It&#8217;s exhilarating to enjoy life as a conscious creator. Once you know that <em><strong>everything you want</strong></em> comes to you through your attention to a subject, and that <strong><em>everything you don&#8217;t want </em></strong>comes to you through your attention to it, then all you have to do is focus on the things you want&#8230;and minimize the rest. Some people beat themselves up when they can&#8217;t seem to stay positive, or when they notice that they are thinking about unwanted things. Thoughts ARE powerful, but they don&#8217;t grab hold of your reality and manifest into events immediately. There is no need to worry. When you give your attention to things you want, and make the best of every experience you have, you are on the right track to creating the life you want.</p>
<p>If you fall into thoughts of lack, fear or anger, it&#8217;s totally alright, and you can always redirect and start again. There is never a point where you can&#8217;t begin again, because life is eternal. The Universe is eternal. Your consciousness is eternal. There is no one right way to be. There is only NOW, and all you have is this moment to enjoy and expand into. You don&#8217;t even need to analyze your thoughts to see what is coming to you&#8230;instead, pay close attention to how you feel. When you are inspired to action, that is because you are in alignment with your greater askings and desires. If you feel bad about an action you are thinking about taking, you are not aligned with the action, and it probably won&#8217;t bring you closer to a happy manifestation.</p>
<p>For fun, let every manifestation be a lesson in how you have been doing in terms of focusing on what you want to create. Let every event be evidence of how you are focusing. If you have asked, you stuff exists. It just takes time for it to be seen in your daily life (at least to the point that YOU will admit it's there!) But I am here to remind you that your "stuff" is peeking at you all the time. Let's say, for example, that you are asking for more money and prosperity to show up in your experience. You asked (vibrationally) when you felt like you didn't have enough money, and now you are relaxing and letting Law of Attraction line you up with your new fortune. You are doing well. It's time to savor the abundance in your life.]]></description>

<p>As you move through the day, see how the <strong><em>Universe</em></strong> is lining you up with the <em>essence</em> of abundance and prosperity, and then savor and enjoy it. Perhaps you get a call from a friend to house sit, and then they also need you to run a few errands in their car as well. Notice that you are suddenly living in a nicer house than the one you rent, and that the car you are driving is much like the one you have imagined as your next car. <em>It&#8217;s yours now! </em>I know you might say, but the point is that it&#8217;s NOT mine. <em>That IS the problem.</em> And if you look at it that way, then I agree that you have a problem. When you see these things as reminders of what you DON&#8217;T have, you move away from your stuff. When you savor it as an added expansion in your present experience, you help allow your stuff to come to you.</p>
<p>What I am suggesting you do today is notice how the things you want are in your experience today already. You have friends when nice people chat with you in the grocery line, and you have beautiful things to appreciate in stores, even if you choose not to buy them right now. Your new car is suddenly everywhere you look, and your new relationship is just behind every smile you see in others. Savor these gifts of abundance and <em>tell yourself that it&#8217;s all here right now.</em> This will keep you feeling good and open to receiving everything you want. In these cases we often assign our happiness to a future time when we will be "done" and can then "arrive" in some new place or mindset. We might say "I'll be happy when I can pay these bills'" or a similar statement. When you do this, you use Law of Attraction to your disadvantage. Remember that the Law of Attraction only responds to your vibration and not your words. So saying "I will put off my happiness until later in the future when this thing happens" keeps the thing from happening, and keeps you in an unhappy place. We are eternal beings, and there is no "there" to get to. The best way to have everything you want right now is to enjoy everything you have right now.  There is a perfection in our imperfection...our journey can't be completed...because it never ends. So don't wish for the better day to come. ]]></description>

I get the feeling that if I just try a little harder, or focus a little more I will finally be done doing the thing I am doing. This can certainly be true when the thing is paying the bills, or painting a house, or doing the dishes. But what about when you assign that frame of mind to larger aspects of your life, like attaining enlightenment, perfecting your tennis game, or becoming wealthy and prosperous? In these cases we often assign our happiness to a future time when we will be &#8220;done&#8221; and can then &#8220;arrive&#8221; in some new place or mindset.</p>
<p>Have you ever heard yourself say: &#8220;I&#8217;ll be happy when I can pay these bills&#8217;&#8221; or a similar statement. When you do this, you use <em><strong>Law of Attraction</strong></em> to your disadvantage. Remember that the Law of Attraction only <em>responds to your vibration and not your words</em>. So saying &#8220;I will put off my happiness until later in the future when this thing happens&#8221; keeps the thing from happening, and keeps you in an unhappy place.</p>

