Feeling Better Is A Choice!

The Law of Attraction is a wonderful law. It is a fair and consistent law that states that “that which is like, unto itself is drawn.” Another way of saying this is “like attracts like.” Whatever you offer to the world and the Universe through your vibrational existence is matched by Law of Attraction with other things that are similar in vibration. On a practical level, thins means that what you think, feel and do makes a big difference in terms of what you are attracting and manifesting in your life. On the flip side, if you want to know the vibrational average of you have been thinking, feeling, and doing, just examine your life; everything in it is a perfect vibrational match to what has come before it. So how are you doing right now? Really well…pretty good…or does life kinda suck lately?

No matter where you stand in this moment, you always have access to thoughts, feelings, and actions that will improve the way you feel. Notice that I didn’t say that you will always have access to good-feeling thoughts and actions. All I said was that you always have an opportunity to feel better, and feeling better is what it is all about. There is never a need to jump right from depression to bliss, and you probably couldn’t do it even if you tried with all your might. The two vibrations are too far apart. Instead, always reach for thoughts that feel better, but that feel possible too. You have access to powerlessness from depression, for example…and powerlessness doesn’t feel good, but it does feel better because feeling powerless at least feels like something, where depression feels completely hopeless and disconnected. From powerless you now have access to grief and fear, and on up the vibrational/emotional scale you can travel.

After a while you will begin to remember that all this stuff in life is really just a cosmic game made for the fun of playing. Each person is completely in control of their focus and attention, and as you focus you create your vibrational point of attraction. Law of Attraction sends you stuff and people and events that are of a similar vibration to the signal you send out all day every day. As they say, when it rains, it pours. Whatever you are getting is what you will keep getting unless you make a change in your focus. But how do you make this change? Here are a few tips for you:

  1. Be grateful today for what you already have.
  2. Make a choice to feel better and better throughout the day.
  3. Commit random acts of kindness when you can.
  4. Compliment everything! People, animals, and even yourself can benefit from a few nice complements every day.
  5. Relax and enjoy each moment even more today. Be for things but never against things.

You always can feel better, and you can decide that joy and bliss are for you. Feeling better is always a choice, and it’s YOUR choice. Are you ready to attract more of what you want into your experience? Then start by climbing up the emotional ladder more often every day, until it seems like the most natural thing you could ever do. Your life will become a reflection of the things you have been asking for for a long time, and all your family and friends will know you have learned some kind of secret. Your Life Is Like A Beautiful, Huge, And Amazing Puzzle!

This summer I did something I haven’t done in years. I was visiting family and there was a large puzzle on the kitchen table in the process of being completed. Working on a puzzle looks so boring, and I hardly consider it as an activity worth spending time on. But I was on vacation, and I really wanted to spend time with family members, so I started working on the puzzle with them. I have to say, it is way more fun to work on a puzzle than it is to watch someone else work on a puzzle.

I suppose that is a good analogy for life as well: it’s so much fun to be a thriving part of an expanding and fulfilling life than it is to watch someone else thriving and expanding. Luckily, we all get to choose how our life expands through the Law of Attraction, and if there is something we want, we need only give our full attention to it and allow it into our experience. There is another great parallel to life and a puzzle: if you do the whole puzzle in anticipation of how you will feel when you put the last piece in place, you will have a lot of hard work for a small payoff at the end. And most likely, like life, you probably won’t feel a huge thrill when the last piece is in place…it will feel like the next logical step, and you will probably be ready for another puzzle. The trick is enjoying the process of putting it together, and having lots of little thrills along the way to enjoy, knowing that the end is not the goal.

If you live your life like a beautiful puzzle, there will be some immediate advantages to you. Here are some that come to me this morning:

  1. You know you are making something beautiful.
  2. You have many triumphs along the way.
  3. Small roadblocks release into times of great progress, as you find a section of pieces that fit together.
  4. You know that there is order to it all, and you can relax into full awareness that all is well, and that everything you need is provided.
  5. You have a job: to find the next piece. Your job is not to finish it all with the next piece, nor could you if you tried to.
  6. With every piece added, the whole scene gets more and more beautiful.
  7. Problems (pieces not found) on one day get a new perspective on another day, and you “see” things you missed the previous day.
  8. Others can help you see things you were missing as well.
  9. You don’t try to force pieces that look close but don’t fit, but rather you relax and know that the right piece is out there to complete your perfect image.
  10. On some level you realize that it’s really just a game. It’s probably not your first or last puzzle, so there is no rush to complete it so that you can be deserving. You are exactly in the right place at the right time, right now…doing today’s puzzle.

Meditation: The Key To Allowing And Feeling Better!

If you are like me, there are times when you can’t seem to slow your life down long enough to stay centered for very long. I am doing this or that, running here or there, and taking care of things that need doing. But when I feel like I need to find my center, allow more wellbeing, and connect to Source Energy, there is no quicker and better way than to meditate for 5–10 minutes. Some people think that meditating means burning incense, chanting “Ohm,” and pondering your belly button for hours at a time; but I am talking about a much simpler process that I will outline here. Meditation really can be as simple as sitting quietly, walking deliberately, or breathing rhythmically. If you are new to meditation, try these steps and ass if you feel better in the process:

  1. Sit quietly in a chair or on the floor, and make yourself comfortable in an upright position. If you need to wear comfortable clothes, change into these clothes first. Have an alarm that you can program for 5, 10, or 15 minutes. I like my iPhone for this.
  2. Close your eyes and just start to notice everything around you. What do you hear? What do you smell? Take in information from your senses, but don’t judge any of it. Simple notice things.
  3. Once you are in the moment and noticing things, pick one thing to focus upon. It can be your breathing as you notice it going in and out. It can be a sound in the room, such as a fountain, or wind chime. It can be anything you choose.
  4. Once you start focusing on the sound of your choice, just allow yourself to exist in the moment with the sound. If your mind wanders…and it will…just bring your attention back to the focus of the sound, or your breath. There is nothing else to do. Just go with it.
  5. Stick with the meditation for 5–10 minutes and notice how you feel. You will probably get a flash of intuition, insight, or inspiration at some point. You may get the solution to a problem you have been worried about. You may even feel a renewed sense of purpose for the entire day.
  6. When the alarm goes off, open your eyes and take a few more breaths in and out. Be grateful for the time you spent opening your mind and senses. Feel your wellbeing increase. Notice that you probably feel a little better than when you started.

