Feeling Good Simply Feels…Good!

Law of Attraction works all day, every day, no matter how you feel. It simply lines you up to experience life according to how you feel on average. So if you think and feel, and think and feel, and reach for thoughts that are optimistic, Law of Attraction will match the vibration and expand your experience to the level of optimistic. Life simply works out, and you become one of the “lucky” people that seem to be n the right places at the right times.

But there is always a possibility of finding the best in any moment or situation, and gratitude is an excellent tool for moving from feeling bad to feeling better.

You Can Get There…But Not From Here!

Think about the things you are wanting to attract into your life: health, wellbeing, a new relationship, prosperity, a new job…whatever it may be. You can’t get there from here. The reason you don’t have it is because you are vibrating (sending out a signal to the Universe) as a person without it. You may be confused at this point because of all our posts about being present and living in the NOW. You may ask “how can I live in the now and hold a vibration different than the one I have now?” Indeed, this is a paradox. The trick is letting yourself feel the feeling of being or achieving the new thing in this moment.

Your Vibrational Offering Is What Matters Most!

The Law of Attraction is a very consistent law of the Universe. Simply stated, we get more of what we think about. But mastering the Law of Attraction is not as simple as thinking certain thoughts and ignoring other thoughts. The reason why is that the Universe responds to your vibration, and not to your words. So when you attempt to think certain words, without paying attention to how you feel when you think the words, you may be attracting something different than what you think you are attracting. It’s always about the vibration you are sending out…which is why it makes good sense to expand your skills of knowing how you feel. This explains, to a large degree, why people are surprised by what they attract. I will hear someone say “there is absolutely no way that I attracted this event into my experience.”

Receiving Is As Powerful as Giving!

Afterward we would usually pop in for a quick and cheap breakfast at a local cafe. I was so appreciative of the time, and I wanted to show it by picking up the tab for breakfast. I picked up the tab for the first several times, and then one day she stopped and insisted that I NOT pay so that she could pay. I resisted. She finally said to me that “she who pays has the power of giving, but she who receives has the power of receiving.”

Consider Making Your Vocation Your Vacation!

But what about if you don’t love your job, or what if you really dislike your job? You have two choices. You can use this feeling of unhappiness to launch a new desire for a better job, and then you can be ready to act when the time for inspired action arrives. Or you can just complain, tell a sad story to anyone who will listen, and whip up an amazingly disconnected feeling every time you think of your work. Obviously only the first choice is the productive choice. But it can be difficult to see something positive inside something you have whipped up to a negative feeling/vibration. Remember that the Law of Attraction can only bring you more of what you have, so it is never in your best interest to perpetuate a story that feels bad. Instead, you have to tell a different story to anyone who will listen.

The Benefits of Daily Exercise: “Just Do It!”

Next, it is important to remember why we benefit from exercise in the first place. We are all familiar with the oxygenation of the blood, and the lengthening and strengthening of muscle groups. But this is a website about the Law of Attraction, right? How does this all play into health and fitness? Glad you asked! We know that what you experience is a direct result of the thoughts and vibrations you offer over time. To be healthy, you have to either feel healthy, or offer no resistance toward your wellbeing. We also know that contrast creates a desire and an asking that in turn causes your expansion into greater wellbeing. In other words, you can either simply allow your well being by feeling fit and healthy, or you can create an expansion through a particular kind of contrast we will call “exercise!”

Let The “Rising Tide” Lift Your Emotional Boat!

“A rising tide lifts all boats.” The tide doesn’t go around lifting each one, as if worrying about missing one. The tide is powerful, and has an immediate effect on all boats. So it is with the Law of Attraction. When you take time to listen to your inner guidance, and really pay attention to your Emotional Guidance System (using the Vibrational Scale as a reference), your connection to Source Energy raises and expands. You need to attend to this connection first, and then see the magic that happens next. The “problems” you had on your mind will either seem smaller, or you will have new insights as to how to solve them. You will receive the gift of inspired action which will help you move through the day in efficient strides that move you ahead.
