			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/spinning-plates.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1098" title="spinning plates" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/spinning-plates-300x199.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="199" /></a>There are times when I just can&#8217;t seem to hold it all together. I might be rushing from project to project, or trying to do too many things all at once. When I can&#8217;t keep all my plates spinning, I try to stop and take a few moments to change my approach. But how, you might ask, can I change my approach? Wouldn&#8217;t I have already changed if I knew how? The answer is no. I think we sometimes move at light speed and stop noticing even the obvious things in our vibration. We get into a funk that <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> matches with more of the same, and a downward spiral is the inevitable result. The worse it gets, the worse it gets. When you are in a funk and you know you are feeling a bit disconnected, try these steps and see if you can turn it around:</p>
<p>1. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>NOTICE</strong> how you feel</span>. A headache or a minor irritation are real indicators that you are holding onto a thought that is not letting in your bliss and gratitude. Just notice, and take note: I am feeling <em>(fill in the blank). </em></p>
<p>2. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>RELAX</strong> and breathe</span>. The thing that has your attention is irritating you, and you feel less than good, but it isn&#8217;t a real emergency. Most of the problem is your own holding on so tight. Let go of what ever stress you are feeling.</p>
<p>3. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>REDIRECT</strong> your thoughts</span>. Instead of trying to <em>stop</em> thinking about the irritating thing, think about something<em> completely different</em>. Find the best thought you have access to, and think that thought for a few moments. Notice how it attracts yet another better-feeling thought using <em>Law of Attraction</em>. The better it gets, the better it gets.</p>
<p>4. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ENJOY</strong> the relief.</span> Finding a <em>better thought</em> will feel better than the thought you held moments previously. You will be able to feel <em>relief</em> in all ways, and you may even make a headache go away, or a tough situation evaporate.</p>
<p>5. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>EXPAND</strong> into gratitude</span>. Once you feel better, start focusing on all the <em>gifts</em> in your life. Start paying your connection forward by telling yourself and others what you <em>appreciate</em> about your life and experience. Spread your esteem in every direction, to all corners of the <strong><em>Universe</em></strong>. Get into the <strong><em>Vortex</em></strong>!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[It wasn't a new idea for me, but the connection I made relating to wellness and Law of Attraction felt brand new in the moment. Though I was resolving to drop ten pounds of body weight by exercising more and eating less, I realized in the moment that this manifestation was completely connected to my ability to let go of the past. Somehow I knew that dropping the weight was impossible if I held onto old ideas and beliefs. I made a Vision Board recently showing images of what I want my body to look like in a month, and I have been looking at it most every day. ]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Like most people, I have a few New Year&#8217;s resolutions to align with in 2010. I hinted at some of my top five resolutions in<a title="2010 Resolutions" href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/2010/01/02/five-welness-resolutions-for-2010/" target="_self"> a recent post</a>, and you were encouraged to make your own top five list that felt the best to you. I was taking my walk today and realized that I have another resolution. (We all probably have stated and hidden resolutions roaming in our consciousness.) It wasn&#8217;t a new idea for me, but the connection I made relating to <em><strong>wellness</strong></em> and <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> felt brand new in the moment. Though I was resolving to drop ten pounds of body weight by exercising more and eating less, I realized in the moment that this manifestation was completely connected to my ability to let go of the past. Somehow I knew that dropping the weight was impossible if I held onto old ideas and beliefs. I made a <a title="Vision Beard Search Website" href="http://www.visionboardsearch.com/" target="_self">Vision Board</a> recently showing images of what I want my body to look like in a month, and I have been looking at it most every day. Yet now I know, it can&#8217;t manifest unless I change my thinking by letting go of who I have been to some degree. Some teachers refer to this as ego death, and I have come to trust the process and believe in the freedom that letting go of the past can bring. Then I came to realize that old ideas weigh us down and keep us from getting easily to where we want to be. Wow! Then I knew it was <em>time to shed some extra vibrational weight</em>. It felt really good to know that if I take the thinking journey and let go of any extra baggage I have created in my thinking, I can much more easily allow myself as a ten-pounds-lighter person.</p>
<p>What are you wanting to allow into your reality? What do you have to change to make room for it in your vibration? Don&#8217;t be afraid to change the way you think, and to shed the extra weight of your outdated thinking patterns. <p>1. I will pay even better attention to how I feel.</p>
<p>2. I will make the best of every situation I encounter.</p>
<p>3. I will enjoy each day even more by living fully in each moment.</p>
<p>4. I will create more wellbeing by giving my full attention to people and things that I appreciate and am grateful for.</p>
<p>5. I will relax and remember that all is so very well, and that I am perfectly equipped to expand my joy and allowing in every moment of every day.</p>
<p>I encourage you to just jot down the first five things that come to your mind concerning your new focus for 2010. See if your list resembles this one, or of you come up with things that match your specific intentions more closely than this list. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In part 1 of &#8220;Creating and Using Vision Boards&#8221; I discussed what a Vision Board is, and how it worked for me when I wanted to expand my career. In the second part, I showed you how to make a Vision Board, and how you might use it on a daily basis. If you are visiting <em>Gratitude Planet</em> for the first time and haven&#8217;t read Part 1 &amp;2 yet, you may want to scroll down and read it before you read Part 3.</p>
<p>Once you have created your Vision Board, you will want to refer to it daily and feel how good it feels while you look at it. I don&#8217;t recommend that you look at it when you are busy, stressed, or otherwise distracted from feeling good. <p><em><strong>1. Pretend what you want has already arrived into your experience. </strong></em>The Vision part of the VB is the gift of seeing the thing as if it has already materialized into your experience. The images you have chosen should feel like a done deal in terms of the manifestation. If you picked images and words that depict the manifestation fully, you should be able to relax and enjoy the feeling of having it. <em>It is the feeling of having it</em> that makes the <em><strong>Law of Attraction</strong></em> able to deliver it to you.</p>
<p>2. <em><strong>Have fun. There is no reason to work at this. </strong></em>If you approach the VB as a job to be completed each day, <em>you may intensify the feeling of needing to work to make it happen</em>. This vibration reinforces a feeling that you DON&#8217;T't have it. If you already have it (as this game requires) then there is no need to work or struggle while you look at the VB. It is done, and you should feel the fun of having the thing on your VB.</p>
<p>3. <strong><em>Talk to yourself as if you already have it. </em></strong>Let yourself know (often) how exciting it was to have the things on your VB. Breathe deeply. Love your ever-expanding life and the magic of creating and receiving your expansion. There is no need to contradict your thinking with a &#8220;real, here and now&#8221; feeling. Let your inner speak reflect the vision on the VB.</p>
<p>4. <em><strong>If you dare, talk to others about how your VB is manifesting (or has manifested).</strong></em> If you have friends that understand and accept <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>, play the game in real time with them and talk about how grateful and appreciative you are for the manifestations on your VB. Play it up. Let it feel good. Let them add to the power of the allowing.</p>
<p>5. <em><strong>Be patient.</strong></em> Don&#8217;t take score right away, but rather look for the smallest clues of the new condition. What ever you have created will start showing it self in small ways first. If you can really get and practice the feeling of the new thing, you will recognize it as it actually appears in the physical world. Just say, yah, that&#8217;s my VB in action. It&#8217;s here. Yippee.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When you are living fully through the <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>, you have to pay attention to how you feel. When you feel good, you are drawing to you things you have asked for. If you feel bad, you are holding yourself apart form the things you want to create in your life. This doesn&#8217;t mean that you will never feel bad&#8230;you will&#8230;every day. But when you feel negative emotion you can turn it back around to a positive emotion. The key is becoming aware of resistance in your vibration. Try using these five steps to stay a match to what you are asking for through <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>:</p>
<p>1. <strong>Notice pain or stiffness in your body.</strong> When you notice it, turn the emotional corner and breathe into the pain or stiffness. See yourself adding light and love and gratitude into the stiff area. Imagine it releasing and relaxing. This really works if you stop and really do it, I promise.You will feel better.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Notice how you talk to yourself. </strong>As you move through the day, pay attention to the words you use to talk to yourself. Do you praise your actions and feelings, or do you &#8220;talk down&#8221; to yourself? Do you say &#8220;nice interaction&#8230;I have perfect timing&#8221; or do you more often say &#8220;hey dummy, that was a stupid thing to do.&#8221;? If you are not being kind to yourself, turn the emotional corner by affirming that you aren&#8217;t perfect, and that you are doing the best you can. Change words that criticize into words that uplift. Let your view of yourself match the view that your inner being has about you. Your inner being loves you and knows you are exactly where you need to be right now. You will feel better.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Notice how you talk directly to others. </strong>Your vibration is also affected by the way you interact with others directly. Are you kind and uplifting to the people you see everyday? It&#8217;s easier to be kind to friends and family as opposed to the annoying cashier at the market. But your vibration (and emotional state) depends on how you handle the annoying people too. Can you find something to like about them? Can you see yourself in them somehow. Turn the emotional corner by giving them credit for who they are, and by feeling grateful for the service they are providing to you. You will feel better.</p>
<p>4. <strong>Notice how you talk with others ABOUT others.</strong> It is easy and tempting for two people to put down a third person, especially if that person is not present to hear it. It can feel good to agree with a friend that another person is ugly, stupid, inappropriate, or incompetent. But if you say these things, the experience won&#8217;t raise your vibration much, and soon you will feel the lowering of your vibration too. Turn the emotional corner by refusing to criticize others, even when someone is egging you on. The best way to do this is to start saying nice things about the person instead of degrading things. Or just don&#8217;t say anything at all. You will feel better.</p>
<p>5. <em><strong>Notice when you are clumsy. </strong></em>This is a real step. A sign of your disconnection can come through stubbing a toe, dropping a glass, hitting your head while turning, or by spilling a cup of hot coffee. When these things happen, stop and turn the emotional corner by affirming that you have some negative emotion activated. Simply take a deep breath and feel gratitude for your inner guidance that let&#8217;s you know when you are disconnected. Say &#8220;thanks&#8221; and move ahead a little more slowly and thoughtfully. Maybe you can also stop and close your eyes and collect yourself as well. Forgive yourself for attracting the spill, accident, or clumsiness, and move on ahead with confidence and humbleness. You will stop the chain of weirdness and you will surely feel better!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had a minor revelation a couple of nights ago as I pondered how I felt and how I was interacting with others. I realized, in a deeper way than ever before, that I can offer little to others if I am not connected to <strong><em>Source Energy</em></strong> myself. When you feel connected, you feel good. Connection feels like fun, expansion, gratitude, and appreciation. Feeling good is your number one job, especially if you want to be of value to others. And yet, we have been told by many that the best way to serve others is through hard work and sacrifice. The message was something like <em>&#8220;don&#8217;t be selfish, put others first, give more than you take, and do it as long as you can keep it up. Someday, after your death, you will be rewarded.&#8221;</em> I am sure that you have received this message in some form, at some time, from people in your life. Here are five things to remember as you put all this into perspective:</p>
<p>1. There is no shortage of <em>Source Energy</em>. It exists in abundance and will never run out.</p>
<p>2. You are worthy to receive <em>Source Energy</em>. There is no test to pass to make you worthy. It is yours for the taking, and it is free.</p>
<p>3. When you allow <em>Source Energy</em> to flow through you, you have everything to give. When you are disconnected from <em>Source Energy</em>, you have very little to give, and what you try to do from sheer work won&#8217;t make as much of a difference to others.</p>
<p>4. When you are motivated without being connected to <em>Source Energy</em>, people will be less inspired by your words and actions. Your intention to uplift others will be watered down. When you are inspired through your connection to <em>Source Energy</em>, people will sense your enthusiasm, your genuine gratitude and appreciation, and your full belief that <strong>all is well</strong>.</p>
<p>5. The <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> works the same if you are connected to <em>Source Energy</em>, as it does if you are NOT connected to <em>Source Energy</em>. So it is impossible, by Universal law, to attract something different than your own vibrational offering. Through your conscious connection to Source Energy, you set the bar that determines your power, expansion, allowing, and value to others.</p>
<p>The insight I received the other evening happened when I was feeling good while talking over dinner. The conversation was fun and expanding, and I had so much to say that felt good while I said it. At one point the conversation, for what ever reason, turned to a topic that didn&#8217;t feel as good. Without thinking, I joined in and helped the conversation feel worse and worse, adding comments and stories that moved me away from my <em>Source Energy</em>. I started moving down the <em>vibrational scale</em> until I felt pretty disconnected and even sad. I could see that my friends were also feeling the &#8220;buzz kill&#8221; of the conversation. Now, from my <em>disconnection</em> I decided to uplift the table by saying things that felt a little better. However, I was trying to offer these words <em>before I felt better myself</em>. Saying the words actually made me feel worse, and I could tell that it felt awkward to the others too. So then I remained quiet for a short time, maybe two minutes, and just thought thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. Talking to myself felt easier than trying to change others from my point of disconnection, and within two minutes I had a good-feeling vibration rolling again. My next offering to the group was met with smiles and felt like it made a positive difference to the vibration of the group. Notice today when you move ahead in your connection to <em>Source Energy</em>, and when you just move ahead to make something happen. Start being more sensitive to the way you feel when you are working, and when you are flowing with <em>Source</em>. Flow more, work less, and be filled with love and gratitude.