Meditation is a process that can be tailored to the individual, and there is no right and wrong way to do it. You can think a short mantra (several words that you repeat over and over again), or you can use affirming sentences. Everybody has their favorite methods. No matter how you do it, enjoy the process of convening with yourself with the intention of feeling better. If you do it every day, you will really notice a difference as soon as the first day you do it…and the more you do it the easier it gets. Turn The Corner On Feeling Better!

Law of Attraction is a fair and consistent law, and it works even when you aren’t aware of it. All you do is think and feel and act, and think and feel and act, and then observe the results you get in your life. The Law of Attraction tunes into your vibration, which is the sum total vibrational average of your thoughts, feelings, and actions over time. What your life is right now is a perfect reflection of your vibrational offering in the recent past. People wonder why they can experience something unpleasant even when they feel good in the moment, and this is because it is your average vibrational offering that creates your point of attraction, and this point of attraction is what Law of Attraction matches and magnifies in your experience.

So if you feel snarky most of the time, and you talk about things in terms of your disappointment with the present, it makes sense that Law of Attraction will line you up with more critical, cutting, snide, cranky, and irritable experiences for you to “enjoy,” even when you feel happy for a few moments at a time. The key to all of this is to turn the emotional corner and find a way to feel better more of the time.

Feeling better is the key, but changing your behavior is the goal. If your life is not thrilling you enough, you have to change the input that creates your point of attraction, and then Law of Attraction will also work for you in more pleasing ways. Here are a few tips for turning the emotional corner, and all of these ideas can make you think, act, and feel differently.

  1. Exercise more. Take a walk, run in the woods, or get on a stationary bike. While you exercise, tell yourself: “I am opening to my greater health, and my body is very wise. I give myself love and health, and I receive love and health from the Universe.” Feel every cell in your body respond to your affirmations. You are turning the emotional corner.
  2. Eat Better. No matter what you have been eating, change your diet a little. The phrase “you are what you eat” is a good rule of thumb, so if you want to feel differently, try eating differently. Do a juice fast, or a true fast. But a cook book and make some new meals that you haven’t made before. notice that the food makes you feel differently. You are turning the emotional corner.
  3. Talk Less. That’s right. Talk less. If your point of attraction has you lining up with things you don’t like, you are probably in a habit of talking about things in a disconnected way. Talk less, and listen more. Even observe the way you talk to yourself in your own mind. Be kind to yourself, and love yourself more. Let whatever cognitive dissonance your have going melt into awareness of your perfect relationship to love and allowing. You are turning the emotional corner.
  4. Practice Optimism. While you are talking less and observing your thoughts more, turn your thoughts into better-feeling, more positive statements. Make it a game, and enjoy the process. Fr example, if you are doing something and you are beating yourself up, do it a little less. If you say “I really suck at this,” notice, laugh to yourself, and think again. Say “do over” and tell yourself “now I may suck at this, but I am getting better and better with every try. Soon I will suck less at this.” minor change…big vibrational shift. You are turning the emotional corner.
  5. Stop “should-ing” on yourself. Do you do things just because you “should?” Doing this can evolve into acting by default, and living out patterns of actions and thoughts that mess up your pint of attraction. Do everything because you choose to, and not because you feel you should do it. I would wager that at least 20% of the actions people choose are by default because they feel they are supposed to do it that way. Get your “should” together. You are turning the emotional corner.

See if doing all of this makes a difference to the way you feel. If it does, you are turning the emotional corner. When you think, feel and act differently then your life must change. I look forward to hearing about your successes. Enjoy this most amazing day!  Chris-GP

Five Tips For Allowing Your Wellness!

The word “Allowing” describes a state of being where you are connected to your Source. It is a state where you are in The Vortex, in harmony with who you really are. When you are in the state of Allowing, you are feeling good, you are ready for more, and you are enjoying your life in this moment. Being in a state of allowing also means that you are attracting things you want into your experience through the Law of Attraction. Law of Attraction magnifies what ever you are vibrating and brings more of it into your experience. So if you want more of the things you have been asking for, try practicing a state of allowing more often. When you are in this wonderful state, time is on your side, you have perfect timing, and you see the best in everyone, everything, and every moment. Here are five simple tips for expanding your experience of allowing:

1. Meditate. Just sit quietly for five minutes and notice your breath moving in and out of your lungs. If you mind drifts (and it will) then just bring your attention to your breathing again. You will feel the relief of your wellbeing expand. You are in a greater state of allowing now.

2. Be Grateful. Think of all the gifts you have in your life right now. Be thankful for each. Count each blessing one by one, and feel the joy of how many wonderful things you already have. Go over the list again and again. Feel the joy. You are in a greater state of allowing now.

3. Love the people in your life. Think of all the people who you interact with every day. Think of how each one of them is special and how each adds value to your experience at some level, either as a teacher, a student, or as a colleague. Give them a mental embrace. You are in a greater state of allowing now.

4. Visualize everything you want. See yourself having all the things you say you want. Love the feeling of having it all right now. Play with the images until they feel really good. You are in a greater state of allowing now.

5. Just relax. Yes, you can allow by doing nothing. Breathe, daydream, and let go of every worry you have. Release all resistance, and just be. Feel your vibration raise by the act of completely letting go. You are in a greater state of allowing now.

These tips are simple, yet each will make a positive difference in your vibration. Each one will help you feel a little better. Try these and see if they work for you. Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP

How You Feel Is Everything!

The Law of Attraction is a consistent, fair, and always predictable law of the Universe: you attract to you the things that you give your attention to, regardless of if you want them. You have an ability to spin your perception in ways that make the best of any situation, and in doing so, you literally change the way that the Universe manifests for you. The most important part of harnessing the power of the Law of Attraction is to notice how you feel. If you feel good, you are attracting everything you are asking for vibrationally. If you feel bad, you are attracting things that you won’t like very much when they appear in your reality. But there is no need to stop thinking thoughts, or to panic and attempt to censor your mind. In fact, trying to stop a thought in its tracks is next to impossible. Instead, you are better off relaxing and redirecting your thoughts to something that feels a little better. The point is to notice how you feel, acknowledge where you are, and always move toward things that feel better. Simply turning from things that make you feel worse…just thinking about something else…is all you need to do to “stop” the thoughts that feel worse.

Not long ago I wrote about a game I play as I go through my day. It helps you keep track of how you are focusing your attention on any subject. I call it the “That Feels Good” game. In this game, you just pay attention to how your day unfolds in terms of how it feels to you. In this game there are only two phrases: “That feels bad” or “That feels good.”  When you say “that feels bad” to yourself, it’s time to redirect. When you say “that feels good” to yourself, you just drink in and savor and appreciate the moment for the good feeling it brings. You might even follow a good-feeling experience deeper to see if it gets better and better.

Here are some examples to clarify this.

1. Someone who is talking to you shifts their focus to all the problems they have been experiencing. It goes on and on. You calmly say to yourself “this feels bad” and think of a way to redirect. You may give them words of comfort, or help them see a silver lining in the situation…or you may just be silent and let them talk themselves out. See if you can elicit a “that feels good” from your vibration. If you can’t then it’s time to move on to another encounter with someone else, as opposed to helping them whip up the disconnection by participating fully in it.

2. You are in a grocery story in the checkout line, and someone cuts the line. You feel some negative emotion and say to yourself “that feels bad.” You have two choices. You can continue to feel bad and maybe even confront the person, or possibly stew about it to yourself, or start talking to another customer about the “injustice,” or you can find something else to focus upon that feels better. In this case you might notice an adorable child in the cart behind you, smile at it, and start up a very pleasant conversation with the parent of the child. If so, you might feel you connection return. You would say “that feels good.” Then continue to enjoy the interaction. The line cutter is no longer part of your vibrational attraction.

3. You are out shopping and the day is going well: the lights all turn green as you roll up, you get the parking spaces you want, and the traffic is flowing well. Every time you notice one of these events going your way, just say out loud or to yourself “that feels good.” Smile and rejoice that you have perfect timing. Bask in it. Noticing that acknowledging that you feel good actually makes you feel even better.

4. You are having a good time at work, and all your activities feel rewarding. Suddenly an email comes in from someone who recently had a disagreement with you. You look quickly to determine that there is no new information in the letter, and you notice strongly “that feels bad.” In a microsecond you tap the DELETE key, and in a few seconds you begin to feel your connection return. Before long, you will be able to say, once again, “that feels good.”

This is a game, so there is no need to be serious about it. Just notice how you feel and what you say to yourself in your “inner speak.” If you don’t have strong feelings either way, just say nothing. By following your bliss throughout the day, you will enjoy the process more, you will love the day more, and you will be using the Law of Attraction to put everything you want at your finger tips. What To Do When The Fecal Matter Strikes The Air Mover!

Life happens. Fecal Matter Happens. If you are alive on planet Earth, you will have times when contrast gets in your face. You may lose or not get a job, or your lover may leave you, or someone you really care about  may die. Life moves in cycles, and you can expect to experience some tough times on occasion. The only question is, what do you do about it? Instead of going crazy trying to figure out what went wrong, you can use the principles of the Law of Attraction to get a new perspective and to feel better. Once the fecal matter is bouncing off the fan, consider the following thoughts:

  1. Everything is temporary. No matter how uncomfortable your experience is, it will only be your experience for a limited amount of time. Ride out how you feel, and let your feelings be your feelings. Own your experience as simply your experience. It is what it is. Soon everything will change to something else, and you can meet the new experience when it becomes your “now” experience. Until then, don’t worry. This, too, will pass.
  2. Contrast creates desire. If you are really in a crappy situation, it means that you are asking for something better in a very, very powerful way. When you ask, Source Energy answers and expands and literally becomes the new condition you have asked for. This new condition is now available for you to align with, where before you had your crappy experience, it didn’t exist at all. So by not having what you want, you create something even better.
  3. Don’t look back. Your experience of contrast creates a new vibrational reality, and you can’t be a match to the new condition by staying stuck in the old hurts. You must feel your negative emotions, but then let yourself feel better, and when you can, move on to the next experience. Remember that you can attract an even better experience by becoming a vibrational match to the new experience. This means being open to getting a better job, meeting an amazing lover, or coming to closure with the loss of a loved one.
  4. Don’t play the blame game. If something didn’t go your way, you are human…period. Everything won’t go your way, so get over it. It isn’t someone’s fault. The Law of Attraction brings to you only experiences that match your average vibration, so nothing can happen to you unless you have invited into your experience. There is no Law of Assertion, so nothing can just appear in your experience that is not part of your average vibration created through your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Don’t blame. Just take responsibility for what happened, and pivot to the best thoughts you can find on the subject.
  5. Bless the contrast. If you didn’t have crap striking the air conditioner, you wouldn’t have a dynamic, expanding experience to rendezvous with in your future. Your motion forward and your joy depend on this expansion.  Once you are done yelling and being angry for what has happened, be glad for the experience, and feel good about the joy that is on its way. Be grateful for who you are, where you have been, and where you are going. Give gratitude for this amazing Universe, and bless your varied experiences. Everything is a match. Relax and accept this fact, and gives thanks for the diverse experiences you get to have.

I have had enough contrasting experiences to realize that the new condition I created and eventually attracted was WAY better than the original disappointment I felt. A job I didn’t get was superseded by an incredible opportunity to do something much better, or a relationship that ended created the space for one that was 100 times more joyful. You just can’t know what is coming, but you can believe in the power of the Universe to bring you what you have created in your darkest moments. All is well, and if you are having a tough time today, breathe deeply, read this again, and know that your desires have been clarified and expanded. Perception Is Reality, So Look For Wellbeing!

It has been said in many circles that perception is reality. But science, and quantum physics specifically, is beginning to explain that this is literally true. In the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know” evidence is presented that explains how we interact with the quantum field. In essence, they explain that energy exists in a wave when no one observing it, and it exists in particle form when someone IS observing it. The observer literally changes the reality of the quantum field through interacting with it. If we have this ability to snap reality into place when we observe it, then why can’t we have an effect over the reality it embodies? Leading scientists are saying exactly this: we create reality with our perception of it. Over the years philosophers have hinted at this, and even Shakespeare said that “life is a stage,” equating it with the made-up reality of theater. If you can accept the role you play in the creation of reality through your perception, and if you can accept that your perception is greatly affected by the thoughts you think, then you can logically conclude that your thoughts create reality…literally. Knowing this, doesn’t it make sense that you would want to frame your perception to suit your greater desires? How would you do this? Here are a few examples:

1. Stuck in traffic: held up so I can meet up with something important later today.

2. Not in a relationship: getting ready to meet the perfect person who is almost ready to meet me.

3. Unhealthy: honing a strong desire to allow better health and thriving.

4. Stressed: focused and productive and ready to relax very soon.

5. Broke: creating amazing prosperity through strong contrast around money.

6. Uninspired: ready for a new direction

You may think that these are just euphemisms for bad-feeling thoughts. Yes, it’s true. But the feelings behind these thoughts are what really matters here. If you can learn to spin these thoughts into the best possible story you can tell, then you can learn to find the best in ALL stories you tell. Feel the relief that the new statement brings to your consciousness. Assure yourself that you are literally changing the quantum field with your improved framing of reality. Soon you will see reality bending to your interpretation of it. People will call you lucky and fortunate. You will have things begin to work out for you in amazing ways. You will become the master of your life. When people ask, you will say, “I decide what form my quantum field takes, and I am picky about the things I like to experience.” Or maybe you will just smile and say thanks for the support. Either way, taking control of your life will feel wonderful, and you will be in the Vortex of creation where Law of Attraction can bring you all you desire. Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP

Breath Equals Life!

