Turn The Corner On Feeling Better!

Law of Attraction is a fair and consistent law, and it works even when you aren’t aware of it. All you do is think and feel and act, and think and feel and act, and then observe the results you get in your life. The Law of Attraction tunes into your vibration, which is the sum total vibrational average of your thoughts, feelings, and actions over time. What your life is right now is a perfect reflection of your vibrational offering in the recent past. People wonder why they can experience something unpleasant even when they feel good in the moment, and this is because it is your average vibrational offering that creates your point of attraction, and this point of attraction is what Law of Attraction matches and magnifies in your experience.

So if you feel snarky most of the time, and you talk about things in terms of your disappointment with the present, it makes sense that Law of Attraction will line you up with more critical, cutting, snide, cranky, and irritable experiences for you to “enjoy,” even when you feel happy for a few moments at a time. The key to all of this is to turn the emotional corner and find a way to feel better more of the time.

Feeling better is the key, but changing your behavior is the goal. If your life is not thrilling you enough, you have to change the input that creates your point of attraction, and then Law of Attraction will also work for you in more pleasing ways. Here are a few tips for turning the emotional corner, and all of these ideas can make you think, act, and feel differently.

  1. Exercise more. Take a walk, run in the woods, or get on a stationary bike. While you exercise, tell yourself: “I am opening to my greater health, and my body is very wise. I give myself love and health, and I receive love and health from the Universe.” Feel every cell in your body respond to your affirmations. You are turning the emotional corner.
  2. Eat Better. No matter what you have been eating, change your diet a little. The phrase “you are what you eat” is a good rule of thumb, so if you want to feel differently, try eating differently. Do a juice fast, or a true fast. But a cook book and make some new meals that you haven’t made before. notice that the food makes you feel differently. You are turning the emotional corner.
  3. Talk Less. That’s right. Talk less. If your point of attraction has you lining up with things you don’t like, you are probably in a habit of talking about things in a disconnected way. Talk less, and listen more. Even observe the way you talk to yourself in your own mind. Be kind to yourself, and love yourself more. Let whatever cognitive dissonance your have going melt into awareness of your perfect relationship to love and allowing. You are turning the emotional corner.
  4. Practice Optimism. While you are talking less and observing your thoughts more, turn your thoughts into better-feeling, more positive statements. Make it a game, and enjoy the process. Fr example, if you are doing something and you are beating yourself up, do it a little less. If you say “I really suck at this,” notice, laugh to yourself, and think again. Say “do over” and tell yourself “now I may suck at this, but I am getting better and better with every try. Soon I will suck less at this.” minor change…big vibrational shift. You are turning the emotional corner.
  5. Stop “should-ing” on yourself. Do you do things just because you “should?” Doing this can evolve into acting by default, and living out patterns of actions and thoughts that mess up your pint of attraction. Do everything because you choose to, and not because you feel you should do it. I would wager that at least 20% of the actions people choose are by default because they feel they are supposed to do it that way. Get your “should” together. You are turning the emotional corner.

See if doing all of this makes a difference to the way you feel. If it does, you are turning the emotional corner. When you think, feel and act differently then your life must change. I look forward to hearing about your successes. Enjoy this most amazing day!  Chris-GP

Life Can Be A Drag…So Start Skiing!

You are probably intrigued by the title of this post. I was inspired to contribute to Gratitude Planet today because I went water skiing yesterday with friends. When I was trying to get up while being dragged by the boat on my skis, I thought up this excellent analogy to Law of Attraction and the expansion of the Universe. Here’s my brain drizzle:

When you are living your day and you are feeling good, it is as if you are sitting in a boat that is safely moving, or is docked in safe harbor. All is well, and you have no contrast to knock you out of your safe place. But when you experience something that makes you feel bad…you expand and create a better (vibrational) reality for yourself. In this analogy, it like you get tossed out of the boat into the open water. However, you are still connected to the boat by a water ski rope, and you are wearing a pair of very nice skis. The boat represents the new reality you have created, a reality that you are connected to, but that you can’t enjoy right away because it is ahead of you. But your connection to it gives you several choices of action. You can pull yourself toward it and eventually hop back in, and this is a good choice. You would focus on the new condition until you achieved vibrational harmony with it. With the help of Law of Attraction, you would be sitting in the boat very quickly. Or you can just wait and see what happens.

