also be a TV show, or a favorite band or album. Give your focus to the things that feel good to you, and let yourself be in the loving arms of Source Energy more often. When you feel good, you lead by example.