Are you wanting to be free, alive, and connected to Source Energy more often? One key is to reduce your resistance to the flow of the Universe, and to let yourself fell better and better over time. Law of Attraction matches you up with more resistance, or more connection, based on what you practice most often. I have a hard time relaxing sometimes, and I always go back to this one simple tip when things get tough: Notice Your Breath! When you are resisting your well being, you almost always will also be resisting your free flow of oxygen as well. Yogic masters have taught the free flow of breath for thousands of years, and breathing is the fastest way to connect to well being that I can think of. You don’t even have to feel disconnected to practice breathing. Here are a few tips.

  1. As soon as you can after waking in the morning, stand and take about 20 fast, deep, and cleansing breaths, blowing air in and out vigorously. Be careful not to get light headed, and pay attention to if you feel dizzy. Take three breaths per second, filling and emptying as much as you can with each breath. Picture Life Force pulsing through your entire being. Then just relax and start your day.
  2. When you feel tense or resistant, or if something has gone very wrong for you, sit and breathe slowly, in and out. Let each breath be 5 seconds or so, and just feel the air coming and going. See the tension melting away. Work to make each inhalation and exhalation longer and longer until you can sustain a 10 or 15 second cycle.

Making the breath move makes your energy move too. Stagnation equals death, and movement equals life. Holding your breath equals death, then, and the free flow of breath equals life. Wanna Be Rich? Then It’s Time To Time To Think Like A Millionaire!

When it comes to Law of Attraction, how you think, feel, and act is critically important. Once you set forth an intention to live your life a certain way, your job is to align with your desires, and to not contradict your intentions. Law of Attraction states that vibrations that are similar have a magnetic attraction, so whatever you want to have in your life must first be achieved in your own vibration. The Universe has the all-encompassing power to align people, places, and events to put you in the right place at the right time, and you can attract the essence of anything you can desire into your life…you just have to become a match (a powerful vibrational magnet) to what you say you want.

Many people want to expand their wealth and prosperity. They are living a life where they see evidence of lack, and they want more prosperity because of their perception of not having enough. This is fine, because contrast creates desire, and desire drives the expansion on the Universe. But not having enough is really just a manifestation of thoughts, feelings, and actions that match the vibration of lack. If you want to manifest abundance, you must first find ways to think, feel, and act that are in line with a vibration of prosperity. Sounds easy, I know. But I also understand the frustration that comes from not seeing results for your efforts. I live within these Laws too, so I speak from having been both successful and unsuccessful with these processes. Here are some tips to help you match your desires for abundance:

Determine how much money you really want. Do you really want a trillion dollars? What would you do with it? How would you manage it? What amount feels right to you? Decide how much you want, and feel good about attracting it. You may simply decide that you want enough to meet your bills, save for retirement, and travel on a regular basis. Others will want to have the title of millionaire. It’s all up to you, but the point is to feel good about the amount.

Feel like you would if you already had the prosperity.
Take as much time as you can every day to feel the feelings you would have if you were looking back on the achievement of the money and abundance. Would you be energetic and excited about it? Would you already be thinking of ways to enjoy the money? Most people want money because of the feeling of freedom they think it would bring. Maybe freedom is not the first feeling you entertain when you think about how you would feel. So what would you feel? Does it feel good? If so, keep playing with this feeling. Let it grow and enjoy every second of it.

Do something that you would do if you already had the money.
This can be big or small. Take an extra hour for lunch, or fill your car with premium gas. Buy a new shirt or pair of shoes, or give some money to charity. The point is to feel like you would feel as you act like you would act if you already had the money. An hour of window shopping at an expensive store can do amazing things for your vibration, as long as you enjoy the items and feel the joy of being able to buy any and all of them.

Determine and give thought to your next goal, now that money is no longer a concern.
Take money off the table as a major concern. Focus your attention on the next important goal in your life. Take joy in the achievement of the prosperity dream, and let your life shift to other desires. What are you ready to create? Think about how your every need is taken care of in terms of abundance, and let this be a comforting thought.

Let every bit of prosperity you see be YOUR prosperity. If you see a new BMW (and if you like BMW’s) then love it while you look at it. Say to yourself, “that’s just like mine!” Browse online to find things you like, regardless of price. Enjoy the ability to have anything you want. Be happy for the prosperity that others have manifested, just as if YOU had attracted it to yourself as well.

All of this may seem delusional to you, but he Laws of the Universe respond only to your vibration. How you think, feel and act determine the quality of your vibration. If you want to be a millionaire, you have to think, feel, and act like one first. You can’t play this game and feel lack, or nothing will change. You can’t play this game and tell yourself you are playing this game. You have to do these steps in the vibration of achievement and joy, and you get to have fun as you do it. Believe that the power of the Universe is providing the magic, and believe and take comfort in the perfect unfolding of your life. Once you do this one time with a major desire you have held for some time, and then you see it manifest, you will realize the power of your ability to create anything you desire. Things Just Always Work Out For Me!

I am sitting at the airport enjoying a free WiFi connection and feeling very grateful and appreciative. Have you ever had a day where you weren’t sure that you had the time or organization to get everything done, yet the street lights, helpful people, and circumstances all aligned to make it work out perfectly? This used to happen to me every once and a while. But since I have been coming to understand Law of Attraction more and more, and applying it to my daily life, I find that this happens to me on a regular basis. Of course, I still have my gifts of contrast to hone my desire for a better experience…but life’s little annoyances have diminished greatly. One tip I can pass to you to help you do this to is to start saying this simple phrase to yourself constantly:

“Things just always seem to work out for me!”

I say this, or some form of this, throughout my day. Sometimes I say it verbatim, and other times it sounds something like this:

  • I always get a parking space.
  • My timing is perfect today.
  • Everything is unfolding perfectly, one step at a time.
  • I need not rush because I am guided to be right on time.
  • I attract to me everything I need today.
  • Life is helping me be successful today. I open to it’s gifts.
  • I am always in the right place at the right time.
  • I find the open freeways every time.
  • My work will get done exactly when it needs to get done, and with ease.