In real life, the ski boat begins to move. If you decide to resist the motion forward, you get dragged by the boat. The weight of the water on your body and skis is difficult to endure, and in short order you come to realize that life is a drag. Your choices now are to keep suffering the drag of the boat, or to turn toward the boat, get your feet under you, and stand up and ski. The moment you do this, the resistance goes away, and you rise above the drag of the water. You start using the water to move ahead, and the boat becomes your sustaining power. Life becomes fun again and you start sailing toward your new condition. In fact, the thrill of skiing becomes the new condition, and you are connected to Source and living again in bliss within the Vortex. Soon you will be sitting safely back on the boat again.

Life, through contrast, causes you to want something better for yourself. Once you expand and create this new thing, you have no choice but to stand up and ski. You can’t let go of the rope in this analogy. The more you resist going with the flow of the Universe, the more and more you will notice the drag of the water. And you will always be expanding. The only real thing to figure out is how to keep up with yourself and your personal expansion.

Is your life a drag sometimes? Mine is, and I know yours is too. Why not make the choice to turn toward the things you want, and away from the things holding you back? Go with the flow, turn in a positive direction, and start skiing! You will be amazed how much fun you were missing, and you will remember that you have the ultimate choice to ski or to get dragged. When You Appreciate, You Allow Your Wellness!

When you live your life, you come up against events and experiences that make you want something better for yourself. You may get a bill, or a parking ticket, or a pain in your leg, or a headache, or whatever: in every instance, you automatically ask the Universe to bring you a better circumstance as soon as possible. You don’t need to use words because your vibration does all the asking. Asking is somewhat automatic, then. Once you ask, the Universe and Source Energy responds to this request by expanding the part of you that is non-physical. In other words, you literally grow and become more every time you ask for something better through your vibration. Why, then, doesn’t your life show constant and continuous improvement all the time? Actually, it should. If it isn’t there can be only one reason…you are not vibrating in harmony with the new and expanded version of your greater self.

Vibrating with the new version of your expanded self sounds like a hard thing to do, but it really isn’t. In fact, we are hard-wired to match this new vibration, as long as we don’t get in our own way. The momentum of who you are will guide you toward allowing your wellbeing, but you have to be willing to stop focusing the way you did before you asked for the expansion. Another way to say this is, if you have a bill you can’t pay, you automatically want more money. Once you have asked for more money, you have to start thinking like a person with more money. As long as you think of yourself as a person who can’t meet their bills, you will remain a person who can’t pay their bills. Do you get it? You have to match who you have already become vibrationally, or things just change to the same things again and again.

I have a hard time keeping track of what I have asked for vibrationally. I’m not sure I know consciously what it all is anyway. So instead, I follow this simple tip for allowing my wellbeing: I try to live in the vibration of appreciation and gratitude. I look for things that I appreciate, and I give thanks for what I already have. When you practice appreciating your life, you ask Law of Attraction to bring you more things to love and enjoy. It is not necessary to identify what you are allowing to improve, but it is important that you stay out of your own vibrational way. When you are thankful and appreciative more of the time, you are a closer match to everything you have asked for. In this state, you are in the Vortex of creation, and what you have asked for vibrationally is busy appearing in your reality. Appreciation allows wellbeing, period.

If you want to start appreciating and being grateful more, start by making a short list in your mind right now. Take 10 seconds. I’ll do the same too…

  1. I appreciate the sunshine today.
  2. It’s summer, and I love the summer.
  3. I am grateful for the time to exercise my body today.
  4. I appreciate you focus I have with my mind, and the happiness I feel for others.
  5. I am grateful for the Law of Attraction. I get more of what I focus on.

That was easy. If you found it a little difficult, just do this for a minute a day. Watch how much easier it gets. Get out of your own way, stop worrying about the future, and enjoy this moment. Things Just Always Work Out For Me!

