The Law of Attraction makes so much sense when you look at it broadly from the circumstances it creates in people’s lives. Your life, right now, is a reflection of the things you have been giving your focus to for a while. All the things…wanted and unwanted…that you have been experiencing have been invited into your reality by YOU! You may say, “but I didn’t ask for my present condition,” especially if you don’t like the way things are going for you right now. But while you didn’t speak words asking for your condition, you did ask for it through your vibration, which Law of Attraction matched and magnified. The average vibration of your thoughts, feelings, and actions always equals your point if attraction, and your point of attraction is what is matched, expanded, and made “real” for you. So if you want to know how your average vibration has been lately, just look at the outward manifestation you have right now. How are you doing, in your opinion?
Sometimes, though, I can’t see the relationship between my thoughts, feelings, and actions and the results I am experiencing. Occasionally I can’t make the connection. When this happens, don’t worry or doubt yourself. It’s still a match, even if you didn’t know you were attracting it. For example, if you had something taken from you by a thief, you may wonder how such an incident is a match when you didn’t think about being robbed. But remember that Law of Attraction reads and matches your vibration. You were probably giving your attention and focus, and therefore your alignment, to things that made you feel vulnerable or unworthy. These things could be stories that friends told you, or stories in the news, or movies on TV, or anything that whipped up disconnection in subtle or not-so-subtle ways.
There is no Law of Assertion. Nothing can be in your experience that you don’t invite in through your attention and focus. Just remember that you will align with the things you choose to focus on, whether you want them in your experience or not. If you love scary novels, be prepared to invite some drama into your real life now and again. If you let people complain to you over and over again, be ready to experience some of their problems in your life at some point. If you move down the emotional scale as a daily habit because of the thoughts you choose to think, expect to see some weird stuff that you would prefer not to experience popping up now and again. Instead, choose the things you give your attention to the same way you choose the clothes you wear, or the food you eat. Do it by choice, based on the pleasure you get from it.
Law of Attraction is all about alignment. What you align with is what you will get more and more of, and you have the ultimate control to choose your thoughts and focus. If things are going well, stay the course. If you are ready for a change, get more particular with how you spend your time and energy and focus. In a very short tome you will see how consistent Law of Attraction really is, and how you can really be, do, or have anything you want. Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP

I was thinking this morning about the phrase “as if your life depended on it,” like when someone says “run as if your life depends on it.” It has several angles worth examining. When you say that your life depends on something, it tends to get your attention. With attention comes focus, and through focus we get clarity. When you are clear about what you want, it is easier to become aligned with an idea. When you are aligned, the Law of Attraction does it’s magic and brings more things to you that are a match to the alignment you have created. So anything that gets your attention can be of benefit to your progress as you create a deliberate life of bliss and connection.
But does your life really depend on something for its existence? Aren’t we eternal beings? Surely we will all make a transition someday back into pure, positive energy. But that won’t be an end, it will just be another transition in an ever-unfolding Universe of expansion. So if we fear death as an end, it can certainly get our attention and give us focus and motivation…but it may cause us to chase our connection to Source from a disconnected, fear-based focus. So I don’t recommend creating focus through fear. So the phrase, “live as if your life depended on it” seems less helpful from this perspective.
So this morning I am using the following phrase to focus my attention to my wellbeing: “Today I live as if my love depends on it!” I am an eternal being. My life is assured. The only real question I have today, then, is whether or not I am allowing my full connection to Source Energy (Love) or not. When I live as if my love depends on it, I take a focused look at how I feel today, knowing that I can open in love, or I can turn from love and be closed off from it. When I choose thoughts that feel good as I think them…thoughts of gratitude, appreciation, wellbeing, etc., I open up my consciousness to higher and higher (better feeling) vibrations. I become a conduit of love and connection. I uplift everyone in my experience (even through cyberspace).
Choose today to pay attention to how you feel, and see if you can allow more love into your vibration. Love yourself first, and then let that love radiate out everywhere you go, into every interaction you have. Love your day, love your cup of coffee, love your job, and love everyone you come into contact with. Your life doesn’t depend on it, but your love does. Live in love today. The Law of Attraction is a wonderful law. It is a fair and consistent law that states that “that which is like, unto itself is drawn.” Another way of saying this is “like attracts like.” Whatever you offer to the world and the Universe through your vibrational existence is matched by Law of Attraction with other things that are similar in vibration. On a practical level, thins means that what you think, feel and do makes a big difference in terms of what you are attracting and manifesting in your life. On the flip side, if you want to know the vibrational average of you have been thinking, feeling, and doing, just examine your life; everything in it is a perfect vibrational match to what has come before it. So how are you doing right now? Really well…pretty good…or does life kinda suck lately?
No matter where you stand in this moment, you always have access to thoughts, feelings, and actions that will improve the way you feel. Notice that I didn’t say that you will always have access to good-feeling thoughts and actions. All I said was that you always have an opportunity to feel better, and feeling better is what it is all about. There is never a need to jump right from depression to bliss, and you probably couldn’t do it even if you tried with all your might. The two vibrations are too far apart. Instead, always reach for thoughts that feel better, but that feel possible too. You have access to powerlessness from depression, for example…and powerlessness doesn’t feel good, but it does feel better because feeling powerless at least feels like something, where depression feels completely hopeless and disconnected. From powerless you now have access to grief and fear, and on up the vibrational/emotional scale you can travel.
After a while you will begin to remember that all this stuff in life is really just a cosmic game made for the fun of playing. Each person is completely in control of their focus and attention, and as you focus you create your vibrational point of attraction. Law of Attraction sends you stuff and people and events that are of a similar vibration to the signal you send out all day every day. As they say, when it rains, it pours. Whatever you are getting is what you will keep getting unless you make a change in your focus. But how do you make this change? Here are a few tips for you:
- Be grateful today for what you already have.
- Make a choice to feel better and better throughout the day.
- Commit random acts of kindness when you can.
- Compliment everything! People, animals, and even yourself can benefit from a few nice complements every day.
- Relax and enjoy each moment even more today. Be for things but never against things.
You always can feel better, and you can decide that joy and bliss are for you. Feeling better is always a choice, and it’s YOUR choice. Are you ready to attract more of what you want into your experience? Then start by climbing up the emotional ladder more often every day, until it seems like the most natural thing you could ever do. Your life will become a reflection of the things you have been asking for for a long time, and all your family and friends will know you have learned some kind of secret. I have just about had it with the news! It seems that no matter where I turn to for “news” I get reports of contrast and disconnection. Of course, I like reading the Gratitude Planet “Good News” section when I can, but the world seems to throw bad news at me all day every day. There are two things that keep me listening and reading the news: 1. I am a curious person, so I like to learn new things, and 2. and I feel like I need to know what is going on in the world so that when I talk to people, I don’t seem out of touch. So why do I feel worse when I read the news or listen to a news broadcast? I hate that.
Here’s what I have found. If there is something so important that I need to know about it today, I’ll find out about it one way of the other. Someone will tell me, or I’ll run across it. I don’t need to dig up news stories to find out major events. I don’t need to know that 50 people died in a plane crash in a far-off country. That kind of news just bums me out. Instead, I want to hear about what is going well today, and the news is less likely to have that kind of story…instead, I look inward for my good news.
Inside my mind I have all the good news I need. I can imagine things going well in all areas of my life, and I can find reasons to love, laugh, and smile more just from my own thinking. I can become a beacon of wellbeing that summons that power of the Law of Attraction, multiplying my ability to feel good and manifest prosperity in my life. I can take any story and make the best of it, and I can take control of how I feel more and more. The better I get at this, the more I can make my own news…news that feels good to me.
Try this experiment. Don’t listen to the news for one full week. You might also consider turning off your TV too. Let the flow of information to your mind and awareness be only data that helps you feel better. Just notice how your life shifts as your vibration shifts. What you give your attention to is enhanced by Law of Attraction, so shifting your awareness to things that feel good should expand your good-feeling moments. Then when you feel better more of the time, the things you have been wanting will manifest into your “real” life. If you have been wanting a new job, a car, a relationship, or a feeling of prosperity, it will start to come to you in magical ways. All you have to do is start feeling better and better. If you are like me, there are times when you can’t seem to slow your life down long enough to stay centered for very long. I am doing this or that, running here or there, and taking care of things that need doing. But when I feel like I need to find my center, allow more wellbeing, and connect to Source Energy, there is no quicker and better way than to meditate for 5–10 minutes. Some people think that meditating means burning incense, chanting “Ohm,” and pondering your belly button for hours at a time; but I am talking about a much simpler process that I will outline here. Meditation really can be as simple as sitting quietly, walking deliberately, or breathing rhythmically. If you are new to meditation, try these steps and ass if you feel better in the process:
- Sit quietly in a chair or on the floor, and make yourself comfortable in an upright position. If you need to wear comfortable clothes, change into these clothes first. Have an alarm that you can program for 5, 10, or 15 minutes. I like my iPhone for this.
- Close your eyes and just start to notice everything around you. What do you hear? What do you smell? Take in information from your senses, but don’t judge any of it. Simple notice things.
- Once you are in the moment and noticing things, pick one thing to focus upon. It can be your breathing as you notice it going in and out. It can be a sound in the room, such as a fountain, or wind chime. It can be anything you choose.
- Once you start focusing on the sound of your choice, just allow yourself to exist in the moment with the sound. If your mind wanders…and it will…just bring your attention back to the focus of the sound, or your breath. There is nothing else to do. Just go with it.
- Stick with the meditation for 5–10 minutes and notice how you feel. You will probably get a flash of intuition, insight, or inspiration at some point. You may get the solution to a problem you have been worried about. You may even feel a renewed sense of purpose for the entire day.
- When the alarm goes off, open your eyes and take a few more breaths in and out. Be grateful for the time you spent opening your mind and senses. Feel your wellbeing increase. Notice that you probably feel a little better than when you started.
Meditation is a process that can be tailored to the individual, and there is no right and wrong way to do it. You can think a short mantra (several words that you repeat over and over again), or you can use affirming sentences. Everybody has their favorite methods. No matter how you do it, enjoy the process of convening with yourself with the intention of feeling better. If you do it every day, you will really notice a difference as soon as the first day you do it…and the more you do it the easier it gets. Coming back from vacation last week, I had numerous opportunities to practice allowing, Law of Attraction, and the importance of the vibrational/emotional scale. This story begins in the Denver airport where I was scheduled to connect from Kansas City, MO to Long Beach, CA. I got to the gate and heard an announcement for an over-sold flight; they were giving $400 toward future travel that was fully transferable and good for one year. I had nothing in particular to do when I arrived home that evening, so I decided to accept the offer and give up my seat on the 1:00 p.m. flight. They re-booked me on the 9:00 p.m. flight, and I was off to have lunch, relax, and enjoy my $400 in travel vouchers in my mind. Perfect timing, I thought.
When the time came to board the 9 p.m. flight, there was a delay…and another delay. People around me began to grumble, but I just made the best of it and listened to some music on my iPod. Finally, they announced that the flight had been canceled and that they would re-book everyone on a flight in the morning. Most people were visibly angry, and a few people lost their temper with the gate agent. I took this as an opportunity to practice feeling better, as I could also feel the initial pain of the disappointment. I stayed quiet, sat to the side, and thought about all the things that were going right in that moment: I had a flight in the morning, nothing to be late for, a hotel that they promised to give me, meal vouchers to use, and a chance to make the best of it. I reached for the best thoughts I could find. In a little time I felt optimistic about how this would all pan out.
The line for re-booking was not moving very fast, but I relaxed and practiced more gratitude in my thinking. Soon, an agent announced that the Service Desk at gate 84 was open to help us. About half of the passengers made a bee-line for gate 84, and I decided to go with them. On the way, I talked with a nice woman who was not feeling great. I said, “this is a great opportunity to get a first-class seat!” She looked puzzled. I said, “the agents will have angry people in their face all night, and I intend to appreciate them, smile, and let them know that I am open to whatever they can do to help me.” Of course, you have to be high on the vibrational scale to pull this off, and I could tell that I was at least optimistic, and moving up to expectation fast. Now it felt like a fun and frisky adventure.
At gate 84 the line was very long, and the grumbling from people continued. In about 15 minutes another desk opened about 80 feet away. They called out to the line, but somehow, I appeared to be the only person to hear the announcement. I turned and walked to the desk and then realized that I was the first person in a line of one. “Thank you Law of Attraction” I thought. I smiled and explained how I gave up my seat for this canceled flight, and the agent said “I remember you from this morning.” She smiled. “Thank you Law of Attraction” I thought. I said how much I appreciated her, and that I knew how hard it was to re-book so many people. She told me that the first confirmed seat would be on the 6 p.m. flight the next day, but that she could put me in first class. I smiled and said “that would be just great.” Then I asked, “is there another earlier flight?” She typed and said that I could standby on the 12:00 noon flight. Then she said, I can put you at the top of the standby list if you want. I said “That would be great…thanks.” “Thank you Law of Attraction” I thought. She then said that she could put me in the Renaissance Hotel, a very nice hotel. I said “That would be great…thanks.” “Thank you Law of Attraction” I thought.