You will no longer long for your work to be over so you can relax into your wellbeing, because you will already be relaxing into the best part&#8230;and the ONLY part we have access to&#8230;the present. 		<description><![CDATA[Well Being is like a cork under the water. In order for your well being to flow to you, you don't have to do very much. Imagine you are holding a cork (like a wine bottle top) and you are standing in the middle of a swimming pool just 4 feet deep. If you hold on to the cork and pull it under, it stays under the water. If you let it go for any reason, it bobs right to the top with no effort from you! <p>Well Being is like a cork under the water. In order for your well being to flow to you, you don&#8217;t have to do very much. Imagine you are holding a cork (like a wine bottle top) and you are standing in the middle of a swimming pool just 4 feet deep. If you hold on to the cork and pull it under, it stays under the water. If you let it go for any reason, it bobs right to the top with no effort from you! The only way to keep you away from your well being is to hold your own &#8220;cork&#8221; under the water of your emotions. It actually requires effort to cut off the flow of <em><strong>Source Energy</strong></em> to your consciousness. </p>
<p>That is why whenever you sleep or meditate, you feel so much better. You stop the resistance. You let go. Your cork floats. It&#8217;s nice to know they you don&#8217;t need to do anything except let go and allow your well being to flow to you. And when you do this, <em><strong>Law of Attraction</strong></em> will help you flow even more toward what you want. So just let go, take a deep breath, and see if you can feel your cork float today. It is easy to start seeing our actions as the only way things come to us, and to put artificial pressure on ourselves to &#8220;do more&#8221; and to &#8220;be motivated.&#8221; Working harder can be fun, and seeing better and better results feels very good. But if you are seeing fewer results from your efforts than you would like to, it may be a good time to examine how you have been approaching your actions. Have you been inspired, or just motivated? If you have been a regular visitor to <a title="Gratitude Planet" href="http://www.gratitudeplanet.com" target="_blank"><em>GratitudePlanet.com</em></a>, you know that we encourage being present and expanding into <strong><em>not doing</em></strong> anything sometimes.</p>
<p>Not doing is a powerful way to let go and to <em>allow</em>. However, it doesn&#8217;t mean that you should sit in your house and wait for someone to come feed, clothe, and exercise your body for you! There is a time for not doing, and there is a time for doing. If you are in the habit of waking up to a full run and going about your day at light speed, you may be feeling a bit overwhelmed, especially if the pace has been this way for a while. If so, try this approach for a week (if you need to rise earlier to get quiet time in your household, do so): wake and list <em>ten things</em> you appreciate or are grateful for in your life. Hold them to you and be silent. Expand into the wonderful feeling of these gifts in your life. Sit quietly and picture yourself doing the things you love to do. See yourself sailing, or painting, or singing, or dancing, or laughing with others, or enjoying your new house, or your new relationship, or whatever&#8230;you know best and you get to choose. Don&#8217;t put limits on your own mind, and just allow yourself to experience these thoughts as if they were already a manifested experience in your reality.</p>
<p>As you do this exercise, you will start to receive important information from the <strong><em>Universe</em></strong> in the form of new pictures in your imagination, or in the form of a feeling of inspiration. You will come to a new awareness and clarity about what only you can do this day. You will get a clearer sense of your priorities and goals for the day, and you will be <em>inspired to move forward into action</em>. When you feel this, stop the meditation exercise and start the action side of your day, following the inspiration you have received.</p>
<p>Actions that are undertaken with uninspired motivation are harder to accomplish, less fun, and leave you feeling worse than before you did the action. <em>Inspired action</em> puts you into the flow of the <em>Universe</em>, so you enjoy the experience more, you have more ease in the process, and you have perfect timing with resources appearing effortlessly as they are needed. You will attract the things you need through <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>, and you will feel the perfection of the process more and more. Inspired action is easy and invigorating. Motivation can be draining over time. So today, notice how you are moving into your doing phase. Try this inspiration meditation for a week and journal all the things you accomplish. It is usually uttered with a sarcastic tone that implies that the thing in question is unlikely to materialize anytime soon. It is, of course, much easier to believe in the "reality" of something when you can see, touch, feel and taste it in your daily experience. Movies like "The Secret" and "What the Bleep Do We Know?" suggest that our thoughts have a huge role to play in the creation of "reality." In fact, the brain has a very difficult time knowing the difference between a "real" event that you are experiencing and an imagined event that you are only thinking. Source Energy is also listening to our thoughts and vibrations, taking both real and imagined realities into account, and saying "YES" to it all!]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/yes-no-buttons1.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1291" title="yes-no-buttons1" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/yes-no-buttons1-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>Did you know that when you say yes to anything with your words, thoughts, or actions&#8230;the <strong><em>Universe</em></strong> agrees with you and gives you more of it? <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> makes this so. Likewise, when you say &#8220;NO&#8221; to something unwanted and give it your attention through words, thoughts, or actions&#8230;the <em>Universe</em> also agrees with you and gives you <em><strong>more</strong></em> of it. So it is impossible to give your attention to <em><strong>anything</strong></em> without asking the <em>Universe</em> to bring you more of it&#8230;wanted and unwanted events and experiences flow to you by your simple attention to them.</p>
<p>We have an incredible gift to choose the reality we want to manifest here on planet Earth. No one chooses for you, and no one can vibrate for you either. You attract everything to you, and there are no exceptions. The bottom line here is that you are always in the driver&#8217;s seat of your life, and you should take the wheel and start steering with <strong><em>gratitude</em></strong> and <strong><em>appreciation</em></strong>, focusing on where you are going. Don&#8217;t keep waiting to see something &#8220;real&#8221; materialize before you believe it can come to you; rather, <em>believe it is coming to you</em>, and look for the small, but still very real, hints and clues that it is on the way. Believe it first, and then look for it to be attracted to you through the <em>Law of Attraction</em>. Enjoy the feeling of already having the thing you have imagined. <p>Some people find this difficult because they don&#8217;t want to seem egotistical or self-centered. But if you don&#8217;t have a <em><strong>healthy ego</strong></em>, you may be holding thoughts that contradict the way <strong><em>Source</em></strong> feels about you. Holding back your love of self sends a conflicted signal to <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>, and you may attract people, places, and events that reinforce this lack of love. And when you feel differently about yourself than the way <em>Source</em> feels about you, you are going to feel bad, unworthy, disconnected, and irritated, and out of the <strong><em>Vortex</em></strong>. In fact, if you have been doing diligent work to be aligned with <em>appreciation</em>, and you feel like you have your <em>Attitude of Gratitude</em> working most of the time&#8230;yet you still notice some disconnection or have been having some less-than-wanted things appearing in your experience&#8230;it may be time to be grateful for YOU more of the time!</p>
<p>Try to see if you can make a list of the things that you appreciate about yourself, and see if it is easy or difficult to do this exercise. Do it everyday, mentally or on paper, for a week and you may see a positive vibrational shift in your life. <em>Source Energy</em> loves you, thinks you are amazing, always sees you as worthy, and has already become everything you want to be. When exercise is fun, fitness is easy. Haven&#8217;t you noticed that the things you actually <em><strong>like to do</strong></em> are always <strong><em>easy to do</em></strong>, and the things you dread the most are almost impossible to bear? I totally understand the mindset that pre-paves both of these experiences, yet it can be difficult to break out of old habits of thought to create and sustain a new vibration around exercise and fitness. Mark Twain (1835-1910) said that &#8220;A habit cannot be tossed out the window; it must be coaxed down the  stairs a step at a time.&#8221;  Sometimes all we need is a little &#8220;get up and go&#8221; (combined with fun) to change our habits a little at a time. Here is what I suggest: Take a <em>Gratitude and Connection Walk</em>. When I walk, I make it more fun by using my imagination, thoughts, and deliberate focus to feel better. Feeling better equals fun to me, and you probably feel much the same way.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how it works. Look at something&#8230;<strong>anything</strong>&#8230;that catches your attention. It can be a house in the neighborhood you are walking through, or a car, or a bird, or a trash can&#8230;anything you observe in your immediate environment.Simply say to yourself &#8220;I see a house&#8230;and I like its (<em>fill in the blank</em>).&#8221; So for example, someone might say, &#8220;I see a car, and I appreciate its deep blue paint job.&#8221; If you see something and you can&#8217;t think of anything to be grateful or appreciative about concerning it, find the <em><strong>best thought you have access to</strong></em> about it. This might sound something like &#8220;I see a dented car, and I appreciate that it&#8217;s not mine!&#8221; It&#8217;s OK if you just chuckle at yourself; but you did well finding something that felt true, and something that was the best thought you could think in the moment. The next thing you see, if you stick to reaching for gratitude and appreciation, will probably provide better things to like. Look for them, find them, and say them. Before long, the vibration within you will start to raise and expand to a very connected and blissful place.</p>
<p>One word of caution, however. This game can be played in the opposite direction, where you put down, make fun of, or become critical of the things you see. This will expand the vibrational range <em>downward</em> to thoughts that feel worse and worse the more you think them. The beauty is that you get to choose the direction that your thoughts flow, and when you feel better, everything looks, tastes, feels, and smells better. Your fifteen-minute walk that used to feel like two hours will feel more like fifteen minutes, and the fun you have raising your vibration will become the immediate payoff for your exercise. Instead of thinking &#8220;I really should take a walk today&#8221; you will begin to crave your <em>Gratitude </em><em>and Connection Time</em> instead. Go ahead and get out today, alone or with a few close friends, and enjoy being deliberate about your joy!  Be.Love, Hannya-GP</p>

What you do is start naming things you love and appreciate, and let it snowball out of control. Let it lift you even higher into Expectation, Belief, Happiness, Passion, Love, and all the way to Bliss! It is important to be feeling at least in the range of <em>optimistic</em> before you try this, because you need access to thoughts that feel good to begin. If you are feeling, say, frustrated you will only have access to thoughts close to frustration, such as irritation or overwhelment. You CAN feel better by moving upward from frustration, but this game is not a good one unless you are already in a connected vibration.</p>
<p>Here is what you do: Say &#8220;I love (<em>fill in the blank</em>). Then say I appreciate (<em>fill in the blank</em>). Then perhaps, I am grateful for (<em>fill in the blank</em>). If you run out of things to love, appreciate or be grateful for, go more into depth about one of the things you already mentioned in a previous statement. For example, if you said &#8220;I appreciate my car,&#8221; and then draw a blank, follow up with &#8220;I love that my car is so dependable.&#8221; The fun really starts when you get a flood of ideas to be grateful for and to appreciate. You start feeling even better, and better, and better. So here is a short rampage from me to you. The most important part of harnessing the power of the <em>Law of Attraction</em> is to notice how you <strong><em>feel</em></strong>. If you feel good, you are attracting everything you are asking for vibrationally. If you feel bad, you are attracting things that you won&#8217;t like very much when they appear in your reality. But there is no need to stop thinking thoughts, or to panic and attempt to censor your mind. In fact, trying to stop a thought in its tracks is next to impossible. Instead, you are better off relaxing and redirecting your thoughts to something that <em>feels a little better</em>. The point is to notice how you feel, acknowledge where you are, and always move toward things that feel better. Simply turning from things that make you feel worse&#8230;just thinking about something else&#8230;is all you need to do to &#8220;stop&#8221; the thoughts that feel worse.</p>
<p>Not long ago I wrote about a game I play as I go through my day. It helps you keep track of how you are focusing your attention on any subject. I call it the <em>&#8220;That Feels Good&#8221;</em> game. In this game, you just pay attention to how your day unfolds in terms of how it feels to you. In this game there are only two phrases: &#8220;That feels bad&#8221; or &#8220;That feels good.&#8221;  When you say &#8220;that feels bad&#8221; to yourself, it&#8217;s time to redirect. When you say &#8220;that feels good&#8221; to yourself, you just drink in and savor and appreciate the moment for the good feeling it brings. You might even follow a good-feeling experience deeper to see if it gets better and better.</p>
<p>Here are some examples to clarify this.</p>
<p>1. <strong>Someone who is talking to you shifts their focus to all the problems they have been experiencing.</strong> It goes on and on. You calmly say to yourself &#8220;this feels bad&#8221; and think of a way to redirect. You may give them words of comfort, or help them see a silver lining in the situation&#8230;or you may just be silent and let them talk themselves out. See if you can elicit a &#8220;that feels good&#8221; from your vibration. If you can&#8217;t then it&#8217;s time to move on to another encounter with someone else, as opposed to helping them whip up the disconnection by participating fully in it.</p>
<p>2. <strong>You are in a grocery story in the checkout line, and someone cuts the line.</strong> You feel some negative emotion and say to yourself &#8220;that feels bad.&#8221; You have two choices. You can continue to feel bad and maybe even confront the person, or possibly stew about it to yourself, or start talking to another customer about the &#8220;injustice,&#8221; or you can find something else to focus upon that feels better. In this case you might notice an adorable child in the cart behind you, smile at it, and start up a very pleasant conversation with the parent of the child. If so, you might feel you connection return. You would say &#8220;that feels good.&#8221; Then continue to enjoy the interaction. The line cutter is no longer part of your vibrational attraction.</p>
<p>3. <strong>You are out shopping and the day is going well: the lights all turn green as you roll up, you get the parking spaces you want, and the traffic is flowing well.</strong> Every time you notice one of these events going your way, just say out loud or to yourself &#8220;that feels good.&#8221; Smile and rejoice that you have perfect timing. Bask in it. Noticing that acknowledging that you feel good actually makes you feel even better.</p>
<p>4. <strong>You are having a good time at work, and all your activities feel rewarding. </strong>Suddenly an email comes in from someone who recently had a disagreement with you. You look quickly to determine that there is no new information in the letter, and you notice strongly &#8220;that feels bad.&#8221; In a microsecond you tap the DELETE key, and in a few seconds you begin to feel your connection return. Before long, you will be able to say, once again, &#8220;that feels good.&#8221;</p>
<p>This is a game, so there is no need to be serious about it. Just notice how you feel and what you say to yourself in your &#8220;inner speak.&#8221; If you don&#8217;t have strong feelings either way, just say nothing. By following your bliss throughout the day, you will enjoy the process more, you will love the day more, and you will be using the <em>Law of Attraction</em> to put everything you want at your finger tips. You will live your day from inside the <strong><em>Vortex</em></strong>, where all the things you want are ready to manifest. Try it and let me know if you get great results.