I am sitting at the airport enjoying a free WiFi connection and feeling very grateful and appreciative. Have you ever had a day where you weren’t sure that you had the time or organization to get everything done, yet the street lights, helpful people, and circumstances all aligned to make it work out perfectly? This used to happen to me every once and a while. But since I have been coming to understand Law of Attraction more and more, and applying it to my daily life, I find that this happens to me on a regular basis. Of course, I still have my gifts of contrast to hone my desire for a better experience…but life’s little annoyances have diminished greatly. One tip I can pass to you to help you do this to is to start saying this simple phrase to yourself constantly:

“Things just always seem to work out for me!”

I say this, or some form of this, throughout my day. Sometimes I say it verbatim, and other times it sounds something like this:

  • I always get a parking space.
  • My timing is perfect today.
  • Everything is unfolding perfectly, one step at a time.
  • I need not rush because I am guided to be right on time.
  • I attract to me everything I need today.
  • Life is helping me be successful today. I open to it’s gifts.
  • I am always in the right place at the right time.
  • I find the open freeways every time.
  • My work will get done exactly when it needs to get done, and with ease.

You get the idea. Do you ever tell you self that things DON’T work out for you? DO you ever say the sentences (above) but in the negative? Say yes, because we all do this at times when we feel contrast and disconnection. But if you reach for thoughts that feel like the ones I listed, you will approach the Vortex more, and everything you want and desire can be connected with from inside this Vortex of creation and connection. Get there through feeling good, and the rest will work out. Start saying that things always seem to work out for you. Believe it. Feel good about it. Be relentless, and let your life expand to embrace your every wish. Time to board my flight. You Really CAN Have It Right Now!

Someday I will be happy. Someday I will have enough money. Someday I will have my soulmate in my bed. Someday I will have the health I desire. Someday I will have time to just “be.” Someday….

Have you ever said or thought these kinds of thoughts? We all have at some point. They can also be shrouded in “As soon as I finish this, I will focus on that” and other future-focused statements. While I know there is a time and a place for everything, and I know that you can’t rush progress, I also know that NOW is all we ever have. People who wait for tomorrow can’t fully enjoy today, and tomorrow will never come because it will always become today first. Everything you want will manifest in the present, and never in the future or the past. In fact, Law of Attraction responds to your vibrational offering on everything, so if you think something is in the future, it cannot manifest in your present. So that is why it seems like some things are difficult to attract to you…it’s partly because you don’t feel them in your experience today…right NOW!

OK, so how do you feel things right now that haven’t even materialized yet? You do it with the power of your conscious focus. It’s like a game, but it has to be done with complete release of what is so that the vibration of what you want can be experienced right now. Let me give you an example. Let’s say you would like more prosperity in your life. Someday, you say, I will not have to worry about money ever again. This focus reinforces that you don’t have it today, so your vibrational offering being matched by Law of Attraction is “today I have no money.” So your situation can’t change very much no matter how hard you work to change it. Law of Attraction just piles on with what ever you offer through your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Instead, use the power of your thoughts, feelings, and actions to experience your flowing prosperity right now. Sit quietly and close your eyes. See yourself doing something you would do if you had the money today. What would it be? Who would you talk to? What would you wear? What would you drive? What would be your goal for the day, now that your prosperity is flowing so very strongly? Imagine all of this coming together in this moment. Reach for the best feeling you can as you do this. Do you feel the joy of having the prosperity? Is there fun in the allowing of the images? See if you can relax and allow fun to be your intention as you focus. Bask in this experience and milk it for all you can.

For the time that you focused, imagined, and enjoyed having your prosperity right now, Law of Attraction shifted people, events, and circumstances to direct you toward a “real” manifestation of all that you imagined. The world changed (the real world) to match your vibration of prosperity. Once you begin to master this process, you will be able to move through any day with the focus on the things you want to create, experiencing them with joy and gratitude. Even as you see things unwanted in the world, you will be able to feel the presence of the wanted things more and more. You will live NOW as if you have the things you want, and the time needed for creating wanted things will decrease greatly. Your life will become a blissful and appreciative journey of loving focus and connection, and you will solve little problems before they become big problems. In short, you will want and desire things, and then enjoy having them in your mind and vibrational offering, and then you will see the new conditions manifest in very little time. You will be a deliberate creator of the life you want and deserve. Everything you want will be available to you. Is It Time To Upgrade To “YOU” Version 2.0?

I am such a MAC Geek! I love to hear the gossip about the new Apple products, and I am excited about the new iPad, though I am waiting to let the hysteria die down a little before I even try to get my hands on one. You may have heard that a new version of the iPhone is coming out, possibly this June. Apparently, one of the developers of the new version of the iPhone was kicking back at a bar and left his prototype phone on the bar where it was found by someone who then, in turn, sold it to the media. The media buyer examined it, broke it open, photographed it, and put all the information up on their website. While I can’t condone what they did, it was interesting to see what the new version will probably look like and what kind of functionality it will have. I think we all like to dream about the latest and best version of our gadgets, and we like to know it’s on its way, emerging into our experience. I also think the same holds true with the latest and best version of US as well!

Do you know that right NOW there exists a very real, yet-to-be-released version of YOU? Did you know that this upgraded version of YOU has all the functionality and conveniences that you have been hoping for? This newer generation of YOU is designed to be the perfect advance over the present version in every way. It was created by YOU, for YOU, and is awaiting your permission to be released into your present by…you guessed it…YOU! How can this be? Let me explain.

When you live your life, you have many experiences that cause you to feel different emotions and feelings. Some emotions feel really good, and others feel not-so-good. These two kinds of emotions can be referred to connected or disconnected vibrations. When you feel any emotion you send out a vibration to the Universe, and this vibration is matched by the Law of Attraction and sent right back to you. If you feel connected on average over time, you begin to see more and more evidence or things appearing in your life that help you feel connected. People are nice to you, parking spaces appear, and traffic flows swiftly in the direction you need to go. Likewise, if you feel disconnected on average over time, you will feel the weight of the world working against you in various ways that will encourage you to feel more and more disconnected. You will have things break, people will appear snarky, and you may sit in traffic often. So it is always in your best interest to choose thoughts that help you feel connected on average, because Law of Attraction is matching your vibration, so the better it gets, the better it gets. But wait, you say, I can’t feel connected all the time. Am I messing up my life when I feel disconnected? The answer is no, disconnection will happen. It’s how you handle disconnection that makes the difference.

When you have a disconnected moment, you are acutely aware of what you DON’T want, because you are living a crappy-feeling experience of what you don’t want. Your vibration races out and is heard by Source Energy. But while Law of Attraction starts bringing you more disconnection, Source Energy gets to work creating the new version of YOU based on what you have concluded you DO want through your disconnection. This new version of you (we’ll call it 2.0 for fun) is completed and ready for you to upgrade to whenever you choose to. It is waiting for you, and it is calling you. The only problem is that you have to move away from the vibration that created it (disconnection) and into a new vibration (connection) so it can arrive to you. This means literally turning from the old version to the new version even before the new version appears. (OK, now you are really confused, right?) Here’s an example to help clarify:

You want to lose weight, and you see a picture of yourself looking HUGE and then you feel horrible (disconnection). You want more than ever to be slim, trim and healthy, and you are pissed off about your present state. Law of Attraction brings you people feeling about the same way you do: fat and out of shape. But Source Energy creates the 2.0 version of you through the disconnected experience, and you now have a slim, trim, and healthy version of yourself ready to emerge. But if you keep focused on what is, you can’t allow what you have created. If you tell the same story, feel the disconnection of the present, and get discouraged all the time, you can not let the new version of YOU become your new reality. The key is to start feeling thinner, tell thin stories, and feel better as much as you can. Look for images of health and abundance, and picture in your mind’s eye the new version 2.0 you have created in vibrational reality. It’s real. It’s ready for release. If you are doing this consistently, you will know because Law of Attraction will start sending you people that are losing weight (or who have lost weight), and who are feeling good about their physical image. You will find yourself feeling better and better around this topic. Just relax and allow the new you to arrive to you. Be happy to release old patterns, no matter how comfortable they may feel. When You Can’t Have It, You Really Want It!

I have been searching for a solution to make the comments function work on Gratitude Planet again. For some reason there has been some sort of internal error in the software. I have been working on it for much longer than I had hoped to, and so far I haven’t found a way to make it work correctly again. I am going to keep troubleshooting until it works, but it makes me feel more than a little cranky. Yet, in my crankiness it occurs to me that in my strong, strong desire for a working website I have created an even better website…not in this moment, but in the realm of vibration. Today things are kinda screwed up, and I am pulling my hair out in my disappointment. BUT, I am creating through this experience, and the Law of Attraction will bring me the new and improved website once I get over my mood and focus more on the solution. Once I get feeling better about it, and once I allow the solution in by feeling better about it all, I will experience the manifestation of the improved condition. This is always how it works on any topic.

When you can’t have something that you think you should be able to have, it makes you want it even more. In that wanting you send out a strong signal, and Source Energy hears your transmission every time. Once Source gets a hold of your message of “I want this new condition because I hate this present condition” it literally creates and becomes the newest and best version of the condition you want. At this point what you want starts calling you toward it through events, inspirations, and clues embedded in your daily life. Your job at this point is to align with the vibration of the new condition and turn from the contrast that created it in the first place. You have to leave behind the circumstances of the birth of the desire to embrace your present experience of the desire. If you want it, you have to be one with the solution, and not keep living the problem over and over again.

If you have some contrast you are experiencing today, just say “yea…I really know what I don’t want here, and now I know that the solution has been created too.” Take a deep breath and be easy about it. It will all work out, and by being easy about it you will make the solution rush to you faster. In my case, I know the comments function will be back soon, and when it is there will be some more cool things to allow into the Gratitude Planet experience as well. The solution has been created, and I can’t wait to see how it manifests. Writing this post has moved me up the Vibrational Scale a little, and I feel better. We Do It Again…Until We Change The Way It’s Always Been!

I am sitting here tonight, typing and looking at the beautiful Pacific Ocean while playing some of my favorite music on the Bose Dock. I love taking some time to just BE, and on this particular Saturday evening things on this small part of the Planet seem to be in their perfect order. One of the songs that I just heard on my iPod was “Big Bad World” by the band “Plain White T’s.” This song has inspired my post tonight.

Sometimes when you have been doing your best to move ahead, it seems like you can’t. You may find yourself in endless contrast, or in patterns that seem to give you the same unwanted results over and over again. This is part of being human on Planet Earth, and we all will experience contrasting events that help us hone our desires. Remember that when you know what you don’t want, you know better than ever what you DO want. This is the gift of contrast…it helps you focus with greater and greater clarity. It is how we launch new ideas, desires, and experiences. And once you can consciously harness the Law of Attraction and start noticing how you feel more often, you will recognize more and more how contrast helps you clarify your desires.

Life is eternal. You never “finish” doing anything, because to be done is to find an end…and there is no “end.” Of course, there will certainly be moments when you feel complete, and when your desires feel fulfilled, at least for a time. But you can count on the fact that as soon as you reach “the end” of anything, a new beginning will emerge, and you will continue your quest toward the end. But you will never arrive, not ever. So striving to finish can sometimes keep you from living NOW, in this moment. And this is the wonderful gift of the present moment…everything you want and need is available right now, as long as you can tune into it and let it in right now.

The song is really well written, and has a nice rock edge to it. You probably can see the connection here, I am sure. We do the best we can, but we will always experience some contrast. We will feel like we are not expanding sometimes, but we will do our best to live, feel better, and to move ahead. We may make the same mistakes over and over, but eventually we will experience change…and in so doing we change the way it has always been. The message I hear is this: relax and be easy about your experience. You may not advance as fast as you think you should, but it’s OK. We all are working our way through our life experience at our own pace, and what you experience is the perfect unfolding for YOU. Let your life be a fun and interesting mix of love and contrast, joy and focus, fun and clarification. It’s a Big World, and there is so much to experience. Love it for what it is, and let yourself embrace your life in all of its fullness and variety. Enjoy this most amazing day!  Chris-GP

Make The Most Of Your Experience!

I have become pretty good at making the best of every experience I encounter. Some people call me an optimist, while some say I ignore reality. Either way, I don’t care because I love my life, and I refuse to let other people tell me what is real. When I walk down the street, I usually see beautiful flowers, nice people, and the perfection of every moment. Others may take the same walk and see garbage, rusty cars, and feel the disappointment of the world caving in on them. I choose to be connected to Source Energy, and I love being in the Vortex, where Law of Attraction brings me everything I have asked for and need right now. I love knowing that I get to choose what I give my attention to, and I love seeing the results of my focus. I choose to make the most of my experience by giving my undivided attention to things that make me feel good, while acting on my inspiration to get “real” things done. I don’t sit in my house waiting for someone to do things for me, nor do I believe that the Law of Attraction will take action for me. It just doesn’t work that way. Law of Attraction lines up people and events in your life that match your average thoughts, feelings, and actions over time. If you want something done, just see it already done in your mind’s eye, imagine yourself doing it effortlessly, and then…when the time comes to act..do it! If you are in the Vortex, you will complete the task easily and with fun and joy.

Making the most of your experience is your real job in this reality. We are here to hone our preferences, and we decide what we want by living experiences that we don’t want. That’s right! When you live an experience that you don’t want, you create a vibrational solution that is instantly available to you. But you can’t allow the new solution while you are living the crappy experience that caused it to be created in the first place. That’s why some people continue to live in the world of contrast when they could simply decide to make the best of it and allow in the new, much better-feeling experience. Crap happens, but not continuously and forever. Decide to make the best of every experience, and let yourself turn from contrast to feeling better and more connected whenever you can. I do it all day…except in brief moments of creating a new and better experience through contrast. You can too. Here are a few tips to do this easier:

  • When you feel contrast, just try to make the best of it. Say things like “It could have been worse,” or “there is a time for everything, including this experience. It will get better soon.”
  • If you are very disconnected…angry, frustrated, or fearful…just reach for the best thought you can find, even if it doesn’t feel good. Let feeling better be your goal. Keep reaching!
  • When you observe something that makes you feel bad, turn away as soon as you can and give your attention to something that feels better. This might mean not watching TV, reading the paper, or listening to the news very often.

You are in control of every aspect of your life. There is no force that can line you up with things that don’t match your vibration. You get to choose. Make the best choices you can, and reap the benefits of loving your life more and more and more. Be.Love, Hannya-GP

Life Is Supposed To Be Good!

We all have troubles and challenges in our lives, and it is the contrast that assists us in creating new desires. Something that doesn’t go well for you automatically creates an improved condition vibrationally, and the new condition can then appear in your “real” life as soon as you allow it in. Life is really supposed to be more about allowing and less about contrast, but sometimes we simply get caught up in the “nitty-gritty details” of creating. Stopping contrast and challenge in our life is not possible or recommended, and one of the best ways to work with it is just to accept challenges when they come, and then to focus on the new perspective or solution that emerges through the experience. Another way to say this is to “go with the flow” and then use the power of optimism to make the best of it. By approaching life this way, you allow the Law of Attraction to assist you powerfully because you will spend a majority of your focus and energy looking at what you want, and not recreating and enhancing the contrasting conditions. Yet, some people seem to spend a majority of their time in the contrast…but this is not necessary. The beauty is that we are all completely free to choose how we direct our focus, and no one can be forced to experience something that they do not invite in vibrationally. What you live and experience is always a perfect match to the vibrational signal you have been offering over time. What you have right now is the perfect unfolding of your average thoughts, feelings, and actions over the recent past. How’s it going for you today?

Regardless of how happy you are with your results right now, know that the Universe is NOT balanced in terms of well being and “not well being.” In fact, it only includes well being. Instead of good and bad, there is only well being, and the resistance of well being, which is interpreted as it’s opposite. But the momentum of the Universe will always will, if you let it. Another way to say this this is that if you give up the struggle and just become still in this moment, well being will flow to you. There is no force that can take you over when you pause for a second. There is no stream of bad stuff that can carry you away when you aren’t paying attention. The Universe is set up to be stacked in your favor, and in the favor of bliss, joy, love, gratitude, appreciation, and connection to Source Energy. Life is supposed to be good, and you have a 100% chance of loving this life if you are willing to let the stream of well being carry you. Are you willing? The Universe Hears Your Every Desire!

If you think that you have to ask the Universe to align you with everything you want, you are right. Unless you ask, nothing will change for you. Luckily, you are asking the Universe all day and every day for a better and better life. Every time you desire something it is because you notice that you don’t have it. By noticing you don’t have it, you tell the Universe “Hey, I want this!” Sometimes, we think we need to ask over and over again, so that we are really heard by Source Energy and the Universe. We think that if we ask enough times, we will get what we want through sheer stubbornness. But that is not how it works.

The Universe hears everything you say, everything you feel, and it reads your vibration. If you want something, it knows. It knows you better than even your friends and family know you. It knows what you want down to the very detail of your inner desires. Better still, it has created what you want and has all of it waiting for you to allow into physical form. When you align with what you have asked for, it will be tailor-made just for you, with all your personal specification in place. What this means is that you will, at some point, experience an amazing unfolding in your physical experience that will simply blow your mind! It will thrill you and make you say “Wow…that is amazing!” Many people comment at this point, “be careful what you ask for…” And this is true. What you want is on the way, as long as you are willing to be a vibrational match to it. Once you accept the manifestation by aligning with the vibration, the Law of Attraction will bring it swiftly to you to experience in your present moment. All is well, and all is on the way. Don’t ever worry that the Universe can’t hear you. I hears and knows your every desire, and it is always working to bring it all to you to love and enjoy. Thanks for reading. As Your Thoughts Change, So Will Your Life!

In his bookChange Your Thoughts – Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao,” Dr. Wayne Dyer discusses the ancient writings of Chinese philosopher Lao-tzu. Lao-tzu wrote a text containing 81 verses called the Tao Te Ching or the “Great Way,” and he wrote it 2,500 years ago! I have read and re-read Dr. Dyer’s book recently, and I find it very fascinating! I know for a fact that Wayne Dyer knows about, uses, and is a proponent of the Law of Attraction, and that he is a very connected and aware person. Although he doesn’t mention Law of Attraction at all in the book, he hints at it all the way through, and offers some very practical advice for living a peaceful, bliss-centered life. If this sounds interesting to you, you can follow the link (above) and buy a copy for yourself. This book is my inspiration today for a few thoughts that I will share with you all now.
The life you are experiencing right now is the natural and perfect outpouring of the thoughts you have been including in your experience over time. I say including because you have to factor in the “passive thinking” we do when we observe others, watch TV, read books, or allow thoughts to creep in from our daily experiences and interactions. Some people think that the words they choose to think matter most, but this is not the case. For example, say the following phrase to yourself or outloud:
  • “I am a healthy, thriving, loving, and connected being!”

How do you feel when you say this? Does it feel “real” to you? Perhaps it feels real when you doubt the words, as if it were a question:

  • “I am a healthy, thriving, loving, and connected being?”
Or maybe you feel more authentic when you give it a sarcastic tone, saying the words and not really meaning them at all. Clearly, you can see that the words don’t matter as much as the vibrational tone associated with the words as you think them. In fact, the feeling behind the words continues long after you have thought the specific words. Some also believe they create their experience through a few minutes of focused thinking that they do during the day…while disregarding the rest of their thinking and feeling for the rest of the day. But your point of attraction is always based on the quality of your average vibration…which is determined by how you feel about the thoughts you are thinking. Saying “positive” words and feeling unhappy will not help you attract positive experiences through the Law of Attraction. But feeling positive, or optimistic, or grateful, or appreciative will make a noticeable difference in your daily results.
So when I suggest that you change your thoughts to change your life, I am really suggesting that you change your average vibrational offering. I am encouraging you to feel a little different than you usually do. I know this can seem confusing, but if you pay attention to the way your thoughts feel, and then choose new words that feel a little better, you will start changing your vibrational average, and hence your point of attraction. If you like everything about your present life situation, then just keep on doing what you are doing. Your experience will always, always, always be the perfect evidence of your vibrational average. If things are fine, stay the course. If you have some things you would prefer to change, start by noticing how you feel, and then reach for the best-feeling thoughts you can find on every topic you encounter. Law of Attraction: Your Feelings Tell You Everything You Need To Know!

One of the confusing things about Law of Attraction for some people is determining how to make a firm connection between their thoughts and the manifestations attracted by those thoughts. You will remember that what you think, on average and over time, determines your point of attraction. Your point of attraction is the set point that the Universe uses to line you up with events and circumstances. Some people believe that Law of Attraction works like this, because this is their experience: “I want a car. I will think about a car. Now I will get a car. Where the heck is my car? This stuff doesn’t work!” They come to believe that if LoA was really at work behind the scenes, as they have been told it is, then everyone would have everything they want instantly. It is logical, in light of that argument, that LoA is not real, and that what you think doesn’t matter much at all. Yet there have been many, many books over the years that tout the benefits of positive thinking in all areas of living. Positive thinking and optimism have been purported to have positive correlations to expanded health, wealth, wellness, and prosperity. And many of these books and papers don’t discuss or even address a Universal force that lines up events and circumstances. There appears to be a connection to what we think and the results we get in our lives, regardless of the reasons and causes behind the phenomenon. This alone should provide inspiration for a person to examine the contents of their own mind and pay attention to the thoughts they offer on average and over time. Thinking about a car may (or may not) help you get the car. So how do you know if you are attracting the car? One very powerful way to know if the car is on the way is to pay attention to how you feel when you think about the car.

How you feel when you think a thought tells you everything you need to know about your point of attraction surrounding that thought. Here’s why this gets so confused. When you want something, you want it because you feel a lack of it in your “real” experience. In the case of the car, you probably really want the car because you really need the car. You want the car because the car you have is giving you troubles. You might want the car because you are tried of asking for rides, or tired of walking to get around. We ask for things because of a “bad” or contrasting experience that clarifies what we want to change. So if you start thinking about a new car, you will most certainly think about it, at least at first, in light of your present circumstances…a disconnected feeling about what is. Thinking about a new car, but feeling sad or disconnected about your present car (or lack of a car) creates a point of attraction equal to the present car. The Universe, through Law of Attraction, does work…but it matches you up with your present car over and over again. While you think you are asking for something else, your vibrational offering is stuck on wanting the car because you hate what you have, and thus you are attracting to you more of the same.

You can try NOT to think about your present car, but trying not to do something really just equals thinking about it. The Law of Inclusion makes it impossible to exclude a thought, because you can’t NOT think something…attempting to do so causes you to think about it. So instead, turn to thoughts that feel good while you think them. This takes some practice, but if you pay attention to how you feel when you think a thought, you will know if you are allowing the car or not allowing the new car. If you say to yourself, “my car will be so good to drive, and it will be dependable,” only YOU know how this feels. If it feels great to say these words, say them often and look for more words that feel even better. If however, these words imply “because the piece of crap car I am in right now is undependable, and I hate it,” then you are not heading in a vibrational direction that will change circumstances and events to bring the new car into your experience. Here’s the key to all of this: you don’t really need to think about a car at all! If your experience of contrast has clarified a desire for the new car, then it is available to you as soon as you get out of your own way. If you can find connection and feelings that feel like optimism, expectation, happiness, gratitude, or appreciation on random topics in your average daily experience, then you will manifest the new car in short order. Your feelings tell you everything you need to know. Start looking for reasons to feel good today, and look to all the things you are grateful for too. Be appreciative for little miracles that flood your reality every second. You will discover that it’s not difficult to prove that Law of Attraction is real after all, and your friends, family and colleagues will see you thriving. They may ask you what your secret for success is, and you only need to say “It’s no secret. I just care about how I feel. You can do this too.” Enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP
