Up Yours! Tips For Allowing More Well-Being

There are so many ways to enjoy this life, and joy, expansion, and freedom are what we all are wanting to experience. Don’t you agree? We want things…cars, relationships, health, wellness, prosperity…because we think that in having these things we will feel better. So our goal in creating deliberately using the Law of Attraction isn’t about getting stuff, but rather it’s about feeling better. It’s a catch 22 here. You can’t postpone feeling better, or Law of Attraction will line you up with more of the stuff you feel bad about. But if you choose to feel better before you get the stuff, then why do you really want the stuff? “Getting the stuff isn’t as thrilling when I already feel good about it today,” you might say. And this is the paradox of deliberate creation: your goal is not stuff, your goal is joy. And through your joy, you can, and will, have your stuff. It’s simple to understand, but more challenging to put into daily practice. Today is the perfect time to start, if you haven’t already been doing this.

A key to deliberate creation in your life is the word “allowing.” Allowing is a practice where you let go of the struggle and relax into your well-being. It is a state where you take your hand off the hot stove. It is a mind-frame where you turn and go with the current of the vibrational stream. It is the ability to expand into joy, and to maximize your connection to Source Energy. Allowing is the opposite of resisting, and I recommend you always focus on increasing something you want, rather than stopping something unwanted. So these tips are not about stopping resistance, but rather about increasing your allowing. Enjoy these ideas for upping your allowing, and then go out and enjoy this most amazing day!  Chris-GP

  1. Notice your breath. If there are any traces of inhibition of free flow, acknowledge it, and then allow these blocks to dissipate. Feel your breath flowing easily and fully in and out of your lungs. Be natural about it, and enjoy the feeling of letting it expand you in all directions. If you can, close your eyes while you do this.
  2. Notice you body. Do you have any places where you hold tension? Is your neck pain-free? Are your hips, joints, and muscles limber and free to move naturally? Find one place to focus upon, and then imagine love and white light bathing the area. Flow your breath freely, and affirm that you are consciously allowing energy to flow freely in the area. Picture the area relaxing and expanding. See any pain melting into freedom. Give thanks and gratitude, and then feel for another area, if one exists.
  3. Notice your thoughts. Do you have thoughts that hit an emotional dead end? Are there habits of thinking that don’t feel good while you think them? Do you worry about certain topics, or feel fear around certain ideas? If so, you can up your allowing by either redirecting your attention to another topic, or by making the best of the thought you are thinking while you are thinking it. Like your muscles, thoughts can cause pain. But if you notice the pain, and then imagine the thought evaporating…to be replaced with a better-feeling version…you will now have more freedom and joy in your thinking. Don’t push against the thought, or try “not to think” it. Just find a new thought, even if it feels “less real” at this point. “Reality” is merely the most practiced version of the “truth.” Let your vibrational “truth” reflect your desire to be connected, joyful, and happy.
  4. Notice your giving and receiving. Are you giving and receiving in a balanced way? Too much of either can cause a painful imbalance in your vibration. If you feel a need to give, tip more, volunteer your time, or donate to a good cause that you believe in. Smile more, and give more compliments to others. If you feel a need to receive more, than take opportunities to receive with a sacred and grateful intention. This can be through receiving a massage, a letter, a compliment, or through receiving something with monetary value.  Give thanks, and then allow the gift to fill you with gratitude. Affirm that you are worthy and open to receiving well-being. Allow this balance of energy to keep you grounded and focused.
  5. Notice how much you love and appreciate. To be joyful and allowing, you must be connected to your loving source. What do you love? How do you express your love to others? Can you extend your full love inward toward yourself? Can you appreciate the world as it is, and can you find reasons to expand your love without needing to change others? When you can love everything, even when everything appears not to be loving you back, you have found the secret to loving. To get love, you have to be in love…with everything. If love is your vibrational focus, then the Law of Attraction MUST being you more of the same. Up your allowing by loving fully and completely, and then let the Universe expand you in your joy!

But There Must Be Some Mistake…Why Would I Create THIS?

Sometimes I wonder if being a celebrity is really as much fun as it seems to be. Living a life in the spotlight must have some exciting moments, and I am sure that high-profile people have a sharp sense of the leading edge of thought, for better or for worse. The joy and contrast that famous people encounter, however, is probably not exceedingly different than anyone else’s experience. We have seen a new wave of celebrity scandals lately, from former Presidential candidate John Edwards to golf legend Tiger Woods (as well as many others). No one is perfect, and no one ever will be. Each person has their own challenges and desires, and it can’t be easy to have millions of people watching you at all times, ready to blame you for your imperfect journey on planet Earth. I rarely give these stories my attention because I am not interested in including them in my vibration, and hence, into my experience. But there are two stories I will mention briefly today to make a point…that there is never a mistake concerning the Law of Attraction because what you get is always a match to your vibrational offering…always, with no exceptions.

I was reading another Law of Attraction blog (’cause I always like to read about and meet new people who are deliberate creators), and I read that Dr. Wayne Dyer had been diagnosed with some sort of cancer. My thoughts became confused for a moment, and then I asked “but how could someone like Wayne Dyer, who seems to have his act together so well, attract cancer? What went wrong?” The answer is, of course, that nothing “went wrong.” Knowing about Law of Attraction doesn’t make someone live in a thought bubble and immune to their own habits of thought. You are a spiritual being having a human experience on this planet, so you will have experiences now and again that feel like contrast. It’s part of the deal. That doesn’t mean that you can’t help others with insights that you have gained through your studies and experiences, and your imperfection shouldn’t stop you from adding as much value as you can to this world. The quote I read that was ascribed to Wayne felt very connected, and he seemed to be in a very allowing frame of mind about his diagnosis. This made me think about how we can’t stop contrast from coming into our lives (nor would we want to do this), but that we have ultimate power to decide how we focus our energy after the manifestation. A contrasting experience always opens up a strong desire for something better, and embracing the new desire is our number one job. That is what I felt from reading Wayne Dyer’s words about his condition. He is turning toward wellness with a new and energized focus. Because the manifestation was not an accident, but rather a culmination of energy flow (or energy blockage), he has a gift-like opportunity to examine how it all came to be. Turning to wellness will help him allow even more wellness. It works this way for everyone, famous or only locally famous.

So what if you are a deliberate creator and you create what can only be described as a total CRAP storm? In this reference I am talking about author and entrepreneur James Arthur Ray. You may remember James as one of the featured speakers in the movie “The Secret.” James did very well creating his own brand name associated with the Law of Attraction, and still has a loyal following who can separate the messenger from the message. He now also has some fierce detractors. He has been arrested for negligent homicide for a tragic incident that left three people dead during one of his retreats. This has caused quite a buzz in the LOA blogosphere, because he is a very visible person who has appeared on programs like Oprah in the name of Law of Attraction. It seems easier to blame James for his woes because he is a motivational speaker, and he makes a living calling others out on their blind spots and weaknesses. It seems like he should have seen this coming, and should have adjusted his thinking accordingly. But he, too, is only human and lives by the same Universal laws we all live with. He obviously didn’t predict the outcome here, and I believe there was no intent to kill anyone. But still, he attracted a XXXL-sized dose of contrast, and it is up to him to find the meaning behind the experience, and adjust accordingly. The Southern California staff from Gratitude Planet went together to see James speak this past fall, and we all had a funny feeling intuitively that we all shared after the seminar over drinks. We all felt an unease about his vibration, as if he was working really, really hard (too hard) to sell us his products. The word “allowing” didn’t make a whole lot of sense compared to the energy we felt that night from the stage. After the talk, he disappeared from the room without chatting with anyone, shaking hands, or answering questions. We were very confused…we wanted to believe he was perfect and living his message. I fully believe in his message, even if the messenger is struggling to hold it all together. When I heard that he attracted the mess he did, I can’t say I was surprised. We felt he was carrying and practicing a vibration that kept him from feeling free…and one that kept us from feeling his free and true self…and now he has manifested another challenge to his freedom, that of potential incarceration.

Interestingly, I read that Wayne Dyer is often the last person standing in a room where he gives a talk. He chats, listens, and gives freely of his time and energy for the people who are interested in his message. These two men, James and Wayne, have had two literally contrasting experiences…and each will continue to attract based on their most practiced vibration. Again, you can’t avoid things going “wrong” for you, but you CAN do your best to live your highest version of YOU. Be grateful, give freely, relax, and let your life be joyful as much as possible. Be appreciative for the famous people who help us learn about ourselves in public, so that we can be our imperfect selves in private. Send love to others, even when they fall short of your expectations. Let people chose what they will, and choose for yourself as well as you can. There is a perfect unfolding in the Universe, and we have an opportunity to align with it if we choose to…not for the sake of perfection, but for the sake of JOY! There are no mistakes. 10 Tips for Increasing Your Gratitude

Being grateful helps you focus on the things that feel good in your life. It gives you a reason to say “thank you” and it keeps you in line with Source Energy, your Inner Being, and the good that is coming to you in every moment. In immense gratitude, I have made this list about…being grateful. Enjoy! Hannya-GP

  1. State your gratitude in your mind, to yourself, every time you think to do it. It only takes a second, and it costs nothing…but can pay off big!
  2. Don’t censor your gratitude. Your worthiness to be grateful is never in question. If you feel grateful, go on and feel it fully.
  3. Be grateful for the things you might normally take for granted…your breathing, your heart beat, your mind, your thoughts, and anything that comes to mind that always has been there for you. You would miss any of these if they went away suddenly!
  4. Be grateful for all the things you have accomplished in your life so far. Your journey led you to this moment called NOW. Be thankful for all the good, bad, and the ugly. Give thanks for the joy and the tears. You are you because of the journey you have walked up to this moment.
  5. Be grateful for the things you haven’t even begun yet. Love the fact that your best days are still unfolding. Be grateful that contrast has created a new YOU that is always evolving. Love the newness of each future moment as it becomes your NOW.
  6. Give gratitude for your prosperity. No mater how much money, food, clothing, or shelter you have, someone has more than you, and someone has less than you. Love what you have, and know that it is the perfect amount for you in this moment.
  7. Be grateful for the work you do in the world, even if it isn’t your “real job.” Some people make money, and then go do the work that is really important to them. Others do their “paid gig” as their true life’s work. Either way, give thanks for the contribution you get to make in the world through your unique gifts and talents.
  8. Be grateful for your spiritual family. Sometimes our spiritual family happens to be genetically related, and sometimes the connection transcends blood and bone. Either way, love the people who feed your soul through their kind ways, generous hearts, and loving friendships.
  9. Give gratitude for the Earth. This planet is so smart, and it keeps us thriving and living in a giant, airless Universe…spinning and whirling century after century. It has a wisdom and a balance, and we are but travelers on its back. Love the true magic that is planet Earth, and appreciate it by acknowledging its beauty and majesty.
  10. Receive gratitude that others offer to you. The balance of giving is receiving, and you are to be honored, loved, and appreciated as you also have given of the same. Open to receive grateful thoughts and actions from others. You uplift them by receiving their gifts to you.

Expand To Give (and Receive) Freely

You surely remember the old saying “It is better to give than it is to receive.” I heard that phrase very early in my life, and I have always been interested in giving to others when I can. I think we all occasionally struggle with how much giving and receiving we should do, and at times I have been better at one or the other while trying to balance both. Back in October there was a GP post about giving and receiving, and I want to expand on that post a bit today. Another GP post in October by Hannya also related a great giving-receiving story. You may want to read (or re-read) these before digesting today’s topic if you have the time.

When you give freely, and when you feel good about your giving, you set up an expectation within your vibration that Law of Attraction matches: you feel worthy and ready to receive. When you understand this give-and-take of energy and see it play out a few times, it can be tempting to work to give a lot so that you can be worthy to receive a lot. The problem with this approach is twofold. First, you are already worthy to receive, and your worthiness is never in question. You can feel more worthy or less worthy, but you ARE worthy. Secondly, receiving (or allowing) Source Energy and wellbeing is natural and not dependent, necessarily, on how much you give. You don’t give to earn your right to receive, and no one keeps score in some far-away vibrational database. The energies of giving and receiving are intertwined, but not in a “weight and balances” type of equation. But there does seem to be, in my experience, a direct benefit to giving and receiving freely as the opportunities arise. The key is not to give to make something happen, but rather to give because it feels good to give. Law of Attraction works its best magic when you feel good…so timing your giving can be important. Feel good first, and then feel better through your giving.

When I take my morning walks along the beach, I usually visit a coffee shop about three miles into the walk. It’s a Starbucks in a grocery store, and sometimes there are some very needy people near the store. Occasionally they will ask for change, but other times they just keep to themselves. This situation represents a great opportunity to see how I feel in the moment about giving. If I feel resistance to giving money, I don’t. If I feel open and connected, I do. On several occasions I started my walk and decided that I would buy some food at the grocery and give it away to the first hungry person I encountered. On each occasion, I couldn’t find anyone to give it too, and one of those times, I swear, the guy vanished. I realized that I was trying to do something that was not a natural unfolding, and I felt worse walking home with the food in my arms. Now I wait to see what opportunities the day brings to give and receive, and I move ahead when I am inspired, knowing that I will be in the right place at the right time always.

Finally, giving is not just about money and food. Giving freely can include giving compliments, smiling, holding a door open for someone, noticing a kind gesture, leaving an uplifting note, singing a song, answering an email, and a million other possibilities. Receiving freely might include being grateful and appreciative for compliments, smiles, doors held open for you, kind gestures, uplifting notes, songs you hear, emails you receive, and a million other possibilities. Giving and receiving are ways you live, not things you do. Expand your vibration to give and receive freely and often today, and enjoy how great you will feel all day. Defining Prosperity: When Are You Really Rich?

At Gratitude Planet, we pride ourselves on being helpful to our readers, and we strive every day to make a positive difference in the quality of life on planet Earth. You can find a whole lot of posts on Gratitude Planet about the Law of Attraction (L of A), as well as tips on allowing and enjoying the life you want, deserve, and are manifesting. But there haven’t been a lot of specific posts on GP on the “prosperity” part of “Law of Attraction Tips for Wellness and Prosperity.” I would guess that many of our readers would like to expand their ideas and beliefs around money, and would like to have more of the green stuff in their wallets, checkbooks, and college funds. There is nothing wrong with wanting to attract and allow more money into your experience, and using the L of A to improve your focus is a great way to become more prosperous. There are several questions tied to this discussion:

1. What is prosperity, and how will you know when you have it?

2. Why do you want prosperity, and what will you do with it?

3. What will being prosperous feel like?

Question one has a simple answer on the surface: prosperity is money, and I’ll know by the bottom line on my bank statement. It is true that prosperous people are often monetarily rich, and it is also true that it is hard to think of prosperity apart from income. But haven’t you met some very rich people who feel poor? Haven’t you observed happy people who have next to nothing? It can be said, then, that feeling prosperous is a relative thing indeed: for some people, no amount of money will make them feel prosperous enough to be happy. Maybe prosperity comes in other forms as well, and perhaps prosperity can be better defined as being happy with what you have, while expecting more to flow to you. Maybe prosperity consciousness is all about being rich in thought, action and feeling, and allowing the riches to flow through many varied channels. You will know you have it because you will be living a life that is rich in gifts, and you will be open to happily receiving these gifts in each moment.

Why do you want to be prosperous, and what will you do with it? This is a harder question for many people to answer. Can you answer it off the top of your head? From a young age we have been conditioned to chase after money, and many of us can’t even say what we want the money for. Sure, you can pay bills, buy a better car, and live in a better house…but when all this is done, then what? Why do you want it? Will you help others with it? Will you give some away? Will you will it to your kids? There is no right answer, but what ever your answers are will give you insight into the motivation behind your pursuit of monetary prosperity. Focusing on the good that the money can ignite can help it flow to you more easily into your experience. Broadening your definition of “prosperity” to include any gift that makes your life richer can also help more of it flow to you effortlessly.

What does it feel like to be prosperous? I immediately think of the word “freedom.” I think many people want to be rich so that they can be free to live as they choose. But as I stated earlier, there are many “rich” people who do not feel free. In fact, big dollars often come with problems that are just as big. Some very wealthy people have no time to enjoy their money, and they constantly strive to arrive at a place in time where they can finally relax into their prosperity. There are also unhappy poor people, I know. But the saying that “money can’t buy love or happiness” does hold some truth. I believe that true prosperity feels like fun, excitement, richness, joy, love, passion, and bliss. If you are rich in thought, action and feeling, you are receiving prosperity in a multitude of ways: in the eyes of children…in the smiles of friends…in the job you do…in the beauty of music and art…and even in the majesty of a sunrise. A prosperous person feels rich and free, and they expect it to continue. A prosperous person knows that all is well, and if they want more green stuff too, the Law of Attraction can easily line them up with more money as well. It’s always about how you feel. Feel rich…become rich…in every area of your experience!

This post was inspired by the AMAZING sunrise I witnessed today outside my house. I gave great thanks and appreciated the light show, and it felt like a living work of art was unfolding before my eyes. I wondered how many other people who were watching the sunrise were feeling as prosperous as I was. Just being there and receiving the gift of the moment, I felt like the richest man on the planet. It didn’t change my bank account necessarily, but it filled up my appreciation and gratitude tank to full for sure. I am grateful for the prosperity that allows me to live fully and love fully. Give Great Thanks Today!

For all of our Gratitude Planet community located outside of the United States who might not know it, today is Thanksgiving Day in the US. It’s a day to reflect on all the gifts we have, and all the people that we appreciate. People are generally off work and are gathering with friends and family for a meal, and for a reconnection with loved ones. It’s the perfect day to whip up some Gratitude and Thanks, and now is is the perfect moment to let the horses run on a rampage of appreciation and gratitude. Start with Thanks. Wherever you are right now, take two minutes and mentally list everything you can think of that you are thankful for. Your inner monologue may be something like “Thank you for the weather today, thank you for the air I am breathing, thank you for the clothes I am wearing, thank you for the eyes I use to see, thank you for my mind that helps me think, thank you for the …..” You get to decide what feels best to you. Next take two minutes to be Grateful. It might go something like this: “I am grateful for my job (or job prospects), and I am grateful for my amazing living space that feels so good to be in, and I am grateful for my interactions with others, both in person and in cyberspace, and I am grateful for my coffee maker that creates a perfect morning drink for me, and I am grateful for…” Again, the words you choose are the right ones for you. Next move to Appreciation. Appreciation feels a little more connected than Gratitude, which is why you should move through Thanks, to Gratitude, and then to Appreciation. So now, take two minutes and mentally list everything you appreciate. Don’t worry if you repeat some things that you have already said. Your inner monologue may be something like “I appreciate my spouse who loves me so much, and I appreciate my body and all its health and wisdom, and I appreciate my dog who always seems connected and free, and I appreciate Source Energy and its consistent flow of well-being into my experience, and I appreciate…”

If you do these three simple exercises, you will feel a shift in your vibration. You will feel an expansion in the way you feel. You will be able to move into love and bliss. You will have done the inner work required to change your world for the better. You will be able to carry this vibration into your whole day. Happy Thanksgiving!  Chris-GP

Live As If Your Love Depended On It!

I was thinking this morning about the phrase “as if your life depended on it,” like when someone says “run as if your life depends on it.” It has several angles worth examining. When you say that your life depends on something, it tends to get your attention. With attention comes focus, and through focus we get clarity. When you are clear about what you want, it is easier to become aligned with an idea. When you are aligned, the Law of Attraction does it’s magic and brings more things to you that are a match to the alignment you have created. So anything that gets your attention can be of benefit to your progress as you create a deliberate life of bliss and connection.

But does your life really depend on something for its existence? Aren’t we eternal beings? Surely we will all make a transition someday back into pure, positive energy. But that won’t be an end, it will just be another transition in an ever-unfolding Universe of expansion. So if we fear death as an end, it can certainly get our attention and give us focus and motivation…but it may cause us to chase our connection to Source from a disconnected, fear-based focus. So I don’t recommend creating focus through fear. So the phrase, “live as if your life depended on it” seems less helpful from this perspective.

So this morning I am using the following phrase to focus my attention to my wellbeing: “Today I live as if my love depends on it!” I am an eternal being. My life is assured. The only real question I have today, then, is whether or not I am allowing my full connection to Source Energy (Love) or not. When I live as if my love depends on it, I take a focused look at how I feel today, knowing that I can open in love, or I can turn from love and be closed off from it. When I choose thoughts that feel good as I think them…thoughts of gratitude, appreciation, wellbeing, etc., I open up my consciousness to higher and higher (better feeling) vibrations. I become a conduit of love and connection. I uplift everyone in my experience (even through cyberspace). Choose today to pay attention to how you feel, and see if you can allow more love into your vibration. Love yourself first, and then let that love radiate out everywhere you go, into every interaction you have. Your life doesn’t depend on it, but your love does. Live in love today. You Can’t Get There From Here!

There is an old New England joke that goes something like this! STRANGER TO LOCAL: “Good morning sir. Do you know how to get to Bar Harbor?” (pronounced “Bar-har-bur”) LOCAL TO STRANGER: “Yup, I do…but you can’t get there from here.” (pronounced “they-ah from hee-ah”) The joke is funnier when you realize that there are some places in Maine that are close by across the water, but much farther by car. In essence, you have to drive somewhere else first to get there directly. The phrase makes perfect sense of another truth regarding the Law of Attraction: You can’t get to a new place (vibration, manifestation, etc.) from where you are…you have to become a match to the new vibration first.

Think about the things you are wanting to attract into your life: health, wellbeing, a new relationship, prosperity, a new job…whatever it may be. You can’t get there from here. The reason you don’t have it is because you are vibrating (sending out a signal to the Universe) as a person without it. You may be confused at this point because of all our posts about being present and living in the NOW. You may ask “how can I live in the now and hold a vibration different than the one I have now?” Indeed, this is a paradox. The trick is letting yourself feel the feeling of being or achieving the new thing in this moment. This is different than seeing yourself achieving or being this thing in the future. Another way to think of this is to realize that you are not attracting something new to you, but you are instead changing into a new person who has the new thing. When you say “I’ll be different when I have money,” the implication (vibration) is “I have no money.” You can’t get there from here.  But you can allow yourself to feel prosperous NOW, and to feel like the new person NOW, and to take action like a prosperous person NOW, and to be in a new vibration of prosperity NOW. You will have moved from here to there, to a place where you can feel like the new person with the new and present vibration, and Law of Attraction can then bring the full manifestation into your awareness very quickly. Be willing to change, and be playful about your thoughts. Linger in feelings that feel good while you think them. Even a little shift from where you are, into a direction of where you would rather be, will harness the Law of Attraction in very powerful ways. Look For (And See) The Evidence of Your Wellbeing

The rules of the Law of Attraction are quite easy to understand, but are perhaps more difficult to practice deliberately. Simply stated, you attract to you the things that match your vibration. Your life, then, unfolds perfectly based on what the Universe “hears” you asking for. You never stop asking, however. You ask with every thought, with every thing you observe, and with every interaction you have with everything. We are all perpetual askers. Another way to say this is that you ask for what you want by focusing on it, and you ask for what you don’t want by focusing on it. Both (wanted and unwanted) are drawn into your experience by your attention to them. It makes sense, then, to give your full attention to the things you want so that you can manifest the wanted things into your experience.

If you have been playing with these ideas, but are a little frustrated that things are not happening more quickly for you, you may be taking score too soon. Once you have asked for something, usually by living some contrast that clarifies what you do want…you need to change your focus slightly. If you keep thinking of yourself as someone who needs the new thing, you may be keeping yourself in a pattern where the Universe brings you more of the same. Universal Forces line you up with things that match the essence of where you are…but the Law of Attraction doesn’t care if you are experiencing something, or just living it in your imagination: it matches you up with more of where you think you are vibrationally. For example, if you ask for money because you don’t have much, the Universe “hears” you and lines you up with more money. But the vibration you need to align with to manifest it fully is “I have more money” and not “hey, where’s my money!” It’s an amazing Catch 22 here…you can’t have it until you feel you already have it…but as long as you don’t have it, it’s tricky to feel like you have it.

Here is something I suggest to get you through the doubt stages of manifestation. Once you have identified something you are asking for, be it prosperity, a new relationship, a better job, or whatever, relax and affirm that your “work” is completed. Visualize the essence of this thing in your mind, and see it already coming to you in full form and completion. Feel the complete thrill of having it already. See yourself enjoying it in as many ways as you can imagine. See yourself telling others how much fun you are having with the thing in your experience. Picture it, but more importantly feel and love the essence of it right now.

Once you have done this visualization (and do it as often as you can), start looking right away for evidence of it coming to you, and be grateful and appreciative for every sign you see. If you are looking for more money, pick up that penny in the street and tell yourself “see, I am prosperous and the Universe brings me unexpected income. This is just the tip of the ice burg for me.” Resist the temptation to say something like “just a penny? Universe, I never have enough. You didn’t HEAR me, did you?” If you look for the small clues, and affirm that they are attached to bigger and bigger clues that eventually usher in the full manifestation, you will rejoice in the smaller evidence as if it were the whole experience coming into your full awareness. The clues ARE there. Your wellbeing is assured. Let go, look for evidence of it, and appreciate the magic of the Law of Attraction. Enjoy this most amazing day!  Chris-GP

To Truly Receive, You Must Be Willing To Give Freely!

Freely giving can be difficult to do. It can be scary. It can bring up all kinds of stuff around abundance, worthiness, and thoughts of lack. From a “realistic” and practical standpoint, it would stand to reason that the more you give, the less you actually have. In fact, the opposite is true. Remember that the Universe is based on the Law of Attraction, and that you can’t hold one vibration and attract a different vibrational experience at the same time. You get what you are a match to. You get more of what you are thinking and living on a regular basis. It all happens magically, through the ever-consistent and every-fair Law of Attraction. If you are unaware of the average vibration you are maintaining, just look to see how your life is unfolding. Are you excited about what has come and also about what is yet to come? Are you knowing that through your thoughts you are allowing the energy that will let the essence of what you want flow easily to you? If you are, keep on doing what you are doing…it’s working for you. If not, consider looking at your patterns of giving, with this slight twist: Giving can be, but doesn’t have to be, about money. Giving is a state of vibration where you give your love and appreciation freely to everyone and everything in your experience. You certainly can leave a bigger tip for a waitress, or buy something for a friend as a surprise, or donate money to a charity…this is all a form of giving. If you are doing this and asking “why am I not receiving in proportion to my giving?’ you may be stuck in the way you give love, gratitude, and appreciation. The next time you notice someone who has the “stuff” you want, be it a job, a car, a relationship, a website, or whatever, pay attention to how you feel about them. Are you jealous? Do you feel afraid that they might be taking all the pieces of the pie and leaving you behind? Do you get nervous that they might keep you away from the stuff you are hoping to attract? In our discussions at GP we have noticed a tendency to do this, and we are deciding to pay closer attention to these thoughts from here on out.      When we see someone enjoying the very things we are wanting, we are going to stop, change the directions of our thoughts away from withholding our gratitude and appreciation, to fully giving our love, appreciation and gratitude to them. When you give the best of your vibration, loving and appreciating these people, you become a match to what they have. You no longer vibrate as a person who can’t get these things, but rather as a person who is part of these things. You enjoy the things as if they were yours, and you give them every bit of your gratitude for letting you share, even from the sidelines, a little piece of their success. This is giving too.
