Expand To Give (and Receive) Freely

You surely remember the old saying “It is better to give than it is to receive.” I heard that phrase very early in my life, and I have always been interested in giving to others when I can. I think we all occasionally struggle with how much giving and receiving we should do, and at times I have been better at one or the other while trying to balance both. Back in October there was a GP post about giving and receiving, and I want to expand on that post a bit today. Another GP post in October by Hannya also related a great giving-receiving story. You may want to read (or re-read) these before digesting today’s topic if you have the time.

Practice Your Allowing Through Stretching!

If you have things in your life that you can’t figure out how to allow, why not practice allowing smaller things, and then work on up to the bigger things? This stretching/yoga (I’ll call it a meditation) technique gives you almost instant gratification, and works on exactly the same laws that create and allow friends, cars, relationships, prosperity, ocean-front homes, and the like. Get good at allowing wellness in the here and now, and the bigger things will be on the way very soon.

It’s Fun To Define Your Personal Preferences!

I love to define my preferences, and I love knowing that the Law of Attraction is the delivery system I can count on to bring it to me. I have preferences set for my job, my mate, my art, my car, my pets, my living spaces, my body, my friends, and the list goes on and on. It’s fun to get to decide on all of these. When something isn’t working anymore, I get to imagine it in a better light, and I get to enjoy the coming improvement. I get what I prefer as long as I don’t cancel the order. How FUN! What are you ordering from the Vibrational Universe today? What do you prefer you life to be like? Put that order in and have fun today while the order is processed. Before you know it it will be on your door step.

Optimisim Is A Choice!

Notice today what your thoughts and words feel like. Are they optimistic or pessimistic? Do your thoughts and words lead you to feelings that feel better or feelings that worse? Just notice. If you find that you inject part your day with pessimism, acknowledge that optimism is a choice, just as pessimism is also a choice. Each can be practiced just as easily as the other. In every moment you can choose to see the best, or the worst. You can reach for the best thought you can find, or you can reach for the worst thought you can find. It’s all up to you, and by paying attention you will be empowered to choose consciously today.

“With Our Thoughts, We Make The World.”

I have a wonderful piece of chiseled and painted stone (pictured here) hanging in my house. The text is a quote from Buddha Skakyamuni (b.624 BC): “We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.” For people who are just coming to know and understand the Law of Attraction, it seems like a New-Age revelation. These laws are as old as Source Energy, and though you may be discovering them recently, humans on planet Earth have been aware of these laws for a very, very, very long time. The idea that we create our reality through our thoughts has been documented and discussed as long as records have been kept, and the same message is interwoven throughout most every religious tradition, and even through scientific inquiry.

Learn To Be More Agreeable With Yourself (Part 2)

Today I am going to take the first agreement from the book “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz and relate it to my understanding of the Law of Attraction. If you think about the Law of Attraction, and if you remember that LoA responds to your vibration, the “word” takes on a more profound meaning.

Feeling Good Simply Feels…Good!

Law of Attraction works all day, every day, no matter how you feel. It simply lines you up to experience life according to how you feel on average. So if you think and feel, and think and feel, and reach for thoughts that are optimistic, Law of Attraction will match the vibration and expand your experience to the level of optimistic. Life simply works out, and you become one of the “lucky” people that seem to be n the right places at the right times.

Source Energy Is Calling! Is Your Ringer On?

Source will call you toward the perfect circumstances that Law of Attraction has organized for you, but you have to respond to the call. Turn your ringer on. The beauty of all of this is that you can’t stop Source’s call to you. You can ignore it, but the call continues, consistently and constantly. It never gives up. So when you are ready and willing, pick up on this calling, and let the magic of your inspired life come alive.

You Can Get There…But Not From Here!

Think about the things you are wanting to attract into your life: health, wellbeing, a new relationship, prosperity, a new job…whatever it may be. You can’t get there from here. The reason you don’t have it is because you are vibrating (sending out a signal to the Universe) as a person without it. You may be confused at this point because of all our posts about being present and living in the NOW. You may ask “how can I live in the now and hold a vibration different than the one I have now?” Indeed, this is a paradox. The trick is letting yourself feel the feeling of being or achieving the new thing in this moment.