The next day I found my way to the gate 89 at 11:00 a.m. to see if I could get on the flight. On the way I was practicing feeling good while hoping to see a Starbucks and get a cup of coffee. I didn’t see one on my way, but when I got to the gate, I DID see one. “Thank you Law of Attraction” I thought. Well…I almost got on the flight, but the last two passengers made it there at the very last second. “That’s fine,” I thought. I’ll make the best of this day. I got more work done and enjoyed the afternoon. When I finally got into my first-class seat, I was feeling good, probably around the happiness/passion level on the emotional scale. The outcome was a fabulous flight with food, drink, and lots of smiles and laughs with the flight attendants and other passengers. I just love first class. “Thank you Law of Attraction” I thought.
This story represents one plot line that could have turned out very differently. From the moment I felt the disappointment of the canceled flight, I could have spiraled downward on the vibrational scale. I could have had 21 hours of disconnection and hell…but I didn’t. Instead, I had a great time enjoying a bunch of free stuff with fun and happy people. Everybody has this ability to choose the thoughts they entertain. YOU have the ability to enjoy “reality” or hate it. The next time you have an opportunity like I had, make the best of it, reach for the best thoughts you have access to, and look for the magic of the Law of Attraction. Life is supposed to be fun. Freely giving can be difficult to do. It can be scary. It can bring up all kinds of stuff around abundance, worthiness, and thoughts of lack. From a “realistic” and practical standpoint, it would stand to reason that the more you give, the less you actually have. In fact, the opposite is true. Remember that the Universe is based on the Law of Attraction, and that you can’t hold one vibration and attract a different vibrational experience at the same time. You get what you are a match to. You get more of what you are thinking and living on a regular basis. It all happens magically, through the ever-consistent and every-fair Law of Attraction.
If you are unaware of the average vibration you are maintaining, just look to see how your life is unfolding. Are you excited about what has come and also about what is yet to come? Are you knowing that through your thoughts you are allowing the energy that will let the essence of what you want to flow easily to you? If you are, keep on doing what you are doing…it’s working for you. If not, consider looking at your patterns of giving, with this slight twist: Giving can be, but doesn’t have to be, about money.
Giving is a state of vibration where you give your love and appreciation freely to everyone and everything in your experience. You certainly can leave a bigger tip for a waitress, or buy something for a friend as a surprise, or donate money to a charity…this is all a form of giving. But if you are doing this and asking “why am I not receiving in proportion to my giving?’ you may be stuck in the way you give love, gratitude, and appreciation. The next time you notice someone who has the “stuff” you want, be it a job, a car, a relationship, a website, or whatever, pay attention to how you feel about them. Are you jealous? Do you feel afraid that they might be taking all the pieces of the pie and leaving you behind? Do you get nervous that they might keep you away from the stuff you are hoping to attract? Almost everyone has a tendency to do this, and you can decide right now to pay closer attention to these thoughts from now on. Just decide that when you see someone enjoying the very things you are wanting, you will stop, change the directions of your thoughts away from withholding gratitude and appreciation, to fully giving love, appreciation and gratitude to them.
When you give the best of your vibration, loving and appreciating these people, you become a match to what they have. You no longer vibrate as a person who can’t get these things, but rather as a person who is part of these things. You enjoy the things as if they were yours, and you give them every bit of your gratitude for letting you share, even from the sidelines, a little piece of their success. This is giving too. If you have asked the Universe for something, and you feel like you have been doing well playing with Law of Attraction, you might be asking “so where is all my stuff?” If you have asked, your stuff exists. It just takes time for it to be seen in your daily life (at least to the point that YOU will admit it’s there!) But I am here to remind you that your “stuff” is peeking at you all the time. Let’s say, for example, that you are asking for more money and prosperity to show up in your experience. You asked (vibrationally) when you felt like you didn’t have enough money, and now you are relaxing and letting Law of Attraction line you up with your new fortune. You are doing well. It’s time to savor the abundance in your life.
As you move through the day, see how the Universe is lining you up with the essence of abundance and prosperity, and then savor and enjoy it. Perhaps you get a call from a friend to house sit, and then they also need you to run a few errands in their car as well. Notice that you are suddenly living in a nicer house than the one you rent, and that the car you are driving is much like the one you have imagined as your next car. It’s yours now! I know you might say, but the point is that it’s NOT mine. That IS the problem. And if you look at it that way, then I agree that you have a problem. When you see these things as reminders of what you DON’T have, you move away from your stuff. When you savor it as an added expansion in your present experience, you help allow your stuff to come to you.
What I am suggesting you do today is notice how the things you want are in your experience today already. You have friends when nice people chat with you in the grocery line, and you have beautiful things to appreciate in stores, even if you choose not to buy them right now. Your new car is suddenly everywhere you look, and your new relationship is just behind every smile you see in others. Savor these gifts of abundance and tell yourself that it’s all here right now. This will keep you feeling good and open to receiving everything you want. Thank you so much… Be Well,

Law of Attraction is a fair and consistent law, and it works even when you aren’t aware of it. All you do is think and feel and act, and think and feel and act, and then observe the results you get in your life. The Law of Attraction tunes into your vibration, which is the sum total vibrational average of your thoughts, feelings, and actions over time. What your life is right now is a perfect reflection of your vibrational offering in the recent past. People wonder why they can experience something unpleasant even when they feel good in the moment, and this is because it is your average vibrational offering that creates your point of attraction, and this point of attraction is what Law of Attraction matches and magnifies in your experience.

(of a person, words, or a mood) sharply critical; cutting; snide : the kid who makes snarky remarks in class.
• cranky; irritable : Bobby’s always a bit snarky before his nap.
So if you feel snarky most of the time, and you talk about things in terms of your disappointment with the present, it makes sense that Law of Attraction will line you up with more critical, cutting, snide, cranky, and irritable experiences for you to “enjoy,” even when you feel happy for a few moments at a time. The key to all of this is to turn the emotional corner and find a way to feel better more of the time.
Feeling better is the key, but changing your behavior is the goal. If your life is not thrilling you enough, you have to change the input that creates your point of attraction, and then Law of Attraction will also work for you in more pleasing ways. Here are a few tips for turning the emotional corner, and all of these ideas can make you think, act, and feel differently.
- Exercise more. Take a walk, run in the woods, or get on a stationary bike. While you exercise, tell yourself: “I am opening to my greater health, and my body is very wise. I give myself love and health, and I receive love and health from the Universe.” Feel every cell in your body respond to your affirmations. You are turning the emotional corner.
- Eat Better. No matter what you have been eating, change your diet a little. The phrase “you are what you eat” is a good rule of thumb, so if you want to feel differently, try eating differently. Do a juice fast, or a true fast. But a cook book and make some new meals that you haven’t made before. notice that the food makes you feel differently. You are turning the emotional corner.
- Talk Less. That’s right. Talk less. If your point of attraction has you lining up with things you don’t like, you are probably in a habit of talking about things in a disconnected way. Talk less, and listen more. Even observe the way you talk to yourself in your own mind. Be kind to yourself, and love yourself more. Let whatever cognitive dissonance your have going melt into awareness of your perfect relationship to love and allowing. You are turning the emotional corner.
- Practice Optimism. While you are talking less and observing your thoughts more, turn your thoughts into better-feeling, more positive statements. Make it a game, and enjoy the process. Fr example, if you are doing something and you are beating yourself up, do it a little less. If you say “I really suck at this,” notice, laugh to yourself, and think again. Say “do over” and tell yourself “now I may suck at this, but I am getting better and better with every try. Soon I will suck less at this.” minor change…big vibrational shift. You are turning the emotional corner.
- Stop “should-ing” on yourself. Do you do things just because you “should?” Doing this can evolve into acting by default, and living out patterns of actions and thoughts that mess up your pint of attraction. Do everything because you choose to, and not because you feel you should do it. I would wager that at least 20% of the actions people choose are by default because they feel they are supposed to do it that way. Get your “should” together. You are turning the emotional corner.
See if doing all of this makes a difference to the way you feel. If it does, you are turning the emotional corner. When you think, feel and act differently then your life must change. I look forward to hearing about your successes. Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP

I think it’s a human trait to wish everyone would be like we are. If you like a certain TV show, you might wish down deep on some level that everyone would also like it as much as you do. When you figure out how to be connected to Source Energy more often, you want to share these insights with others. Especially when you come to a conclusion through a learning situation, you are likely to want everyone to benefit from your new and improved perspective. But when we want for others, we miss the point that everyone can only want from their own unique perspective. Unless you walk in someone’s shoes and feel the Emotional Guidance System that they have in place, you can never know why they choose their experience the way that they do. All you can really know is how YOU would choose from your unique perspective, and most of the time your choice and their choice will not be the same…and this is OK.
Experiences on this Earth are varied and diverse. You are but one piece of an ever-expanding dance of awareness, and everything you do to allow your own wellbeing benefits the whole. But if you look at others and condemn them for the choices they are making, you diminish your own wellbeing by needing to change others. You can think of the Universe as kind of a cosmic soup with many trillions of ingredients. The soup is managed by the forces of the Universe, including the Law of Attraction. Your experience adds to the flavor of the soup, but you are not all of the soup. You wouldn’t want a soup to be only parsley, and you wouldn’t want but one perspective in the Universe either. So the ingredients need to interact, merge, and add flavor to the whole without competing with each other or diminishing the contributions to the whole.
No one needs to be, think, or act like you do for the Universe to be in its perfect order. If you see someone making a choice today that you know YOU wouldn’t make, bless it, be grateful, and move on with your own choices. Remember that focusing on someone’s choices makes them into your choices, given the time and attention to them. If you want peace, for example, don’t push against people who make war, but rather think peaceful thoughts, and look for peace-loving people to enter your experience. Your experience will be more fulfilling, fun, satisfying, and connected if you accept and appreciate the diversity of thoughts and beliefs on the planet. There are times that I can’t relax because I am trying so hard to accomplish something. I get the feeling that if I just try a little harder, or focus a little more I will finally be done doing the thing I am doing. This can certainly be true when the thing is paying the bills, or painting a house, or doing the dishes. But what about when you assign that frame of mind to larger aspects of your life, like attaining enlightenment, perfecting your tennis game, or becoming wealthy and prosperous? In these cases we often assign our happiness to a future time when we will be “done” and can then “arrive” in some new place or mindset.
Have you ever heard yourself say: “I’ll be happy when I can pay these bills’” or a similar statement. When you do this, you use Law of Attraction to your disadvantage. Remember that the Law of Attraction only responds to your vibration and not your words. So saying “I will put off my happiness until later in the future when this thing happens” keeps the thing from happening, and keeps you in an unhappy place.
We are all eternal beings, and there is no “there” to get to. The best way to have everything you want right now is to enjoy everything you have right now. There is a perfection in our imperfection…our journey can’t be completed…because it never ends. So don’t wish for the better day to come. Instead, look for the evidence that makes THIS day your best day so far.
Find as many excuses as you can to love your journey right now. Be grateful for everything you have today. No matter what you are doing today, find the perfection in the process. If you love your NOW, you will start ushering in amazing new NOWS as your future becomes the present over and over again. You will no longer long for your work to be over so you can relax into your wellbeing, because you will already be relaxing into the best part…and the ONLY part we have access to…the present. The word “Allowing” describes a state of being where you are connected to your Source. It is a state where you are in The Vortex, in harmony with who you really are. When you are in the state of Allowing, you are feeling good, you are ready for more, and you are enjoying your life in this moment. Being in a state of allowing also means that you are attracting things you want into your experience through the Law of Attraction. Law of Attraction magnifies what ever you are vibrating and brings more of it into your experience. So if you want more of the things you have been asking for, try practicing a state of allowing more often. When you are in this wonderful state, time is on your side, you have perfect timing, and you see the best in everyone, everything, and every moment. Here are five simple tips for expanding your experience of allowing:
1. Meditate. Just sit quietly for five minutes and notice your breath moving in and out of your lungs. If you mind drifts (and it will) then just bring your attention to your breathing again. You will feel the relief of your wellbeing expand. You are in a greater state of allowing now.
2. Be Grateful. Think of all the gifts you have in your life right now. Be thankful for each. Count each blessing one by one, and feel the joy of how many wonderful things you already have. Go over the list again and again. Feel the joy. You are in a greater state of allowing now.
3. Love the people in your life. Think of all the people who you interact with every day. Think of how each one of them is special and how each adds value to your experience at some level, either as a teacher, a student, or as a colleague. Give them a mental embrace. You are in a greater state of allowing now.
4. Visualize everything you want. See yourself having all the things you say you want. Love the feeling of having it all right now. Play with the images until they feel really good. You are in a greater state of allowing now.
5. Just relax. Yes, you can allow by doing nothing. Breathe, daydream, and let go of every worry you have. Release all resistance, and just be. Feel your vibration raise by the act of completely letting go. You are in a greater state of allowing now.
These tips are simple, yet each will make a positive difference in your vibration. Each one will help you feel a little better. Try these and see if they work for you. Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP

Optimism is one of he best tools for working effectively with the Law of Attraction. When you are optimistic, you are open to seeing things the way you want to see them. Remember that Law of Attraction responds to your average vibration over time, so it is key to hold a vibration that matches what you want to attract into your life. This means that you shouldn’t contradict your own desires if possible. But as humans, we tend to let our vibration swing between different emotions all the time. Sometimes you are hopeful, and then you might feel contented, and then bored, and then optimistic…your vibrational offering is really a moving target. If you can bring your thoughts, feelings, and action into a more focused offering, then you can attract more consistent results and enjoy every moment of your life more and more. Reginald B. Mansell said it well when he noted that “A pessimist is one who makes difficulties of his opportunities; an optimist is one who makes opportunities of his difficulties.”
I woke up this morning thinking about the song “The Greatest” by Kenny Rogers. If you haven’t heard this song, you can hear it HERE. This song goes to the heart of how optimism and Law of Attraction work together. The boy in the song absolutely feels that he is the greatest ball player ever to walk the planet, and his vibrational offering is pure. And when the world gives him evidence to the contrary, he holds fast to his belief and makes the best of it. When you do this in your life, you summon the energy that creates Universes, and you open to manifesting the reality of your belief and desire. You don’t quit on your desire when most others would quit. You stay with the vibration long enough to see it become your reality. Read the words to yourself and feel the power and joy of the optimism in this song:

I know that some people think optimists are fools who sift through bad things and delude themselves. In fact, Don Marquis said that “An optimist is a man who has never had much experience.” But remember that Law of Attraction just reinforces what you ask for, so everyone is “right” in the debate. If you think the world sucks, the world will suck for you most of the time. If you think the world is beautiful, you will attract beauty to you much of the time. This may be why Sir Winston Churchill was quoted as saying “For myself I am an optimist – it does not seem to be much use being anything else.”
Today, look for the best in things as much as possible. If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Be optimistic about the wellness and prosperity you are attracting. Talk about it like it’s here right now, and enjoy the feeling of having it today. You will increase your joy, and you will uplift others as well. Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP

When you live your life, you come up against events and experiences that make you want something better for yourself. You may get a bill, or a parking ticket, or a pain in your leg, or a headache, or whatever: in every instance, you automatically ask the Universe to bring you a better circumstance as soon as possible. You don’t need to use words because your vibration does all the asking. Asking is somewhat automatic, then. Once you ask, the Universe and Source Energy responds to this request by expanding the part of you that is non-physical. In other words, you literally grow and become more every time you ask for something better through your vibration. Why, then, doesn’t your life show constant and continuous improvement all the time? Actually, it should. If it isn’t there can be only one reason…you are not vibrating in harmony with the new and expanded version of your greater self.
Vibrating with the new version of your expanded self sounds like a hard thing to do, but it really isn’t. In fact, we are hard-wired to match this new vibration, as long as we don’t get in our own way. The momentum of who you are will guide you toward allowing your wellbeing, but you have to be willing to stop focusing the way you did before you asked for the expansion. Another way to say this is, if you have a bill you can’t pay, you automatically want more money. Once you have asked for more money, you have to start thinking like a person with more money. As long as you think of yourself as a person who can’t meet their bills, you will remain a person who can’t pay their bills. Do you get it? You have to match who you have already become vibrationally, or things just change to the same things again and again.
I have a hard time keeping track of what I have asked for vibrationally. I’m not sure I know consciously what it all is anyway. So instead, I follow this simple tip for allowing my wellbeing: I try to live in the vibration of appreciation and gratitude. I look for things that I appreciate, and I give thanks for what I already have. When you practice appreciating your life, you ask Law of Attraction to bring you more things to love and enjoy. It is not necessary to identify what you are allowing to improve, but it is important that you stay out of your own vibrational way. When you are thankful and appreciative more of the time, you are a closer match to everything you have asked for. In this state, you are in the Vortex of creation, and what you have asked for vibrationally is busy appearing in your reality. Appreciation allows wellbeing, period.
If you want to start appreciating and being grateful more, start by making a short list in your mind right now. Take 10 seconds. I’ll do the same too…
- I appreciate the sunshine today.
- It’s summer, and I love the summer.
- I am grateful for the time to exercise my body today.
- I appreciate you focus I have with my mind, and the happiness I feel for others.
- I am grateful for the Law of Attraction. I get more of what I focus on.
That was easy. If you found it a little difficult, just do this for a minute a day. Watch how much easier it gets. Get out of your own way, stop worrying about the future, and enjoy this moment. Everything in this world comes and goes, and we all have debts at some point in our lives that need to be paid back. When you owe someone something, you have a responsibility to settle the debt. This makes me think about an excellent movie called “Pay It Forward” that came out in 2000 starring Kevin Spacey, Helen Hunt, and Haley Joel Osment. In this movie the idea of “paying forward” came into the mainstream. The idea is that if you do something for someone, instead of asking them to pay you back, you can ask them to pay it forward instead. What this means is that they would look for an opportunity to do the same good deed that you did, except to someone else. Your “payback” and good energy become the start of another good deed that, hopefully, expands and expands outward. This approach has some very nice benefits for you as a deliberate creator of your experience.
Remember that the Law of Attraction matches you up with more of whatever you presently have as measured by your thoughts, feelings, and actions. So to change your life in a real and meaningful way, you first need to change your thinking and actions, and also reach for the best feelings you have access to. When you care about how you feel, and when you take inspired action, your connection to Source Energy becomes stronger, and you start attracting happiness and joy into your experience more and more of the time. As a connected being you now have an ability to remain in the Vortex of connection, and also to magnify and expand that connection in every direction of your life. You can “give away” your happiness everywhere you go.
When you are connected to who you are and are feeling good, you will uplift others with whom you come into contact. Law of Attraction will line you up with people who are ready to feel better, and you will be of great value to their experience. On the other hand, when you are not connected and not in line with who you really are, you can only bring out the same in others. Law of Attraction will put you face-to-face with other people who are struggling just like you are, and you will not be able to uplift in as powerful a way.
It is much more fun to notice your thoughts, feelings, and actions and make the best of where you are. Reach for feelings of relief, and follow the best thoughts that come to you. Once you feel good, picture your love and joy radiating out in all directions toward everything in the Universe. Picture Law of Attraction working like mad by inspiring others like yourself to be in certain places at certain times, all being guided to cross your path today. Make an intention to uplift these people when you see them, not by doing anything in particular, but just by being a joyful, connected, and loving person. Let the magic of each moment unfold perfectly. If you intend to attract these people to you, they will appear in your experience today. Picture your happiness and connection as a gift that you receive from Source Energy, and then pay it forward…all day, every day! Source will refill your cup every time you ask it to, and then you will have something to give away to others. Try this today and see if it makes your day go better. Being grateful and appreciative for the things in your life (as well as the things you know are coming soon) is the engine that drives your amazingly-unfolding well being and your ever-expanding prosperity. You may already have a habit of waking each day and finding reasons to be happy and grateful. You may already find it easy to see the best in any situation. You may be getting really good at using affirmations, and you may be able to add to our Gratitude Board with thoughts that come easy to you. Good for you. So today I ask you this question: “Are you grateful for YOU?” Can you easily create a list of things that you appreciate about yourself? Are you able to give yourself credit for the amazing person you are today, regardless of the expansion you are experiencing today and will experience eternally? Are you aware of the unique gifts that only you can bring to this Earth, and are you willing to own, honor, and proclaim these to the Universe?
Some people find this difficult because they don’t want to seem egotistical or self-centered. But if you don’t have a healthy ego, you may be holding thoughts that contradict the way Source feels about you. Holding back your love of self sends a conflicted signal to Law of Attraction, and you may attract people, places, and events that reinforce this lack of love. And when you feel differently about yourself than the way Source feels about you, you are going to feel bad, unworthy, disconnected, and irritated, and out of the Vortex. In fact, if you have been doing diligent work to be aligned with appreciation, and you feel like you have your Attitude of Gratitude working most of the time…yet you still notice some disconnection or have been having some less-than-wanted things appearing in your experience…it may be time to be grateful for YOU more of the time!
Try to see if you can make a list of the things that you appreciate about yourself, and see if it is easy or difficult to do this exercise. Do it everyday, mentally or on paper, for a week and you may see a positive vibrational shift in your life. Source Energy loves you, thinks you are amazing, always sees you as worthy, and has already become everything you want to be. Relax, appreciate, and be grateful for YOU. Thank you so much… Be Well,

When people talk about quitting smoking, they usually talk about “kicking the habit” of smoking. This is a good example of the misuse of the word “habit” because of the associated addiction to nicotine. The dictionary defines “habit” this way:

1 a settled or regular tendency or practice, esp. one that is hard to give up : this can develop into a bad habit | we stayed together out of habit.
• informal an addictive practice, esp. one of taking drugs : a cocaine habit.
• Psychology an automatic reaction to a specific situation.
• general shape or mode of growth, esp. of a plant or a mineral : a shrub of spreading habit
We can see that having a habit or being “habitual” has a negative association according to the dictionary. If a behavior is hard to give up, it can turn into a “bad” habit. Addictions have been informally labeled as habits as well. Of course, we can have behaviors that are healthy and that promote wellness, such as exercising daily, or eating well. The main point here is that we all develop patterns of behavior that either serve us, or they don’t. Looking objectively at your habits can be a healthy exercise of awareness…so let’s look at this a little more today.
When you think something or do something, you send out a vibration to the Universe, and the Law of Attraction immediately matches the vibration and reinforces it. Another way to say this is that if you think a thought for a while, you starting thinking other similar thoughts. The easiest thoughts to think tend to match the ones you have already been thinking. If you do an action over and over, it becomes easier to keep doing it than it does to change the patterns of action. Law of Attraction reads your vibration and and determines where you are vibrationally, and then agrees and gives you more of the same. People, events, and circumstances reinforce your patterns of habit. The Universe does its best to keep you doing what ever you have been doing. It’s like an autopilot. You stay on course.
But what if you are tired of your direction? What if you are flying toward a mountain and you are on autopilot? You have two choices, really. You can change course or hit the mountain. If you decide to change course, and break a few habits of thinking, feeling, and acting, then you will need to put some deliberate energy toward making changes. If you decide to enjoy the ride until you hit the mountain, you will be provided with enough contrast to make you change after the impact. Notice that not changing is not an option here. You get to decide for yourself if you want your change little by little, or all at once.
I prefer to change little by little when I can. It’s hard at first, but it gets easier as you go. Decide to replace a thought today. Notice your thought about something, and tell yourself that you are changing the feeling of the thought. If you are irritated with the way your hair looks, decide to feel hopeful that you will be able to get it cut soon. Small change…big result over time. You can also move your body in new patterns as well. Do you sit to put your shoes on? Then stand today. It will feel awkward, but do it anyway. When is the last time you touched your toes? Touch them today. Just look for patterns of habitual thinking, feeling, and acting that you have taken for granted, and just make small changes. If you desire the changes, keep up the new behavior until Law of Attraction makes it easier for you to sustain it. A big habit may take 30 days to change, as long as you don’t keep repeating the old pattern as you go.
Think of all of this as presenting opportunities to change slowly. Be open to the idea of change, and above all, be willing to kick the habit of being habitual. Thank you so much… Be Well,

“Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right.” ~Henry Ford (July 30, 1863 – April 7, 1947)
The great American car maker Henry Ford was father of the modern assembly line. He is credited with the above quote, and these words give us insight into the prosperity thinking of this great entrepreneur. Through his attitude, business savvy, and his creativity, he became one of the most wealthy and well-known men in the world. I am not sure if he consciously thought about the Law of Attraction, but his words in this quote suggest that he may have. When you believe something strongly, powerful forces join your belief, and the forces of the Universe align to attract the reality of the belief to your daily life. It is the belief that comes first, and then the physical manifestation follows. Life, then, can be said to be a self-fulfilling prophecy created by your focus and attention.
So what do you want to focus on today? What have you been asking for? You don’t need to attract everything you have ever asked for, and trying to do so would probably feel overwhelming. Instead, sit quietly and decide on one or two things that you would like to increase in your experience today. Do you want more people to treat you well? Then see this in your mind, and decide that you will attract kind people even more today than yesterday. Do you want more time? Then decide that you have all the time you need to do all the things you need to do. See this in your mind, and imagine yourself having such perfect timing that you get back all kinds of time. Do you want expanded prosperity? Then decide that you will attract more resources to you today. Believe that the Universe is working on your behalf to align you with these things, and let the Law of Attraction do the magical part: attracting everything you need to you.
If you decide that people should be nice to you today, you will look for the evidence of it all day. An interaction that wouldn’t normally get you attention will make you pause and appreciate how well you were treated. You will begin to re-frame your reality to conform to your beliefs and expectations, and you will expand the “reality” of the condition. It works on two levels: your optimism, and the work of Source Energy. You optimism comes from deciding what you expect to see, and then holding fast to the excitement of knowing it is coming. The actual physical manifestation comes to you as Source lines up people, circumstances, and events to make your desires manifest into form. Henry Ford said, in essence, that no mater what you expect to see, you will see it. You are always right. Then why not decide to see what you want to see? Why not attract the things you want? Let yourself enjoy this process even more today, and be grateful for the magic of life, and the ease with which you can harness the Law of Attraction. You are always right, so today take a step toward believing that everything you desire is speedily on its way. Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP

If you are feeling in the vibrational range of optimism or higher, it can be fun to go on a rampage of gratitude and appreciation. What you do is start naming things you love and appreciate, and let it snowball out of control. Let it lift you even higher into Expectation, Belief, Happiness, Passion, Love, and all the way to Bliss! It is important to be feeling at least in the range of optimistic before you try this, because you need access to thoughts that feel good to begin. If you are feeling, say, frustrated you will only have access to thoughts close to frustration, such as irritation or overwhelment. You CAN feel better by moving upward from frustration, but this game is not a good one unless you are already in a connected vibration.
Here is what you do: Say “I love (fill in the blank). Then say I appreciate (fill in the blank). Then perhaps, I am grateful for (fill in the blank). If you run out of things to love, appreciate or be grateful for, go more into depth about one of the things you already mentioned in a previous statement. For example, if you said “I appreciate my car,” and then draw a blank, follow up with “I love that my car is so dependable.” The fun really starts when you get a flood of ideas to be grateful for and to appreciate. The Law of Attraction states that two vibrations that are alike are drawn together. You are a vibrational magnet that calls more of the same unto yourself. Because of this, it has been stated that you can be, do, or have anything you want. Anything is possible as long as you become a match to whatever it is that you want. Sounds good in theory, but what if I want to be an astronaut? What is the chance that a 40-something guy who teaches for a living will suddenly become a space traveler? Quite unlikely. So is the premise that you can be, do, or have anything flawed and untrue? No. It’s true, but some clarification needs to be made.
I may not be able to be an astronaut in the strictest sense, because I wouldn’t be able to start over and become a fighter pilot, or be in the right place to study and train at NASA, and I wouldn’t be chosen to go on a mission over the many other well-trained men and women ready to serve in that capacity right now. But the real thing working against this dream is the lack of vibration I have around it. Up to this point, I never wanted to be an astronaut, so I haven’t built up much energy to attract people and circumstances to me through Law of Attraction. What I have attracted is a match to what I have asked for so far, and stopping on a dime and changing my vibration to something totally different is possible, but unlikely. So the first clarification is that I CAN’T be, do, or have anything…but rather I have to want it first, and then I can be, do, or have anything I really want. If you want it, it is possible. If you can become a match to anything, it must become your reality.
OK, you say, but what if today you decided you really, really wanted to go to space? Then what? Is it possible? Yes, if I want it, it is possible. But how? First, I would start focusing only on thoughts that aligned with this goal. I would pay attention to how I feel when I think these thoughts. I would be sure to feel good about the goal, and not sabotage my vibration with doubt. Then I would look for any evidence that the Universe was providing for progress toward my goal. Perhaps I would meet people in the space industry who want to talk to me about the goal, or I would find myself watching TV shows about the topic. Every bit of evidence would be followed up by more optimistic thinking around the goal. “This is possible for me, and I am going to space,” I might say frequently. Law of Attraction would then begin to snowball circumstances and events to bring me greater and greater evidence of the goal. I might get a chance to go to a space camp or meet someone who is starting a company to send civilians into space. If I really followed this with my focus and desire, and if I didn’t contradict my own desires with out-of-the-Vortex thinking, then it would be possible for me to orbit the Earth in a spacecraft. I can do it.
Many people don’t think this is possible because they say they want things that they aren’t willing to pursue vibrationally. I can’t be an astronaut unless I have a strong desire to be one. You can’t lose weight unless you want to lose it enough to attract a “thin vibration,” which means focusing on thin and being single-minded and optimistic about thin. You can be, do, or have anything you want. So what do YOU really want? Are you willing to attract it unto you? If so, let yourself feel the essence of the vibration right now. If you want thin, reach for a feeling of thin right now. If you want prosperity, reach for a feeling of richness right now. If you want health, reach for a feeling of wellness right now. If you want love, reach for a feeling of joy right now. You attract everything to you, and your ability to focus on what you really want determines your success…always. Enjoy this most amazing day! If you have wanted something for a while, you might begin to feel frustrated more and more the longer it takes to materialize in your experience. You may think that you need to work harder, or that you need to do something big to make your desires manifest. But you are not responsible for the work that the Universe does on your behalf, and you don’t need to manage the Law of Attraction to make it work for you either. Here’s an illustration to help clarify this.
Pretend that life is like a giant assembly line, and that you are a single worker on that assembly line. Your job is to add your energy and expertise at exactly the right time, and with all the care, quality, and craftsmanship you can. You are not responsible for placing the order, or keeping the line running, or adding other pieces, or even worrying about the final product. Your job is to add your unique piece as masterfully as you can.
When life causes you to want something, as you desire it a signal is sent to the Universe, and an order is placed with Source Energy on your behalf for a physical manifestation. While you are the “asker” for the new condition (money, health, a new job, more friends, or whatever) you don’t need to spend one second worrying if the Universe got the order. Once it is placed, it is placed. Now your focus can be to recognize when your “product” comes by on the assembly line, and to add your quality and craftsmanship to the product. In the case of more money, you would live your day looking for evidence of more money coming to you.
Let’s say you are buying something and the clerk informs you at the checkout that she will be taking an extra 20% the total; picture your prosperity coming before you on that vibrational assembly line. What are you going to do as it goes by? If you say something to yourself that feels like “the Universe is always looking out for me, and is bringing me more money all the time,” it is as if you polished the desire and put gold trim around it. Then off it goes, toward some finished product you will see shortly. But your job is done until you see the next piece of evidence of your prosperity. Look for it, and you will see it again. Add another detail of vibrational quality as it comes by again.
If you decide instead to say something to yourself that feels like “I shouldn’t be spending this money because I never have enough. Another 20% off what I don’t have is not good for my prosperity,” then it is like taking a baseball bat and knocking the product right off the assembly line belt as it goes by. Instead, always think about the value you can give the thought, and do your best to make the quality of the thought increase as it travels by on your vibrational conveyor belt. You are not the factory, the Universe is. You are not the conveyor belt, time and space is. You are not in charge of assembling the pieces before they get to you, Law of Attraction is. Do YOUR job today, which is to add craftsmanship and quality to the piece that is before you right now. Relax and let the rest of the work be done by Source Energy. If you do this you will be amazed at the end result: what you want will be in your experience more and more of the time. I think it is actually very freeing to know I don’t need to do it all, and that I have a specific and manageable job. I give thanks, gratitude, and appreciation for my specific job and purpose today. Do your job proudly and joyfully today, and let the pieces come together naturally and with love. Enjoy this most amazing day. Chris-GP

If you really think about it, all we ever have is right now. The past is always past, and the future is the future, and we only ever meet them in the present. Yet how many times do we allow the past or the future to keep us from fully enjoying what is happening right now? I would have to admit that I can be better at this more of the time. Eckhart Tolle’s book “The Power of Now” is a great read about this subject, and he suggests that not being present (or in the now) is a chronic problem in the minds of many people in society today. (See a link to his website under “Other Cool Sites” on the GP sidebar). He recommends that we take some time each day to think about nothing except what is happening right now, and then let your mind be free of both past and future for that time. What we discover is that this can be done through meditation, exercise, or any other activity where we focus completely on the present moment to the exclusion of the past and future. What happens is an amazing transformation where your worries evaporate, your vibration raises, and you feel better. Tolle asks his readers: “What problem do you have right now?” Any answer referencing the past or future is revealed as a false problem. He asks again, “What problem do you have right now?” As you realize that you will react in the now if a problem does arise, and that in the moment you will know what to do, then you can accept fully that, indeed, there is really no problem right now.
Once you realize that you have no real problems right now, you can relax into your wellbeing more, and allow yourself to feel better and better. Feeling better is the first step to allowing Source Energy to flow through you, and once you are connected to Source, all good things will flow easily to you. Do your best to live in the Now today. Live, breathe, move, feel, and be grateful right Now. Enter the Vortex right Now. Enjoy the power of Now, and the magic of Now. Imagine having everything you want right NOW. Feel the exhilaration of how it feels to be right where you want to be, which is always in the Now. Enjoy this most amazing day…right NOW! Chris-GP

I think singing is a great way to move energy and feel better. I am always humming a tune or singing my favorite song, and I encourage you to do it too. Remember the old song “Don’t Worry, Be Happy?” This is the song I have stuck in my head as I write this. When you are happy, everything you want is flowing to you from the Universe, and is it always being managed amazingly by the Law of Attraction. You have a huge amount of power whenever you can get to a place of feeling good, and a powerful step toward feeling good is feeling grateful. When you acknowledge your gratitude, you drop the resistance you hold toward the world. When you feel glad to be where you are, you ask the Universe to align you with wonderful things. When you hold onto thoughts that uplift the spirit, you find your place in the eternity of the moment. When you expand your list of things that are going well for you, you invite even more prosperity into your experience. Don’t worry, be happy is a good mantra to live by today. But if happy is not in your immediate vibrational range, simply count your blessings and wait for the floodgates of happiness to be right behind the gratitude. In fact, if gratitude could be your baseline for the way you feel, bliss would be your experience even more of the time. So don’t worry…be Grateful. Be.Love, Hannya-GP

I was at dinner with a friend the other night, and the waiter took our drink order and disappeared. My friend immediately seemed preoccupied with where he went. She wondered if he would get the order right. We kept talking and before we knew it, he was back with exactly what we had ordered. After we gave our entree order, the same events unfolded, including my friend’s worry about if he would get it all right. This time she talked about her concern for his competence, and how she expected him to screw up the order. Of course, I took this as my unique opportunity to talk about perception, expectations, and Law of Attraction.
My friend was expecting something to go wrong, and she was looking for evidence of the mistakes before they even happened. I explained that the Universe hears your expectations, and through Law of Attraction brings you a version of what you expect. She thought that it didn’t mater what she expected, and that she would rather be surprised by things going better than she expected, and not disappointed by expecting too much. I understand this logic because I used to do the same thing. Now that I understand how we attract things, people, and events to us through our vibration, I don’t play the low expectations game anymore. Now I expect things to go well for me, and events in my life tend to match (or exceed) my expectations most of the time…and I expect a lot!
Worrying about your life is like worrying about your waiter. You ask for something, and then your job is to relax and let it come to you. Sometimes you might draw a really weird or unprofessional waiter, but the Law of Attraction will NEVER act like a crazy waiter. It will bring you what you ask for through your average vibration every time, 100% accurate and consistent. You never need to worry about Law of Attraction in terms of its ability to deliver the goods. On the other hand, a good waiter will occasionally give you what he thinks you want to show you what is possible. Law of Attraction won’t do that, ever. You ask, it delivers…period.
Relax and enjoy the fact that you get consistent results from your universal wellness order. If you are asking for wellbeing, expect it to be delivered very soon. If you want prosperity, see it, talk about it, and take actions that support it. Expect it to come to you very soon. Be irrationally optimistic. Anything you want is possible. It has been said in many circles that perception is reality. But science, and quantum physics specifically, is beginning to explain that this is literally true. In the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know” evidence is presented that explains how we interact with the quantum field. In essence, they explain that energy exists in a wave when no one observing it, and it exists in particle form when someone IS observing it. The observer literally changes the reality of the quantum field through interacting with it. If we have this ability to snap reality into place when we observe it, then why can’t we have an effect over the reality it embodies? Leading scientists are saying exactly this: we create reality with our perception of it. Over the years philosophers have hinted at this, and even Shakespeare said that “life is a stage,” equating it with the made-up reality of theater. If you can accept the role you play in the creation of reality through your perception, and if you can accept that your perception is greatly affected by the thoughts you think, then you can logically conclude that your thoughts create reality…literally. Knowing this, doesn’t it make sense that you would want to frame your perception to suit your greater desires? How would you do this? Here are a few examples:
1. Stuck in traffic: held up so I can meet up with something important later today.
2. Not in a relationship: getting ready to meet the perfect person who is almost ready to meet me.
3. Unhealthy: honing a strong desire to allow better health and thriving.
4. Stressed: focused and productive and ready to relax very soon.
5. Broke: creating amazing prosperity through strong contrast around money.
6. Uninspired: ready for a new direction
You may think that these are just euphemisms for bad-feeling thoughts. Yes, it’s true. But the feelings behind these thoughts are what really matters here. If you can learn to spin these thoughts into the best possible story you can tell, then you can learn to find the best in ALL stories you tell. Feel the relief that the new statement brings to your consciousness. Assure yourself that you are literally changing the quantum field with your improved framing of reality. Soon you will see reality bending to your interpretation of it. People will call you lucky and fortunate. You will have things begin to work out for you in amazing ways. You will become the master of your life. When people ask, you will say, “I decide what form my quantum field takes, and I am picky about the things I like to experience.” Or maybe you will just smile and say thanks for the support. Either way, taking control of your life will feel wonderful, and you will be in the Vortex of creation where Law of Attraction can bring you all you desire. Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP
