Afterward we would usually pop in for a quick and cheap breakfast at a local cafe. I was so appreciative of the time, and I wanted to show it by picking up the tab for breakfast. I picked up the tab for the first several times, and then one day she stopped and insisted that I NOT pay so that she could pay. I resisted. She finally said to me that “she who pays has the power of giving, but she who receives has the power of receiving.”
But what about if you don’t love your job, or what if you really dislike your job? You have two choices. You can use this feeling of unhappiness to launch a new desire for a better job, and then you can be ready to act when the time for inspired action arrives. Or you can just complain, tell a sad story to anyone who will listen, and whip up an amazingly disconnected feeling every time you think of your work. Obviously only the first choice is the productive choice. But it can be difficult to see something positive inside something you have whipped up to a negative feeling/vibration. Remember that the Law of Attraction can only bring you more of what you have, so it is never in your best interest to perpetuate a story that feels bad. Instead, you have to tell a different story to anyone who will listen.
When you give this much energy and attention to a subject, and when you let Law of Attraction do the heavy lifting for you, you will soon have the essence of what you have wanted. Your constant attention to the desires summons a powerful Vortex of Attraction that aligns events and circumstances, creating a glorious manifestation of prosperity in the present.
But Law of Attraction works the same way for big things as it does for small things. The main difference is how our practiced thoughts become more and more common in our thinking. Once you practice a thought long enough, YOU begin to believe it, and then Law of Attraction has no problem sending you manifestations to match the beliefs.
Love the fact that by enjoying the idea, you are setting into motion the energy of the Universe, and the magnetic forces of Law of Attraction. Be excited that you get to create your tomorrow through your thoughts today, and that you are not limited by anything except your ability to sustain your dreaming. If you can dream it, it really CAN be yours!
Law of Attraction is managing all of this for you, of course, and there is no way that anyone or anything can keep you from attracting the things that you are a vibrational match to.
Intuition is the path through which information can be received without excessive interference by the Ego. Have you ever noticed that if you think too much about anything, you can either talk yourself into or out of doing it? In the process of thinking too much, you may doubt your decision and start avoiding making any decision at all? Likewise, how many times have you been struck in the moment by a feeling that feels absolutely right…and a desire to move ahead in full connection? I think that everything we need to know IS there for us to discover in the exact moment we need it. I believe that intuition is always present to guide us through the day. If we choose to hear it and act upon it, I think we have an opportunity to live a connected, magical and spontaneous life.
You thought about it, dreamed about it, and held it as your pure desire over time. Then, almost suddenly and with the help of Law of Attraction, it’s yours.
In the old west, every cowboy knew how to catch a wild animal using his lasso. He would spot the animal running or resting, and he would throw the rope over part of it and draw it back to him. The Law of Attraction works kind of like a lasso too. Whenever you give your attention to anything, it is like casting a vibrational lasso and pulling this thing toward you.
So today, just notice how you are feeling and do your best to relax, find a feeling that feels better to you than the one you are feeling, and move up the scale…not pretending, but instead cultivating. Be real, and just feel. Soon you will be able to move up the Vibrational Scale quickly, and you will be in a range that feels good more of the time…you will be inside the Vortex of creation where vibrational alignment is the rule.