You get the idea. Do you ever tell you self that things DON’T work out for you? DO you ever say the sentences (above) but in the negative? Say yes, because we all do this at times when we feel contrast and disconnection. But if you reach for thoughts that feel like the ones I listed, you will approach the Vortex more, and everything you want and desire can be connected with from inside this Vortex of creation and connection. Get there through feeling good, and the rest will work out. Start saying that things always seem to work out for you. Believe it. Feel good about it. Be relentless, and let your life expand to embrace your every wish. Time to board my flight. Today I offer my TOP 12 reasons I can think of to be grateful and appreciative. What would your list look like, based on your day?

1. Thank You for the way I awoke refreshed this morning, feeling good and in the Vortex.

2. I am grateful for Law of Attraction that always matches me up with more of what I think, feel and do.

3. I appreciate my partner who had sweet things to say to me over a cup of coffee. Even my coffee smiled at me!

4. I love the way the sun came up to shine a clear ray at me and warm my face.

5. I am grateful for my car that starts every day and gets me to work safely.

6. I give thanks for the safe drivers on the freeways who are clear minded and connected.

7. I give thanks for my iPod (and car input jack) that is always ready to serenade me with my favorite songs.

8. I appreciate my job for the prosperity and fun it brings to my daily life.

9. I love my family for being who they are and for loving me as I am.

10. I am grateful for the smiles I receive from strangers I see while walking the sidewalks of my city.

11. I appreciate the internet for making my life easier to manage and easier to navigate through.

Top 10 List For Gratitude And Appreciation!

There are days that everyone has when it’s hard to be grateful. Something has gone wrong, or people are getting in your business, or some problem has your attention to the point that you can’t feel a bit of bliss. In these times, refer to the following list of things to be grateful for. Each is an often-overlooked miracle happening on a daily basis:

1. Thank you for my re-emergence from sleep back into a waking state. (I’m still alive)
2. Thank you for the sun coming up again this morning.
3. Thank you for my lungs that keep me breathing all night without my attention.
4. Thank you for my heart that keeps blood flowing to my body at all times.
5. Thank you for the people in my life who love and support me.
6. Thank you for the space I call home, and for the safety and comfort it affords.
7. Thank you for the food I eat that keeps me healthy and strong.
9. Thank you for the plants and animals of this planet that help balance the environment.
10. Thank you for my mind, thoughts and emotions that help me know when I am connected to Source Energy and thriving in the Vortex!

We all can be grateful and appreciative for these (and so many other) gifts we see everyday. Take a few moments to expand this list so that you have even more reasons to feel just a little better. Gratitude And Appreciation In Five Easy Steps!

There are times when I just can’t seem to hold it all together. I might be rushing from project to project, or trying to do too many things all at once. When I can’t keep all my plates spinning, I try to stop and take a few moments to change my approach. But how, you might ask, can I change my approach? Wouldn’t I have already changed if I knew how? The answer is no. I think we sometimes move at light speed and stop noticing even the obvious things in our vibration. We get into a funk that Law of Attraction matches with more of the same, and a downward spiral is the inevitable result. The worse it gets, the worse it gets. When you are in a funk and you know you are feeling a bit disconnected, try these steps and see if you can turn it around:

1. NOTICE how you feel. A headache or a minor irritation are real indicators that you are holding onto a thought that is not letting in your bliss and gratitude. Just notice, and take note: I am feeling (fill in the blank).

2. RELAX and breathe. The thing that has your attention is irritating you, and you feel less than good, but it isn’t a real emergency. Most of the problem is your own holding on so tight. Let go of what ever stress you are feeling.

3. REDIRECT your thoughts. Instead of trying to stop thinking about the irritating thing, think about something completely different. Find the best thought you have access to, and think that thought for a few moments. Notice how it attracts yet another better-feeling thought using Law of Attraction. The better it gets, the better it gets.

4. ENJOY the relief. Finding a better thought will feel better than the thought you held moments previously. You will be able to feel relief in all ways, and you may even make a headache go away, or a tough situation evaporate.

5. EXPAND into gratitude. Once you feel better, start focusing on all the gifts in your life. Start paying your connection forward by telling yourself and others what you appreciate about your life and experience. Spread your esteem in every direction, to all corners of the Universe. Get into the Vortex!

Be Grateful For The Riches You Have Right Now!

I have enjoyed the recent posts about prosperity here on Gratitude Planet, and I want to share a list of things that I consider to be my personal riches. To be rich and prosperous, first you have to feel rich and prosperous. But if you don’t feel rich and prosperous, you can’t attract more of it through Law of Attraction. Law of Attraction can only bring you more of whatever you are vibrating right now. But how can you feel like a million dollars before you have a million dollars? You start small and work your way out from there. I am able to feel like a million by thinking of the millions of reasons I have to be happy, connected, grateful, and appreciative in this moment.   • I can pay my bills.
  • My car starts every day
  • My family loves and supports me.

  • I have clothes to wear that enhance my self-image.
  • I slept very well last night.
  • My job is a perfect mix of focus and fun.
  • Summer is coming soon.
  • The economy is improving and expanding again.
  • My dogs never stop loving me.
  • I get to write contributions on Gratitude Planet, which feels good.
  • My body is flexible and I feel good in it.
  • I meditate with ease.
  • I am able to give time, money and talents away in ever-increasing amounts.
  • I know about the Vibrational Scale, so I know I never need to be stuck in any one emotion very long.
  • I am optimistic about my expanding abundance.
  • I have the internet and all the information available through it.
  • I have friends who appreciate me.
  • I have music on my iPod that I love listening to.
  • I have a mind that I can use to focus and attract absolutely anything I can desire.

