<!-- End BidVertiser code --> </div><p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/Jacaranda-Tree_1700.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1805" title="Jacaranda-Tree_1700" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/Jacaranda-Tree_1700.jpg" alt="" width="250" height="161" /></a>Last weekend I celebrated a right of passage that many go through around this time of the year; I graduated from college.  And it only took me 27 years to do it!  The subject for how and why it took 27 years is for another day.  What I want to talk today about is <em>illusions</em>.</p>
<p>All the time that it took me to finally get to this monumental occasion, I had built up inside of myself a sort of vision of how it would feel to finally graduate from college.  Being a romantic at heart, I knew how it would feel, I knew how it would look, I even knew what it would <em>smell</em> like.  Yes, I know it sounds a little strange, but to me, graduating from a major university has a special smell associated with it. Some might say that it is the smell of all the beautiful <a title="Jacaranda Tree" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Jacarandatree.jpg" target="_blank">Jacaranda</a> trees blooming, and the other delicious smells that Mother Nature brings to us every spring, but this smell is different.  To me, graduating from college had a clean, sweet smell of success; and almost lofty aroma that lifts your very being to heights unknown to any other person but yourself.  The closer the actual day came; the more I looked forward to experiencing those sights and sounds, feelings and smells. I knew that they were mine, because I had focused on them so hard, and as I have come to know from the <em><strong>Law of Attraction</strong></em>, I knew that whatever I gave my attention to would bring me more of what I was thinking and feeling (and smelling) about.</p>
<p>And finally, the big day arrived!  Like any individual who has focused long and hard on a dream, I flew out of bed like a kid on Christmas morning, eager to greet the day and claim the prizes that I had stored up for myself in the <em><strong>Universe</strong></em>.  I raced through my morning routines and rituals like a gazelle so that I could get to the “good stuff” faster.  But when I arrived at the “BIG MOMENT,” that moment that I had been dreaming, thinking, and feeling about for so many years, I was met with……….<em>nothing</em>.  Well, nothing like what I had THOUGHT it would be like.</p>
<p>The place had not been transformed into the great Romanesque halls with the Ivy streaming down the sides like you see in the movies and on TV; there was no feeling of being elevated to heights unknown&#8230; there was no backlighting shinning down when I stepped up to receive my diploma&#8230;and no heralding trumpets to announce the entrance of the graduates.  There wasn’t even that special smell that I had waited and wished for year after year after year.  In fact, the whole thing felt kind of…….ordinary and mundane. I felt ripped off!!! “Hey <em><strong>Universe</strong></em>…..where’s my sights and sounds, feelings and smells???”</p>
<p>Before I go on, let me say that graduating from college was a wonderful experience!  It just wasn’t the experience I had hoped for.  I, like so many of us, had fallen under the spell of <strong><em>Illusion.</em></strong> I had fallen in love with the things that were not in alignment with <em><strong>Source</strong></em>, and thus allowed myself to be taken down the gilded pathway of <em>Illusion </em>where absolutely everything is possible, even if it is not practical or within vibrational reach. The result was that I felt unfulfilled.  “Is this it?  Is this all there is?”  It took me a couple of days to come to grips with the fact that graduation was not what I had hoped it would be, but I also gained some valuable insights into how the <em>Law of Attraction </em>and our own <em><strong>vibrational match points </strong></em>work.</p>

<!-- End BidVertiser code --> </div><p>Everyone has wants and desires, and this is what drives us to create new and better experiences in our lives.  Whatever that desire is, you must first take a look at how well you match the desire vibrationally, and then make the needed adjustments in order for your vibration to come into alignment with the desire that you have.  Since you cannot attract anything that is outside of your <strong><em>vibrational range</em>,</strong> it is a futile attempt to try and attract something that, at least for the time being, cannot be yours.  It will only bring you great frustration.</p>
<p>The healthier thing to do is to start by <em>reaching for something that is within your vibration</em>. Accept the present with <em><strong>gratitude</strong></em>, and as you lift your vibrational range, all the gifts that are yours from the <em>Universe</em> will start flowing into your experience.  The campus of the school where I graduated from is a beautiful campus.  All of the Jacaranda trees around the school are in full bloom, giving off their sweet perfume.  I was surrounded by my loving family and friends, and I have many good memories that have been captured forever through the invention of the photograph.  I worked long and hard to get what many people have taken for granted, and that makes the moment all the more sweet.  I don’t need the Romanesque buildings, the Ivy, the heralding trumpets and that special smell.  I’ve got the real thing, and I thank the <em>Universe</em> for helping me get what I desired for so many years.</p>

a statement or proposition that, despite sound (or apparently sound) reasoning from acceptable premises, leads to a conclusion that seems senseless, logically unacceptable, or self-contradictory.</p>
<p>When you become a student and practitioner of the <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>, you come to realize that there are easy parts to accept, and also that there are parts that take some faith to accept. For example, if you want proof that <em>Law of Attraction</em> works, focus on feeling better for 30–60 seconds, and notice how you gain access to thoughts that feel even better. Focus on something for a day, and notice yourself finding unlimited thoughts that support the topic. Give a topic your full attention for a week, and you will feel it building and multiplying in your vibration. Focus your undivided attention on something for a month and see how it manifests in your life in multiple ways. The proof is in the changes you see and feel, and you gain momentum the more you do it.</p>
<p>But sometimes we all get stuck, and it feels as if nothing is changing. This is the paradox. If you give your undivided attention to something you want, you will see proof of progress in somewhere between 30 seconds to 30 days. But if you have something you have been wanting for much longer, you may have been missing a key step to manifesting everything you want: <em>imagining that you already have it right now</em>!</p>
<p>But wait, you say, how can I feel like I have something that I don&#8217;t have? And that&#8217;s the key&#8230;if you <em>feel</em> like you have it, <em>Law of Attraction</em> can deliver it to you in a real-life manifestation in 30 days or less. So if you think about the thing, and then feel bad that you don&#8217;t have it, and then desire it even more, and then feel worse that it hasn&#8217;t come to you yet, you get into a cycle that feels like being stuck in the same place. What you have to do is take a leap of faith: feel the joy of having it right now.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s take weight loss as an example of this paradox. If you have decided that you want to lose some weight, then your first step is to simply notice what you say to yourself in your thinking on the topic of your weight. If you have been trying for a while to lose weight, then your thinking will have some contradictory vibrations. Sometimes you will feel optimistic about losing weight, and sometimes you will hate thin people, and you will feel guilt, shame, and even sadness around your present weight. <em>Law of Attraction </em>responds to all of this, and you get into a &#8220;two steps forward, two steps back&#8221; cycle. It seems like nothing is changing. Once you catch yourself in this cycle (and you will), just laugh at your thoughts and remember that they are simply thoughts.</p>
<p>Your goal is to reach for a thought that feels true, but that also allows <em>Law of Attraction</em> to work in your favor. The thought &#8220;I am exactly 120 pounds&#8221; might be too much of a stretch. But the thought &#8220;I am attracting my perfect weight&#8221; might have a ring of truth for you in this moment. Love the thought in this moment. Eventually you will find thoughts that feel true, and that reinforce the reality of the condition you are manifesting. You might think &#8220;my clothes fit so well, and I look great. People treat me like a very healthy person.&#8221; If you hold this kind of thought it will manifest in 30 days or less. It&#8217;s feeling good NOW that matters, and also staying in a good-feeling place on the topic.</p>
<p>The paradox is simply stated: If you want something, feel good about it now, as if you already have it. Experience the joy of it now, in your vibration. Don&#8217;t focus on NOT having it&#8230;feel like it&#8217;s yours already. When<em> Law of Attraction</em> hears &#8220;this is my reality,&#8221; it agrees every time and brings it to you quickly and expertly. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/attraction.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1787" title="attraction" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/attraction.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="299" /></a>I just love the <em><strong>Law of Attraction</strong></em>, and I love knowing that what I give my attention to is magnified and manifested over time. I know that what I see, and the experiences I find in my NOW today are a perfect match to what I have been attracting through my vibration. I like paying attention to how I feel and adjusting as the day goes on. I also like the idea that there is only inclusion, and things can&#8217;t &#8220;get me&#8221; that I don&#8217;t invite in, then I really am in control of my experience. This feels good.</p>
<p>But with the oh-so-good- feeling of ultimate control in my life comes the responsibility to guide my experience. I can&#8217;t simply look to others to tell me what to do, because they can&#8217;t feel what I am feeling. They haven&#8217;t walked in my vibrational shoes, and they can&#8217;t possibly be feeling my guidance as strongly as I can. (Actually, I don&#8217;t think they can feel MY guidance at all&#8230;only their own!) Each person must <em>be</em> their own vibrational compass on the churning seas of their own personal reality. This is probably why some people resist ideas like the <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>&#8230;it&#8217;s seems less complicated to just &#8220;follow the rules&#8221; of parents, teachers, or social institutions who are more than willing to tell you how you should behave. I get it, and it is a responsibility I gladly take on&#8230;with joy and bliss, and purpose!</p>
<p>OK, so I have this charge to guide my experience, and I know that I can be, do, or have anything that I can <em>achieve vibrational harmony with</em>. As I said, I have fun observing what I am getting and then adjusting&#8230;but how do I more carefully and consciously create a specific experience, with obvious manifestations that I can recognize when they arrive? I have struggled with this in the past, because when I get to the point of deliberate focus, <em>I&#8217;m not always sure what I should ask for</em>! I have friends who can blurt out the things they want, no thinking at all, just here&#8217;s my list. Jealous. I know that contrast creates desire, and I don&#8217;t really need to worry too much about all of this. When I experience contrast it helps me ask for something else, and then the &#8220;asking&#8221; is done. But I am ready to move into a new level of asking&#8230;deliberate, focused asking.</p>
<p>Here is one method I used for finding out what I want. I asked myself if I am keeping myself from wanting because I don&#8217;t really believe I am allowed to ask for certain things. What I mean is, I might really want a new car, but I might be afraid to want it too much because I might not believe that I can afford it. So my belief in not having the money to buy a car could be keeping me from asking for it. OK, so I got a piece of paper and wrote &#8220;Money is no object for me. What do I want?&#8221; I had to be willing to let the first sentence sink in, because I could feel myself resisting the outlandish concept that money didn&#8217;t play into the equation. But once I let the money block go, my imagination began to take wings. This process uncovered other blocks to my brainstorming that I wasn&#8217;t even aware of. As I shed each limiting belief, at least for the exercise, I found no end to the things I was willing to draw to me&#8230;things that felt great to me while thinking about them.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Healthy-Food.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1755" title="Healthy-Food" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Healthy-Food-300x276.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="276" /></a>Since the start of the new year, my husband and I have been experimenting with eating different kinds of food. Our &#8220;normal&#8221; diet was not unlike the majority of people living in the United States today: few greens, lots of pasta, snacks, burgers, steak, sushi, good beer, great wine, and a martini to start happy hour. We had not experienced serious health concerns with this diet over the last 10 years, and except for a few extra pounds we thought we felt fine.</p>
<p><strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> is an interesting thing, because we set out a desire to lose a few pounds in the new year, and we simply kept to the <em><strong>feeling</strong></em> of the idea. We stayed open to the feeling of losing weight, or better put, we did our best to feel thinner and enjoy the feeling of being 10 pounds lighter. In the nidst of feeling better we came across a diet plan that we had never heard of before: The Ph Miracle! I&#8217;ll write about this diet plan in detail at a later date, but suffice to say that it has changed our life for the better.</p>
<p>What <em>Law of Attraction</em> brought us was a new framework to think about health. This diet might not resonate with everyone, but it works for us. What we like about it is we get to eat all we want and not count calories, ever. The food tastes good, and it makes our bodies find a perfect weight, which for us has been 10-15 pounds less in a matter of two months. Now we are maintaining our new lower weight, and we continue to embrace the new culinary choices that we attracted. When we &#8220;cheat&#8221; and fall back to our old choices, we notice a difference in how we feel, how our bodies react to the food, and also how we feel in terms of mood swings.</p>
<p>In a nut shell, this diet includes all green vegetables, good salts including pure sea salt, some fish, almonds, avocados, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, healthy oils, and spices. It does not include sweet fruits, wheat, alcohol, caffeine, meat, sugar, and a whole host of other &#8220;fun&#8221; stuff we used to eat. But let me tell you, three days on this diet and you will feel your mood shift for the better&#8230;and fast. You will notice more bliss, connection to <strong><em>Source</em></strong>, and a renewed zest for living that you may have long forgotten.</p>
<p>Eating used to make me happy, then bum me out when I was done. I felt heavy and bloated. I was not excited to do the next thing on my schedule. Now, I never feel really hungry, yet I eat all day. My moods are better, and I am generally more happy. I know that <em>Law of Attraction</em> is attracting all the things I want, because I feel better. How I feel is everything, and my new food choices have helped me attain this improved state. You can do it too. You don&#8217;t need to do this particular diet, but you can start experimenting with food choices while you just take inventory of how you feel. Eat your way back to feeling great. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/the_four_agreements_by_don_miguel_ruiz.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1614" title="the_four_agreements_by_don_miguel_ruiz" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/the_four_agreements_by_don_miguel_ruiz.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="291" /></a>Today I am going to take the third agreement from the book <a title="miguelruiz.com" href="http://www.miguelruiz.com/" target="_self">“The Four Agreements”</a> by Don Miguel Ruiz and relate it to my understanding of the<strong><em> Law of Attraction</em></strong>. If you haven’t read Part 3 of this series, you can click <a title="Learn To Be (Part 3)" href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/2011/02/21/learn-to-be-more-agreeable-with-yourself-part-3/" target="_blank">HERE</a> to see it before you read this post. In his book, the author discusses   how we inherit  certain beliefs as we grow from infancy into adulthood.   The beliefs we  hold come to form the basis for what we call “truth”  in  the world, and  our behavior is vastly shaped by those beliefs. We  make  an agreement with ourselves to call these beliefs “reality” and to  not  question them in our own minds. But if you adopt new agreements,   replacing the old ones, and decide to guide your life by them, your can   transform your life in a powerful way. Remember that the four NEW   agreements are:</p>
<p>1.     Be impeccable with your word.</p>
<p>2.     Don’t take anything personally.</p>
<p>3.     Don’t make assumptions.</p>
<p>4.     Always do your best.</p>
<p>The third agreement, <em>“Don&#8217;t Make Assumptions”</em> is an all-important one as it relates to the <em>Law of Attraction</em>. To &#8220;assume,&#8221; as an old, wise, yet humorous saying goes, makes an &#8220;ass&#8221; out of &#8220;u&#8221; and &#8220;me.&#8221;  The official definition of the word is:</p>
<p><em><strong>assumption |əˈsəm(p) sh ən|</strong></em><br />
<em><strong>noun</strong></em><br />
<em><strong>1 a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof.</strong></em></p>
<p>Assuming, by definition, means that you have no real proof that the event or situation is true, and it also means that you have a choice in terms of how you perceive the event or situation. We all make assumptions, often quite unconsciously, all the time. We might hear a beep in traffic and assume that someone is mad at us (when they really might know us), or we might assume that someone is ignoring us (when they just didn&#8217;t notice us). Assumptions become part of our daily routine and, over time, we ascribe our assumptions to blocks of reality that we never dare to question. The real question is, <em>do your assumptions serve your greater sense of well being, and do you assumptions help you feel better in this moment?</em> If you answered &#8220;yes and yes&#8221; then you are doing well with this third agreement.</p>
<p>Remember that the <em>Law of Attraction</em> responds to your average vibrational offering, and this vibration is always changing as you think and feel, and think and feel your way through every day. When you feel good, you are attracting the things that will feel good when they manifest. Likewise, when you feel bad or disconnected, you are attracting things that won&#8217;t feel great when they manifest. Yet being human on planet Earth means feeling good sometimes and bad other times&#8230;the key is to feel better, and to move your average vibration higher and higher. You do this by the thoughts you choose. Your assumptions directly affect your thoughts.</p>
<p>The next time you feel a disconnected thought, or a feeling that feels bad, notice if the thought is connected to an assumption you are making. Are you assuming that you hurt someone&#8217;s feelings? Are you assuming that you failed someone? Might you be assuming that something in the future will go wrong? In almost every case, you have a choice to drop the assumption and feel better in the moment. Because you have no real proof of the validity of the assumption, why not just ignore the possibility for now, until you get a better sense for what has, or what will, happen? I have noticed that I make assumptions that I can never prove, such as if a stranger thought I was nice of not. I may never see the person again, and I don&#8217;t need to assume anything about the interaction&#8230;the experience is only in my mind once it is over, and I get to choose how I perceive it.</p>
<p>Because I practice the conscious art of the <em>Law of Attraction</em>, I like to take this agreement one step further by being selective about my assumptions. If I make an assumption that feels bad, I do my best to drop it. But if I make an assumption that feels good, I just roll with it. A simple example would be: if I assume that something bad is going to happen I just let go of the thought, and remind myself that it is merely an assumption. But if I have a thought that all is well, or that something good will happen, I embrace the better-feeling thought and let it permeate my vibration. So my agreement with myself is really: <em>&#8220;Make No Bad-feeling Assumptions.&#8221; </em></p>
<p>I hope this makes sense to you. You have the power to feel better and better, and to attract the life you have been asking for and wanting. It is yours for the taking, as long as you are open to noticing how you feel. Use this agreement to your advantage and see the difference it can make in your life today. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/optimism.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1719" title="optimism" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/optimism.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="300" /></a>Today I would like to bring you some tips for using <em>optimism</em> to your advantage. Optimism is a key tool in harnessing the full power of the <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>, and it is nothing more than being picky about the thoughts you choose to think. Each person has a vibrational range, and this range is determined by the average feeling or vibrational content of the thoughts you have been thinking. If you haven&#8217;t read the GP post on <em>Using the Emotional Scale</em>, you may want to read it first by clicking <a title="GP post Emotional Scale" href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/2010/01/18/understanding-and-using-the-emotional-scale/" target="_self">HERE</a>. You only have access to thoughts that are close to your vibrational range, so trying to feel optimism when you are feeling doubt is next to impossible to do. But I like optimism as a default &#8220;go to&#8221; vibration for several reasons. Even if you are in the vibrational range of doubt, your job is to find the <em>best thought that you have vibrational access to</em>. Instead of having to remember what emotional label is above doubt (in this case it is <em>disappointment</em>) I reach for &#8220;an optimistic thought&#8221; in my range, which might move me into a little higher vibration. I find this easier to do (at least for me) than trying to feel disappointment. I reach for &#8220;optimistic doubt&#8221; and I land in something that feels better than doubt. From there, I do the same thing again and find some thoughts that could be called &#8220;optimistic disappointment,&#8221; even if I don&#8217;t use that label.</p>
<p>I believe that optimism is especially powerful because it includes a reference to both sides of the issue: the glass is half full, or it is half empty. It helps you choose to focus on the side of the issue that tells a better story. It looks objectively at something and makes the most out of it. It is a launching pad for climbing the emotional scale on any issue. It recognizes the choices you have with two distinct paths, one that leads you closer to where you want to be, and one that leads you away from your desired emotional destination. It is the opposite of delusional; it is grounded and realistic while still being a reach on the vibrational scale. (Incidentally, you can make a good case for the concept of being delusional too, forgetting about &#8220;reality&#8221; completely and giving thought only to your goal. Many successful people call this &#8220;being focused.&#8221;)</p>
