All you do is think and feel and act, and think and feel and act, and then observe the results you get in your life. <em>The Law of Attraction</em> tunes into your vibration, which is the sum total vibrational average of your thoughts, feelings, and actions over time. What your life is right now is a perfect reflection of your vibrational offering in the recent past. People wonder why they can experience something unpleasant even when they feel good in the moment, and this is because it is your average vibrational offering that creates your <strong><em>point of attraction</em></strong>, and this <em>point of attraction</em> is what <em>Law of Attraction</em> matches and magnifies in your experience.</p>

• cranky; irritable : Bobby&#8217;s always a bit snarky before his nap.</p>
<p>So if you feel snarky most of the time, and you talk about things in terms of your disappointment with the present, it makes sense that <em>Law of Attraction</em> will line you up with more critical, cutting, snide, cranky, and irritable experiences for you to &#8220;enjoy,&#8221; even when you feel happy for a few moments at a time. The key to all of this is to turn the emotional corner and find a way to feel better more of the time.</p>
<p>Feeling better is the key, but changing your behavior is the goal. If your life is not thrilling you enough, you have to change the input that creates your <em>point of attraction</em>, and then <em>Law of Attraction</em> will also work for you in more pleasing ways. Here are a few tips for turning the emotional corner, and all of these ideas can make you think, act, and feel differently.</p>
<ol>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Exercise more</strong></span><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">.</span> </strong>Take a walk, run in the woods, or get on a stationary bike. While you exercise, tell yourself: &#8220;I am opening to my greater health, and my body is very wise. I give myself love and health, and I receive love and health from the Universe.&#8221; Feel every cell in your body respond to your affirmations. You are turning the emotional corner.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Eat Better.</strong></span> No matter what you have been eating, change your diet a little. The phrase &#8220;you are what you eat&#8221; is a good rule of thumb, so if you want to feel differently, try eating differently. Do a juice fast, or a true fast. But a cook book and make some new meals that you haven&#8217;t made before. notice that the food makes you feel differently. You are turning the emotional corner.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Talk Less.</strong></span> That&#8217;s right. Talk less. If your point of attraction has you lining up with things you don&#8217;t like, you are probably in a habit of talking about things in a disconnected way. Talk less, and listen more. Even observe the way you talk to yourself in your own mind. Be kind to yourself, and love yourself more. Let whatever cognitive dissonance your have going melt into awareness of your perfect relationship to love and allowing. You are turning the emotional corner.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Practice Optimism.</strong></span> While you are talking less and observing your thoughts more, turn your thoughts into better-feeling, more positive statements. Make it a game, and enjoy the process. Fr example, if you are doing something and you are beating yourself up, do it a little less. If you say &#8220;I really suck at this,&#8221; notice, laugh to yourself, and think again. Say &#8220;do over&#8221; and tell yourself &#8220;now I may suck at this, but I am getting better and better with every try. Soon I will suck less at this.&#8221; minor change&#8230;big vibrational shift. You are turning the emotional corner.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Stop &#8220;should-ing&#8221; on yourself.</strong></span> Do you do things just because you &#8220;should?&#8221; Doing this can evolve into acting by default, and living out patterns of actions and thoughts that mess up your pint of attraction. Do everything because you choose to, and not because you feel you should do it. I would wager that at least 20% of the actions people choose are by default because they feel they are supposed to do it that way. Get your &#8220;should&#8221; together. You are turning the emotional corner.</li>
</ol>
<p>See if doing all of this makes a difference to the way you feel. If it does, you are turning the emotional corner. When you think, feel and act differently then your life must change. I look forward to hearing about your successes. Enjoy this most amazing day!  Chris-GP</p>

It is a state where you are in <strong><em>The Vortex</em></strong>, in harmony with who you really are. When you are in the state of <em>Allowing</em>, you are feeling good, you are ready for more, and you are enjoying your life in this moment. Being in a state of allowing also means that you are attracting things you want into your experience through the <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em><em>.</em> </strong><em>Law of Attraction</em><strong> </strong>magnifies what ever you are vibrating and brings more of it into your experience. So if you want more of the things you have been asking for, try practicing a state of allowing more often. When you are in this wonderful state, time is on your side, you have perfect timing, and you see the best in everyone, everything, and every moment. Here are five simple tips for expanding your experience of allowing:</p>
<p>1. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Meditate</span>. Just sit quietly for five minutes and notice your breath moving in and out of your lungs. If you mind drifts (and it will) then just bring your attention to your breathing again. You will feel the relief of your wellbeing expand. You are in a greater state of allowing now.</p>
<p>2. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Be Grateful</span>. Think of all the gifts you have in your life right now. Be thankful for each. Count each blessing one by one, and feel the joy of how many wonderful things you already have. Go over the list again and again. Feel the joy. You are in a greater state of allowing now.</p>
<p>3. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Love the people in your life</span>. Think of all the people who you interact with every day. Think of how each one of them is special and how each adds value to your experience at some level, either as a teacher, a student, or as a colleague. Give them a mental embrace. You are in a greater state of allowing now.</p>
<p>4. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Visualize everything you want</span>. See yourself having all the things you say you want. Love the feeling of having it all right now. Play with the images until they feel really good. You are in a greater state of allowing now.</p>
<p>5. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Just relax</span>. Yes, you can allow by doing nothing. Breathe, daydream, and let go of every worry you have. Release all resistance, and just be. Feel your vibration raise by the act of completely letting go. You are in a greater state of allowing now.</p>
<p>These tips are simple, yet each will make a positive difference in your vibration. Each one will help you feel a little better. Try these and see if they work for you. Enjoy this most amazing day!  Chris-GP</p>

Our last post addressed the idea that you have an ability to spin your perception in ways that make the best of any situation, and in doing so, you literally change the way that the Universe manifests for you. The most important part of harnessing the power of the Law of Attraction is to notice how you feel. If you feel good, you are attracting everything you are asking for vibrationally. If you feel bad, you are attracting things that you won't like very much when they appear in your reality. But there is no need to stop thinking thoughts, or to panic and attempt to censor your mind.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/conversation.png"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1241" title="conversation" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/conversation-300x232.png" alt="" width="300" height="232" /></a>The <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> is a consistent, fair, and always predictable law of the Universe: <em>you attract to you the things that you give your attention to, regardless of if you want them.</em> You have an ability to spin your perception in ways that make the best of any situation, and in doing so, you literally change the way that the <strong><em>Universe</em></strong> manifests for you. The most important part of harnessing the power of the <em>Law of Attraction</em> is to notice how you <strong><em>feel</em></strong>. If you feel good, you are attracting everything you are asking for vibrationally. If you feel bad, you are attracting things that you won&#8217;t like very much when they appear in your reality. But there is no need to stop thinking thoughts, or to panic and attempt to censor your mind. In fact, trying to stop a thought in its tracks is next to impossible. Instead, you are better off relaxing and redirecting your thoughts to something that <em>feels a little better</em>. The point is to notice how you feel, acknowledge where you are, and always move toward things that feel better. Simply turning from things that make you feel worse&#8230;just thinking about something else&#8230;is all you need to do to &#8220;stop&#8221; the thoughts that feel worse.</p>
<p>Not long ago I wrote about a game I play as I go through my day. It helps you keep track of how you are focusing your attention on any subject. I call it the <em>&#8220;That Feels Good&#8221;</em> game. In this game, you just pay attention to how your day unfolds in terms of how it feels to you. In this game there are only two phrases: &#8220;That feels bad&#8221; or &#8220;That feels good.&#8221;  When you say &#8220;that feels bad&#8221; to yourself, it&#8217;s time to redirect. When you say &#8220;that feels good&#8221; to yourself, you just drink in and savor and appreciate the moment for the good feeling it brings. You might even follow a good-feeling experience deeper to see if it gets better and better.</p>
<p>Here are some examples to clarify this.</p>
<p>1. <strong>Someone who is talking to you shifts their focus to all the problems they have been experiencing.</strong> It goes on and on. You calmly say to yourself &#8220;this feels bad&#8221; and think of a way to redirect. You may give them words of comfort, or help them see a silver lining in the situation&#8230;or you may just be silent and let them talk themselves out. See if you can elicit a &#8220;that feels good&#8221; from your vibration. If you can&#8217;t then it&#8217;s time to move on to another encounter with someone else, as opposed to helping them whip up the disconnection by participating fully in it.</p>
<p>2. <strong>You are in a grocery story in the checkout line, and someone cuts the line.</strong> You feel some negative emotion and say to yourself &#8220;that feels bad.&#8221; You have two choices. You can continue to feel bad and maybe even confront the person, or possibly stew about it to yourself, or start talking to another customer about the &#8220;injustice,&#8221; or you can find something else to focus upon that feels better. In this case you might notice an adorable child in the cart behind you, smile at it, and start up a very pleasant conversation with the parent of the child. If so, you might feel you connection return. You would say &#8220;that feels good.&#8221; Then continue to enjoy the interaction. The line cutter is no longer part of your vibrational attraction.</p>
<p>3. <strong>You are out shopping and the day is going well: the lights all turn green as you roll up, you get the parking spaces you want, and the traffic is flowing well.</strong> Every time you notice one of these events going your way, just say out loud or to yourself &#8220;that feels good.&#8221; Smile and rejoice that you have perfect timing. Bask in it. Noticing that acknowledging that you feel good actually makes you feel even better.</p>
<p>4. <strong>You are having a good time at work, and all your activities feel rewarding. </strong>Suddenly an email comes in from someone who recently had a disagreement with you. You look quickly to determine that there is no new information in the letter, and you notice strongly &#8220;that feels bad.&#8221; In a microsecond you tap the DELETE key, and in a few seconds you begin to feel your connection return. Before long, you will be able to say, once again, &#8220;that feels good.&#8221;</p>
<p>This is a game, so there is no need to be serious about it. Just notice how you feel and what you say to yourself in your &#8220;inner speak.&#8221; If you don&#8217;t have strong feelings either way, just say nothing. By following your bliss throughout the day, you will enjoy the process more, you will love the day more, and you will be using the <em>Law of Attraction</em> to put everything you want at your finger tips. You will live your day from inside the <strong><em>Vortex</em></strong>, where all the things you want are ready to manifest. Try it and let me know if you get great results. Fecal Matter Happens. If you are alive on planet Earth, you will have times when contrast gets in your face. You may lose or not get a job, or your lover may leave you, or someone you really care about  may die. Life moves in cycles, and you can expect to experience some tough times on occasion. The only question is, what do you do about it? Instead of going crazy trying to figure out what went wrong, you can use the principles of the <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> to get a new perspective and to feel better. Once the fecal matter is bouncing off the fan, consider the following thoughts:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Everything is temporary.</span></strong> No matter how uncomfortable your experience is, it will only be your experience for a limited amount of time. Ride out how you feel, and let your feelings be your feelings. Own your experience as simply your experience. It is what it is. Soon everything will change to something else, and you can meet the new experience when it becomes your &#8220;now&#8221; experience. Until then, don&#8217;t worry. This, too, will pass.</li>
<li><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Contrast creates desire.</span></strong> If you are really in a crappy situation, it means that you are <em>asking for something better</em> in a very, very powerful way. When you ask, <strong><em>Source Energy</em></strong> answers and expands and literally becomes the new condition you have asked for. This new condition is now available for you to align with, where before you had your crappy experience, it didn&#8217;t exist at all. So by not having what you want, you create something even better.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Don&#8217;t look back.</strong></span> Your experience of contrast creates a new vibrational reality, and you can&#8217;t be a match to the new condition by staying stuck in the old hurts. You must feel your negative emotions, but then let yourself feel better, and when you can, move on to the next experience. Remember that you can attract an even better experience by becoming a vibrational match to the new experience. This means being open to getting a better job, meeting an amazing lover, or coming to closure with the loss of a loved one.</li>
<li><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Don&#8217;t play the blame game.</span></strong> If something didn&#8217;t go your way, you are human&#8230;period. Everything won&#8217;t go your way, so get over it. It isn&#8217;t someone&#8217;s fault. The <em>Law of Attraction</em> brings to you only experiences that match your <em>average vibration</em>, so nothing can happen to you unless you have invited into your experience. There is no Law of Assertion, so nothing can just appear in your experience that is not part of your average vibration created through your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Don&#8217;t blame. Just take responsibility for what happened, and pivot to the best thoughts you can find on the subject.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Bless the contrast.</strong></span> If you didn&#8217;t have crap striking the air conditioner, you wouldn&#8217;t have a dynamic, expanding experience to rendezvous with in your future. Your motion forward and your joy depend on this expansion.  Once you are done yelling and being angry for what has happened, be glad for the experience, and feel good about the joy that is on its way. Be grateful for who you are, where you have been, and where you are going. Give <strong><em>gratitude</em></strong> for this amazing <em><strong>Universe</strong></em>, and bless your varied experiences. Everything is a match. Relax and accept this fact, and gives thanks for the diverse experiences you get to have.</li>
</ol>
<p>I have had enough contrasting experiences to realize that the new condition I created and eventually attracted was WAY better than the original disappointment I felt. A job I didn&#8217;t get was superseded by an incredible opportunity to do something much better, or a relationship that ended created the space for one that was 100 times more joyful. You just can&#8217;t know what is coming, but you can believe in the power of the <strong><em>Universe</em></strong> to bring you what you have created in your darkest moments. All is well, and if you are having a tough time today, breathe deeply, read this again, and know that your desires have been clarified and expanded. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/neurons.png"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1196" title="neurons" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/neurons-300x225.png" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>It has been said in many circles that <em>perception is reality</em>. But science, and quantum physics specifically, is beginning to explain that this is literally true. In the movie <strong>&#8220;What the Bleep Do We Know&#8221;</strong> evidence is presented that explains how we interact with the quantum field. In essence, they explain that energy exists in a wave when no one observing it, and it exists in particle form when someone IS observing it. The observer literally changes the reality of the quantum field through interacting with it. If we have this ability to snap reality into place when we observe it, then why can&#8217;t we have an effect over the reality it embodies? Leading scientists are saying exactly this: we create reality with our perception of it. Over the years philosophers have hinted at this, and even Shakespeare said that &#8220;life is a stage,&#8221; equating it with the made-up reality of theater. If you can accept the role you play in the creation of reality through your perception, and if you can accept that your perception is greatly affected by the thoughts you think, then you can logically conclude that your thoughts create reality&#8230;literally. Knowing this, doesn&#8217;t it make sense that you would want to frame your perception to suit your greater desires? How would you do this? Here are a few examples:</p>
<p>1. <strong>Stuck in traffic:</strong> held up so I can meet up with something important later today.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Not in a relationship:</strong> getting ready to meet the perfect person who is almost ready to meet me.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Unhealthy:</strong> honing a strong desire to allow better health and thriving.</p>
<p>4. <strong>Stressed:</strong> focused and productive and ready to relax very soon.</p>
<p>5. <strong>Broke:</strong> creating amazing prosperity through strong contrast around money.</p>
<p>6. <strong>Uninspired:</strong> ready for a new direction</p>
<p>You may think that these are just euphemisms for bad-feeling thoughts. Yes, it&#8217;s true. But the feelings behind these thoughts are what really matters here. If you can learn to spin these thoughts into the best possible story you can tell, then you can learn to find the best in ALL stories you tell. Feel the relief that the new statement brings to your consciousness. Assure yourself that you are literally changing the quantum field with your improved framing of reality. Soon you will see reality bending to your interpretation of it. People will call you lucky and fortunate. You will have things begin to work out for you in amazing ways. You will become the master of your life. When people ask, you will say, &#8220;I decide what form my quantum field takes, and I am picky about the things I like to experience.&#8221; Or maybe you will just smile and say thanks for the support. Either way, taking control of your life will feel wonderful, and you will be in the <em><strong>Vortex</strong></em> of creation where <em><strong>Law of Attraction</strong></em> can bring you all you desire. One key is to reduce your resistance to the flow of the <strong><em>Universe</em></strong>, and to let yourself fell better and better over time. <em><strong>Law of Attraction</strong></em> matches you up with more resistance, or more connection, based on what you practice most often. I have a hard time relaxing sometimes, and I always go back to this one simple tip when things get tough: <span style="text-decoration: underline">Notice Your Breath</span>! When you are resisting your well being, you almost always will also be resisting your free flow of oxygen as well. Yogic masters have taught the free flow of breath for thousands of years, and breathing is the fastest way to connect to well being that I can think of. You don&#8217;t even have to feel disconnected to practice breathing. Here are a few tips.</p>
<ol>
<li>As soon as you can after waking in the morning, stand and take about 20 fast, deep, and cleansing breaths, blowing air in and out vigorously. Be careful not to get light headed, and pay attention to if you feel dizzy. Take three breaths per second, filling and emptying as much as you can with each breath. Picture <em><strong>Life Force</strong></em> pulsing through your entire being. Then just relax and start your day.</li>
<li>When you feel tense or resistant, or if something has gone very wrong for you, sit and breathe slowly, in and out. Let each breath be 5 seconds or so, and just feel the air coming and going. See the tension melting away. Work to make each inhalation and exhalation longer and longer until you can sustain a 10 or 15 second cycle.</li>
</ol>
<p>Making the breath move makes your energy move too. Stagnation equals death, and movement equals life. Holding your breath equals death, then, and the free flow of breath equals life. May you enjoy your freedom, joy, and deep breathing all day today, and for many days to come. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/money-and-happiness.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1180" title="42-15188875" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/money-and-happiness-300x199.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="199" /></a>When it comes to <em><strong>Law of Attraction</strong></em>, how you think, feel, and act is critically important. Once you set forth an intention to live your life a certain way, your job is to align with your desires, and to not contradict your intentions. <em>Law of Attraction</em> states that vibrations that are similar have a magnetic attraction, so whatever you want to have in your life must first be achieved in your own vibration. The <em><strong>Universe</strong></em> has the all-encompassing power to align people, places, and events to put you in the right place at the right time, and you can attract the essence of anything you can desire into your life&#8230;you just have to become a match (a powerful vibrational magnet) to what you say you want.</p>
<p>Many people want to expand their wealth and prosperity. They are living a life where they see evidence of lack, and they want more prosperity because of their perception of not having enough. This is fine, because contrast creates desire, and desire drives the expansion on the <em>Universe</em>. But not having enough is really just a manifestation of thoughts, feelings, and actions that match the vibration of lack. If you want to manifest abundance, you must first find ways to think, feel, and act that are in line with a vibration of prosperity. Sounds easy, I know. But I also understand the frustration that comes from not seeing results for your efforts. I live within these Laws too, so I speak from having been both successful and unsuccessful with these processes. Here are some tips to help you match your desires for abundance:</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Determine how much money you really want.</strong></span> Do you really want a trillion dollars? What would you do with it? How would you manage it? What amount feels right to you? Decide how much you want, and feel good about attracting it. You may simply decide that you want enough to meet your bills, save for retirement, and travel on a regular basis. Others will want to have the title of millionaire. It&#8217;s all up to you, but the point is to feel good about the amount.<br />
<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
Feel like you would if you already had the prosperity. </span></strong>Take as much time as you can every day to feel the feelings you would have if you were looking back on the achievement of the money and abundance. Would you be energetic and excited about it? Would you already be thinking of ways to enjoy the money? Most people want money because of the feeling of freedom they think it would bring. Maybe freedom is not the first feeling you entertain when you think about how you would feel. So what would you feel? Does it feel good? If so, keep playing with this feeling. Let it grow and enjoy every second of it.<br />
<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
Do something that you would do if you already had the money.</span></strong> This can be big or small. Take an extra hour for lunch, or fill your car with premium gas. Buy a new shirt or pair of shoes, or give some money to charity. The point is to feel like you would feel as you act like you would act if you already had the money. An hour of window shopping at an expensive store can do amazing things for your vibration, as long as you enjoy the items and feel the joy of being able to buy any and all of them.<br />
<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
Determine and give thought to your next goal, now that money is no longer a concern. </span></strong>Take money off the table as a major concern. Focus your attention on the next important goal in your life. Take joy in the achievement of the prosperity dream, and let your life shift to other desires. What are you ready to create? Think about how your every need is taken care of in terms of abundance, and let this be a comforting thought.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Let every bit of prosperity you see be YOUR prosperity.</span></strong> If you see a new BMW (and if you like BMW&#8217;s) then love it while you look at it. Say to yourself, &#8220;that&#8217;s just like mine!&#8221; Browse online to find things you like, regardless of price. Enjoy the ability to have anything you want. Be happy for the prosperity that others have manifested, just as if YOU had attracted it to yourself as well.</p>
<p>All of this may seem delusional to you, but he <em>Laws of the Universe</em> respond only to your vibration. How you think, feel and act determine the quality of your vibration. If you want to be a millionaire, you have to think, feel, and act like one first. You can&#8217;t play this game and feel lack, or nothing will change. You can&#8217;t play this game and tell yourself you are playing this game. You have to do these steps in the vibration of achievement and joy, and you get to have fun as you do it. Believe that the power of the <em>Universe</em> is providing the magic, and believe and take comfort in the perfect unfolding of your life. Once you do this one time with a major desire you have held for some time, and then you see it manifest, you will realize the power of your ability to create anything you desire. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/airport05.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1161" title="airport05" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/airport05-300x158.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="158" /></a>I am sitting at the airport enjoying a free WiFi connection and feeling very grateful and appreciative. Have you ever had a day where you weren&#8217;t sure that you had the time or organization to get everything done, yet the street lights, helpful people, and circumstances all aligned to make it work out perfectly? This used to happen to me every once and a while. But since I have been coming to understand <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> more and more, and applying it to my daily life, I find that this happens to me on a regular basis. Of course, I still have my <em>gifts of contrast</em> to hone my desire for a better experience&#8230;but life&#8217;s little annoyances have diminished greatly. One tip I can pass to you to help you do this to is to start saying this simple phrase to yourself constantly:</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;Things just always seem to work out for me!&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>I say this, or some form of this, throughout my day. Sometimes I say it verbatim, and other times it sounds something like this:</p>
<ul>
<li>I always get a parking space.</li>
<li>My timing is perfect today.</li>
<li>Everything is unfolding perfectly, one step at a time.</li>
<li>I need not rush because I am guided to be right on time.</li>
<li>I attract to me everything I need today.</li>
<li>Life is helping me be successful today. I open to it&#8217;s gifts.</li>
<li>I am always in the right place at the right time.</li>
<li>I find the open freeways every time.</li>
<li>My work will get done exactly when it needs to get done, and with ease.</li>
</ul>
<p>You get the idea. Do you ever tell you self that things DON&#8217;T work out for you? DO you ever say the sentences (above) but in the negative? Say yes, because we all do this at times when we feel contrast and disconnection. But if you reach for thoughts that feel like the ones I listed, you will approach the <strong><em>Vortex</em></strong> more, and everything you want and desire can be connected with from inside this <em>Vortex of creation and connection</em>. Get there through <em>feeling good</em>, and the rest will work out. Start saying that things always seem to work out for you. Believe it. Feel good about it. Be relentless, and let your life expand to embrace your every wish. Time to board my flight. What would your list look like, based on your day?</strong></em></p>
<p>1. Thank You for the way I awoke refreshed this morning, feeling good and in the <strong><em>Vortex</em></strong>.</p>
<p>2. I am grateful for <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> that always matches me up with more of what I think, feel and do.</p>
<p>3. I appreciate my partner who had sweet things to say to me over a cup of coffee. Even my coffee smiled at me!</p>
<p>4. I love the way the sun came up to shine a clear ray at me and warm my face.</p>
<p>5. I am grateful for my car that starts every day and gets me to work safely.</p>
<p>6. I give thanks for the safe drivers on the freeways who are clear minded and connected.</p>
<p>7. I give thanks for my iPod (and car input jack) that is always ready to serenade me with my favorite songs.</p>
<p>8. I appreciate my job for the <strong><em>prosperity</em></strong> and fun it brings to my daily life.</p>
<p>9. I love my family for being who they are and for loving me as I am.</p>
<p>10. I am grateful for the smiles I receive from strangers I see while walking the sidewalks of my city.</p>
<p>11. I appreciate the internet for making my life easier to manage and easier to navigate through.</p>
<p>12. I am grateful for the <strong><em>Source Energy</em></strong> pulsing through every fiber of my consciousness. I am alive, free, and eternal! 6. Thank you for the space I call <em>home</em>, and for the safety and comfort it affords.<br />
7. Thank you for the <em>food</em> I eat that keeps me healthy and strong.<br />
9. Thank you for the <em>plants and animals</em> of this planet that help balance the environment.<br />
10. Thank you for my <em>mind, thoughts and emotions</em> that help me know when I am connected to <strong><em>Source Energy </em></strong>and thriving in the<strong><em> Vortex! </em></strong></p>
<p>We all can be grateful and appreciative for these (and so many other) gifts we see everyday. Take a few moments to expand this list so that you have even more reasons to feel just a little better.