10 Tips For Increasing Prosperity In Your Life!

Reading Gratitude Planet yesterday really inspired me. It helped me remember that giving and receiving are part of the natural order of life, and that to be in the flow means knowing how to give freely and also how to receive freely. If you block this Universal flow, you increase vibrations of lack, stagnation, illness, poverty, and the like. If you can learn to dance with the “in and out” pulsations of this natural energy, you increase your love, wellness, prosperity, expansion, joy, gratitude, and appreciation. Life gets better and better as you realize that the more you trust and give, the more you will receive…your cup can’t be emptied because the Universe fills it up in proportion to what you have freely given. You become prosperous through your generosity. Remember too that receiving is just as important to the flow. Accept the gifts that flow to you. To only give is just as ineffective as only receiving: an imbalance is created. Here are my ten tips for increasing your giving and receiving today.   1. When cashing out at a store, if there is a “Take a penny, leave a penny” tray, do so, even if you aren’t paying with cash. If you have a penny in your pocket, donate it to the tray. Tell yourself “I always have plenty of money.”
  2. When entering a building, offer to hold a door open for one or several people. Smile and nod and “play doorman” (or door person). Give the gift of service for 20 seconds. When someone opens a door for you, move right through and thank them. Tell yourself “I always have plenty of time to play with others.”
  3. When meeting someone for the first time, or even someone you know well, give them an honest compliment right away. Maybe say “wow, I love your shoes,” or “you seem to be in a great mood today.” This giving costs nothing, but is completely valuable and appreciated. Tell yourself “I give compliments easily. I see the best in others.”
  4. When eating out, tip more if you get amazing service. If your waiter or waitress is really fun and connected, and if you feel you got exceptional service, up your standard tip. If your default tip, regardless of service, is 15%, then give 20% or even 25% for amazing service. Tell yourself “I give and I receive freely. I have received amazing service, and I give back in joy right now. I have plenty of money.”
  5. If you have a business, give yourself the gift of meditation and focus on the expansion of the business. See it growing and serving others in more and more powerful ways. Take time to be quiet with yourself and allow your vision to take hold in your vibration. Imagine it unfolding powerfully. Tell yourself “I give myself to this vision, and I expect to live it as soon as today.”
  6. Create a fake ledger on your computer. Deposit fake money into it. Pretend it is real. Look on line for ways to spend it all. Let yourself enjoy deciding how you will spend it. What do you want? Enter your “purchases” in your ledger. Every day increase your deposit, and then spend it again. Donate as much as you want to to causes you believe in. Tell yourself “I can’t spend all this money fast enough. It just keeps coming back in greater and greater amounts.”
  7. Buy a new CD that thrills your heart. If you hear an artist or musical group that makes you feel great when you hear a performance on the radio or on TV, support them by buying a CD of their music. Pay full price for it and feel great about helping them expand their audience. Tell yourself “I give freely to people who make my life better through their art.”
  8. Give freely when you sense a need. If you are entering the grocery store and you see a hungry person outside, consider buying something to give them that they can eat immediately. They may ask you for money, which you can give them if you are inspired to do so, but choose something ready to eat that you know will nourish them. Tell yourself “I give to others in need. The Universe gives to me in my generosity and gratitude as well, always.”
  9. When someone offers to help you with something, or to give you something, accept their offer gratefully. Yes, it can take longer to have someone “help you” do something, but if you accept the offer in joy and openness, you can keep your flow open on the receiving end. Tell yourself “I receive gifts into my life freely, joyously, and openly.”
  10. Give gratitude and appreciation for what you have right now. Practice being content with the prosperity you are enjoying right now. Law of Attraction will bring you more abundance when it knows you already feel abundant and prosperous. Love where you are, and expect a lot more too. Tell yourself “I am abundant, prosperous, and completely in the allowing flow of the Universe. All is well in my life. I am open to the next expanding step.”

Loving Means Living!

I choose love whenever I can. Love is a vibration that feels good, that has no resistance, and that fills me with joy. Choosing love is easier than you might think it is. It does not mean pretending to love when you feel angry. It does not mean smiling when someone wrongs you. Choosing love has nothing to do with being disingenuous. It means being genuine, and being genuinely open to flowing the power of Source through your body and mind as much as possible. Do I get disconnected? You bet I do, because I am a human being on planet Earth. That’s part of the deal I agreed to when I emerged here on my first birthday. I knew that there would be connected times as well as disconnected times. But I never agreed to hold myself in a state of disconnection, or to look for things that made me feel bad. I came here, on planet Earth and in this body, to live fully…and this means loving fully!

I am always looking for excuses to love. We ignite our life with vigor when we allow our self to love fully. But how can you love fully with so many distractions in your day? I just let myself BE distracted by opportunities to love. Here are a few instances when I have loved recently:

  • I sat on a rock near my house and heard the call of a cardinal in a high tree near by. I drank on the call of this majestic bird. I loved the sound.
  • I took a bubble bath. The water was warm and soft. I breathed deeply and loved the moment.
  • Someone complained to me at work. I thought about how they were doing the best that they could, and I felt their good intentions. My reaction turned from confusion to love as I saw her for the extension of God that she is.
  • I looked at myself in the mirror and saw lines on my face and bags under my eyes. Then I saw the person behind those lines and bags…the person who earned them! I saw myself as a wise and complete human in the moment. I felt love for myself.
  • My dog came to me and licked my face. I love my dog. (That was an easy one!)
  • I spent five minutes on Facebook leaving a few positive comments for a few wonderful friends. I love the convenience of Facebook.

It goes on and on. If you want to fully live, you have to look for more opportunities to love. Loving is easy when you expect to love. Let loving be your intention, and look for opportunities to express your love, gratitude, appreciation, and connection in each moment you encounter. The Law of Attraction will respond quickly to your vibration of love, and you will increase the joy in your life to levels that will blow your mind. Thanks for reading. Go On A Gratitude Rampage!

Hello Everyone! Today’s post comes from one of our more active members of the Gratitude Planet Community, “Lee” who’s user name is “Lightgiver.” His biographical information is: I’m a classically trained pianist, organist, flutist and singer who is relatively new to the Law of Attraction.  A very good friend and his wife introduced me to LOA, but I’ve seen it in action many, many times during my lifetime.  I enjoy going to dinner, movies, concerts and shows, walks on or by the beach, good conversation and humor.  Most days, you’ll find me either practicing something, or loving on my cat. Gratitude Rampage!

Today I’m going on a gratitude awareness rampage.  There are so many things to be grateful for, and I just can’t keep it all bottled up inside me for another second.  So, here’s my list of 10 things that I am grateful for:

  1. It’s Spring!
  2. We live on one of the most beautiful planets in the Universe.
  3. We are so connected to each other on so many different levels.
  4. Love is in our own backyard.
  5. We have more to eat than we could ever think of.
  6. We have bodies that can taste, touch, smell, hear and see everything that we want.
  7. We all have talents.
  8. We have friends who love and support us, and we can love and support them in return.
  9. We have the ability and freedom to choose that which is best for ourselves.
  10. We all found Gratitude Planet.

Make The Most Of Your Experience!

I have become pretty good at making the best of every experience I encounter. Some people call me an optimist, while some say I ignore reality. Either way, I don’t care because I love my life, and I refuse to let other people tell me what is real. When I walk down the street, I usually see beautiful flowers, nice people, and the perfection of every moment. Others may take the same walk and see garbage, rusty cars, and feel the disappointment of the world caving in on them. I choose to be connected to Source Energy, and I love being in the Vortex, where Law of Attraction brings me everything I have asked for and need right now. I love knowing that I get to choose what I give my attention to, and I love seeing the results of my focus. I choose to make the most of my experience by giving my undivided attention to things that make me feel good, while acting on my inspiration to get “real” things done. I don’t sit in my house waiting for someone to do things for me, nor do I believe that the Law of Attraction will take action for me. It just doesn’t work that way. Law of Attraction lines up people and events in your life that match your average thoughts, feelings, and actions over time. If you want something done, just see it already done in your mind’s eye, imagine yourself doing it effortlessly, and then…when the time comes to act..do it! If you are in the Vortex, you will complete the task easily and with fun and joy.

Making the most of your experience is your real job in this reality. We are here to hone our preferences, and we decide what we want by living experiences that we don’t want. That’s right! When you live an experience that you don’t want, you create a vibrational solution that is instantly available to you. But you can’t allow the new solution while you are living the crappy experience that caused it to be created in the first place. That’s why some people continue to live in the world of contrast when they could simply decide to make the best of it and allow in the new, much better-feeling experience. Crap happens, but not continuously and forever. Decide to make the best of every experience, and let yourself turn from contrast to feeling better and more connected whenever you can. I do it all day…except in brief moments of creating a new and better experience through contrast. You can too. Here are a few tips to do this easier:

  • When you feel contrast, just try to make the best of it. Say things like “It could have been worse,” or “there is a time for everything, including this experience. It will get better soon.”
  • If you are very disconnected…angry, frustrated, or fearful…just reach for the best thought you can find, even if it doesn’t feel good. Let feeling better be your goal. Keep reaching!
  • When you observe something that makes you feel bad, turn away as soon as you can and give your attention to something that feels better. This might mean not watching TV, reading the paper, or listening to the news very often.

You are in control of every aspect of your life. There is no force that can line you up with things that don’t match your vibration. You get to choose. Make the best choices you can, and reap the benefits of loving your life more and more and more. Be.Love, Hannya-GP

Tips For Getting and Staying In The Vortex!

After reading Chris’ post about the Vortex yesterday, I started thinking about the ways that I “get in” on a daily basis. YOU are the only one who can get you there, and it is your job to be there whenever you can. There will always be moments where you are outside the vortex and experiencing some kind of contrast, and that’s OK. It’s all part of being human. But once the contrasting event has passed, turn around and head back to your full connection to Source Energy and feeling better. Here are some tips for making this happen for you:

  1. Take five minutes and just sit quietly. Clear your mind. Let go of any tension in your thinking, body, and vibration.
  2. Call a friend or family member who you love dearly.
  3. Read some jokes on a joke website or from a joke book.
  4. Take a short walk with the intention of just strolling and observing nature.
  5. Take a bubble bath.
  6. Look at your Allowing Manifesto.
  7. Visit the Gratitude Board of Gratitude Planet and see what others are grateful for. Leave a few comments yourself.
  8. Make (or look at) your Vision Board. See all three posts on this topic for more information.
  9. Imagine having everything you want right now. Just enjoy the feeling.
  10. Do something kind for someone else…randomly.

There are many more that I could list here. What are the things that you do that get you in the Vortex? Why not make time for some of these throughout the day? Once feeling good becomes your habit, then the Law of Attraction can start sending you more good-feeling things and events. Gratitude Tips For Expanding Your Prosperity!

As you may know, or are at least becoming aware, the Law of Attraction matches you up with more of what you already have. It’s job is just to magnify and expand your present thoughts, feelings, and actions to give you more. Because people think the same way day by day and out of habit, most of us get the same results over and over again even though we wish things would change. The thing that has to change is your pattern of thinking. Whatever your “default” reactions are to your life, you have the the ability to choose differently and change the vibrational patterns over time. One way to do this is to use Gratitude to your advantage. When you react to something and feel a negative feeling, you can always stop and look for something…anything…to be grateful about within the experience. If you miss your bus this morning, you can still be grateful for the next one coming soon, or the fact that the buses exist and save energy, or that you have a good reason to ride the bus in the first place. You don’t have to habitually think about what is wrong. Gratitude works because there are so many things to appreciate, but you have to be open to seeing them. It’s the “silver lining” in any experience that can increase your gratitude, and more gratitude will equal…more gratitude…as the Law of Attraction brings you more.

Prosperity works the same way. If you want more wellness, money, wealth, and health, then you have to start thinking, feeling, and acting like a well, healthy, rich and prosperous person first…BEFORE you have it. That’s the rub for most people. How do I do this without being delusional? It’s a risk you have to be willing to take. At first it feels like pretending, and then it feels more real, and then it becomes your reality. It’s that simple. Here are a few simple tips for becoming more prosperous:

  1. Tip more. If you normally leave 10%, leave 15% today. If you always leave 20%, round up to 25%. As you do this, affirm that you have plenty of money and that you expect more to come as you give more of it away. Law of Attraction will hear “I have plenty of money.” It’s not much more than you would have left, but it breaks a cycle of thinking you have been in.
  2. Read magazines about wealth. Pick up a copy of “Money” at your local news stand. What are people who have money saying about it? Wanna be like them? You have to think like them too. Read it knowing that you are one of the prosperous people that they publish this magazine for. Enjoy the feeling of having your wealth.
  3. Give your time away. Receiving is also tied in directly with giving. Just as you can tip more, you can also give freely of your time. Your neighbor is hauling grocery’s into their house, and you can see that they could use a hand. You have the time to help. Give it away. It opens you to receive more. Plus, you feel better right away.
  4. Walk and include things in your vibration. Take a long walk and let everything you see be part of your prosperity. Houses are yours, cars are yours, the sunset is yours…it is all part of your unfolding prosperity. Everything you observe that pleases you is already yours, and you can feel good about all of it…even of you can’t live in it or drive it yet. Feel how nice it is to see it right now. Enjoy it.

Don’t wait around for some outside force to change your thinking, because you may have to wait a long, long time. Instead, direct your thinking toward your desires. If you can love the thoughts, you can have more of them through Law of Attraction. Next thing you know, your reality will reflect your new thought patterns, and you will be living it in all aspects of your life. Try it today. Thanks for reading. Blissed Out Really Means “Blessed-In!”

Lately I have been feeling so happy! I took the advice I have been reading here to heart and decided to give all my attention to things that make my heart sing. This doesn’t (at least for me) mean that I am living under a rock…not at all. No one could notice a big change in the way I move through my day, but I notice a really big difference. So what has changed, you ask? Simply put, I am navigating by feeling. I’ll give a few examples here.

  1. I am sitting in my apartment reading a magazine and I see a picture of a person smiling. It makes me feel good, and I begin to smile too. Instead of turning the page, like I would usually do, I stick on the good feeling of drinking in the smile, and I let it fill my body with joy. Then, when I am ready to move on, I move on.
  2. I am in the grocery store admiring the fresh fruit aisle when I see a young child being pushed by an adult. The child reaches out to touch something, and the adult slaps her hand and yells at her. I acknowledge the event, but I immediately turn to the next aisle to admire the next display of abundance. Normally I would have stewed and been mad at the adult all day, even after I left the store. This time I keep my connection and begin again in the new space to feel better and better.
  3. I am walking down the street and I see a street musician playing an accordion. He’s not that good. Instead of thinking of what he isn’t, I think about what he is: an extension of the same God Force that pulses through me. He is also an extension of Source Energy. His music speaks to me in a new way, and I feel an urge to drop a five dollar bill in has case. He smiles. I feel great. In my Bliss, I feel more and more Blessed.

I have been feeling my way through these past few weeks more and more. I have been feeling better and better. I have experienced personally how the Law of Attraction brings you more and more of what ever you focus on. As I have been choosing to turn from yuck and steer toward yes, I have been getting more and more “YES!” In fact, I didn’t think there was this much “yes” out there for little ‘ole me. The more I choose feeling good, the more I see to feel good about. It’s not a vicious cycle, it’s an upward spinning vortex of joy that I can’t seem to stop (and why would I want to stop it!) Tips For Filling Your Vibrational Gas Tank!

In my latest post, I promised to contribute a list of tips that I use to fill my emotional/vibrational gas tank. Here they are, and I look forward to hearing any others that you might have as well. Remember that your feelings and emotions tell you everything you need to know about your connection to Source. When you feel good, you are attracting things you want though the Law of Attraction. When you feel disconnected, you are not allowing your desires to flow to you. But you have to feel all your feelings and not deny them. You have to reach for relief from how you feel by making the best of it, and by reaching for thoughts that feel better. Here are ways I do this every day:

  1. I stop, relax, and close my eyes for a few minutes while taking deep , cleansing breaths.
  2. I think about my dogs who are cute, adorable, and connected always to Source.
  3. I think about my amazing job, and the people I get to work with who are awesome.
  4. I eat foods that feed my body with nutrients and natural energy.
  5. I talk about my life in ways that feel good. I tell others how good things are, but in ways that feel true.
  6. I read the “Good News” section of Gratitude Planet.
  7. I call friends who I know love me and will join me in my joy.
  8. I take a nap. I love naps.
  9. I meditate for 10-15 minutes.
  10. I take a long walk and give thanks for all the gifts in my life.

Up Yours! Tips For Allowing More Well-Being

There are so many ways to enjoy this life, and joy, expansion, and freedom are what we all are wanting to experience. Don’t you agree? We want things…cars, relationships, health, wellness, prosperity…because we think that in having these things we will feel better. So our goal in creating deliberately using the Law of Attraction isn’t about getting stuff, but rather it’s about feeling better. It’s a catch 22 here. You can’t postpone feeling better, or Law of Attraction will line you up with more of the stuff you feel bad about. But if you choose to feel better before you get the stuff, then why do you really want the stuff? “Getting the stuff isn’t as thrilling when I already feel good about it today,” you might say. And this is the paradox of deliberate creation: your goal is not stuff, your goal is joy. And through your joy, you can, and will, have your stuff. It’s simple to understand, but more challenging to put into daily practice. Today is the perfect time to start, if you haven’t already been doing this.

A key to deliberate creation in your life is the word “allowing.” Allowing is a practice where you let go of the struggle and relax into your well-being. It is a state where you take your hand off the hot stove. It is a mind-frame where you turn and go with the current of the vibrational stream. It is the ability to expand into joy, and to maximize your connection to Source Energy. Allowing is the opposite of resisting, and I recommend you always focus on increasing something you want, rather than stopping something unwanted. So these tips are not about stopping resistance, but rather about increasing your allowing. Enjoy these ideas for upping your allowing, and then go out and enjoy this most amazing day!  Chris-GP

  1. Notice your breath. If there are any traces of inhibition of free flow, acknowledge it, and then allow these blocks to dissipate. Feel your breath flowing easily and fully in and out of your lungs. Be natural about it, and enjoy the feeling of letting it expand you in all directions. If you can, close your eyes while you do this.
  2. Notice you body. Do you have any places where you hold tension? Is your neck pain-free? Are your hips, joints, and muscles limber and free to move naturally? Find one place to focus upon, and then imagine love and white light bathing the area. Flow your breath freely, and affirm that you are consciously allowing energy to flow freely in the area. Picture the area relaxing and expanding. See any pain melting into freedom. Give thanks and gratitude, and then feel for another area, if one exists.
  3. Notice your thoughts. Do you have thoughts that hit an emotional dead end? Are there habits of thinking that don’t feel good while you think them? Do you worry about certain topics, or feel fear around certain ideas? If so, you can up your allowing by either redirecting your attention to another topic, or by making the best of the thought you are thinking while you are thinking it. Like your muscles, thoughts can cause pain. But if you notice the pain, and then imagine the thought evaporating…to be replaced with a better-feeling version…you will now have more freedom and joy in your thinking. Don’t push against the thought, or try “not to think” it. Just find a new thought, even if it feels “less real” at this point. “Reality” is merely the most practiced version of the “truth.” Let your vibrational “truth” reflect your desire to be connected, joyful, and happy.
  4. Notice your giving and receiving. Are you giving and receiving in a balanced way? Too much of either can cause a painful imbalance in your vibration. If you feel a need to give, tip more, volunteer your time, or donate to a good cause that you believe in. Smile more, and give more compliments to others. If you feel a need to receive more, than take opportunities to receive with a sacred and grateful intention. This can be through receiving a massage, a letter, a compliment, or through receiving something with monetary value.  Give thanks, and then allow the gift to fill you with gratitude. Affirm that you are worthy and open to receiving well-being. Allow this balance of energy to keep you grounded and focused.
  5. Notice how much you love and appreciate. To be joyful and allowing, you must be connected to your loving source. What do you love? How do you express your love to others? Can you extend your full love inward toward yourself? Can you appreciate the world as it is, and can you find reasons to expand your love without needing to change others? When you can love everything, even when everything appears not to be loving you back, you have found the secret to loving. To get love, you have to be in love…with everything. If love is your vibrational focus, then the Law of Attraction MUST being you more of the same. Up your allowing by loving fully and completely, and then let the Universe expand you in your joy!