<p>Do you consider yourself to be an optimist? I know some people that pride themselves on being a self-described &#8220;devil&#8217;s advocate&#8221; and finding the fault in any idea, plan, or brainstorm. They feel that they play an important role in the conversation by bringing everyone down to a realistic level. But they actually do themselves a disservice by lowering their own <em>emotional set point</em> of vibration, which inevitably keeps them feeling worse and worse. The &#8220;important role&#8221; of pessimist keeps them from manifesting their desires and askings, and their <strong><em>Source</em></strong> will never take a pessimistic view of anything&#8230;so they live out of alignment with their own inner being.</p>
<p>Notice today what your thoughts and words feel like. Are they optimistic or pessimistic? Do your thoughts and words lead you to feelings that feel better or feelings that worse?  Just notice. If you find that you inject part your day with pessimism, acknowledge that <em>optimism is a choice</em>, just as pessimism is also a choice. Each can be practiced just as easily as the other. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/the_four_agreements_by_don_miguel_ruiz.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1614" title="the_four_agreements_by_don_miguel_ruiz" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/the_four_agreements_by_don_miguel_ruiz.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="291" /></a>Today I am going to take the second agreement from the book <a title="miguelruiz.com" href="http://www.miguelruiz.com/" target="_self">“The Four Agreements”</a> by Don Miguel Ruiz and relate it to my understanding of the<strong><em> Law of Attraction</em></strong>. If you haven’t read Part 2 of this series, you can click <a title="Four Agreements Part 2" href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/2011/01/06/learn-to-be-more-agreeable-with-yourself-part-2/" target="_self">HERE</a> to see it before you read this post. In his book, the author discusses  how we inherit  certain beliefs as we grow from infancy into adulthood.  The beliefs we  hold come to form the basis for what we call “truth” in  the world, and  our behavior is vastly shaped by those beliefs. We make  an agreement with ourselves to call these beliefs “reality” and to not  question them in our own minds. But if you adopt new agreements,  replacing the old ones, and decide to guide your life by them, your can  transform your life in a powerful way. Remember that the four NEW  agreements are:</p>
<p>1.     Be impeccable with your word.</p>
<p>2.     Don’t take anything personally.</p>
<p>3.     Don’t make assumptions.</p>
<p>4.     Always do your best.</p>
<p>The second agreement, <em>“Don&#8217;t Take Anything Personally”</em> seems straight forward and easy to understand. No matter how things go for you, this agreement guides you to take other people&#8217;s intentions and reactions out of your personal vibrational equation. In other words, <em>what people think about you is really none of your business</em>. Yet you might worry that you could be perceived as insensitive if you really don&#8217;t care about what others think of you. This is true, but this worry misses the greater point of this agreement.</p>
<p>It is possible to be sensitive and aware of the feelings of others without allowing yourself to lose your personal connection to <em><strong>Source Energy</strong></em>. When you take things personally, you assign blame where no blame needs to be assigned. No matter what people do to you or for you, they are always living their life from their own personal vantage point. The decisions they make are all in relation to their personal perceptions and assumptions. They are always working within the <em><strong>Law of Attraction,</strong></em> and they are always getting a match to their own vibrational offerings. So when they do anything, it is always in relation to their own personal crossroad of experience&#8230;not in exclusive relation to YOU.</p>
<p>When you take things personally, you assume that your influence on another is a greater influence than their own thoughts, feelings, and actions&#8230;and this simply is not true. You are never responsible for the choices that others make, even if you feel like you are. It is much easier to decide that you will take responsibility for your own thoughts, feelings, and actions, and let others do the same. Make peace with where you are while you allow others to be who they are as well. Free yourself from the feelings of disconnection that come when you think others have wronged you in some way. It&#8217;s not personal, it&#8217;s just what happened.</p>
<p>The <em>Law of Attraction</em> always matches your vibration and gives you more of what you focus upon. When you take things personally, you lose your sense of higher, better-feeling connection to who you really are. You lose your own sense of direction, and you start to second-guess what you need to do to make the other person happy, or what to do back if they have wronged you in some way. This is all a waste of time and energy. Instead, decide that what others do is not a factor in your own ability to be connected to <em>Source</em>, and that you will maintain your happiness even when the going gets tough. Give the benefit of the doubt by remembering that <em>it&#8217;s never personal</em>. Then, once you release the chains of worry, you can find your center and thrive again.</p>
<p>Start today by just noticing when you take something personally. You will feel it in your vibration, and you will be able to consciously identify what seemed to make you feel that way. Then take the other person out of the equation by remembering that they didn&#8217;t tailor their actions as a personal attack on you, but rather they made the best decision for their own personal journey. There is much freedom gained when you adopt this agreement. Allow yourself to master it, and enjoy this most amazing day! Chris-GP</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Law of Attraction matches you with whatever you are vibrating, and you can't receive your prosperity when you are so very aware of NOT having enough. But how do you feel like you have enough when you clearly don't have enough? It's all about feeling better.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Money.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1705" title="Money" src="http://gratitudeplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Money-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>When you decided that you wanted more money and prosperity in all areas of your life, you probably came to that conclusion through not having enough. In fact, the less you have, the stronger your asking becomes. When you ask strongly through the experience of contrast, you create and draw to you the perfect solution in proportion to the asking. The circumstances that caused you to want more don&#8217;t magically disappear once you have asked strongly and the <strong><em>Universe</em></strong> has answered, however. There is always a buffer of time between the asking and the receiving. This is a good thing, because if there was instant manifestation, the world would be a chaotic place of drastic changes and you would not have the security of aligning with the vibration in real time.</p>
<p>And aligning is what your job is&#8230;once you have asked. So you realize that your money is running out, and you ask for more, and then you feel better, and then&#8230;BAM&#8230;an unexpected bill comes in the mail. And then you spiral downward into the asking vibration again. You might even pile on and reinforce the feeling with words &#8220;I&#8217;ll never get out of this mess,&#8221; or &#8220;what&#8217;s the use, I am destined to be broke forever.&#8221; These words are a natural outpouring in a step one, asking moment. But your job is to reach for statements that<em> feel a little better</em>, and to see if you can move closer to the receiving of the prosperity.</p>
<p>Receiving anything is connected to your ability to feel as if you have it NOW. You must do your best to imagine it, talk about it, take actions related to it, and enjoy the feeling of having it&#8230;in the present moment. <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> matches you with whatever you are vibrating, and you can&#8217;t receive your prosperity when you are so very aware of NOT having enough. But how do you feel like you have enough when you clearly don&#8217;t have enough? It&#8217;s all about feeling better.</p>
<p>If you are depressed about not having more money, see if you can feel angry about it for a few minutes. If anger is achieved, reach for something&#8230;anything&#8230;that gives you some relief. Maybe worry feels better. Only you know for sure. But keep reaching. The emotional/vibrational scale looks something like this:</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/Appreciation/Bliss<br />
Passion<br />
Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness<br />
Positive Expectation/Belief<br />
Optimism<br />
Hopefulness<br />

Pessimism<br />
Frustration/Impatience/Irritation<br />
Overwhelment<br />
Disappointment<br />
Doubt<br />
Worry<br />
Blame<br />
Discouragement<br />

Insecurity/Guilt/Unworthiness<br />
Fear/Grief/Depression/Despair/Powerlessness</span></p>
<p>Once you feel yourself getting to at least hopeful, you are nearing the place where <em>Law of Attraction</em> can bring you what you have asked for. When you get into this range, I recommend that you fuel it a bit with some specific <strong><em>affirmations</em></strong> that help you maintain the feeling, and that even increase it to a better-feeling level. Here are a few of my favorites:</p>
<ol>
<li><em>I always have enough money. When I am in need, something comes through at exactly the right time.<br />
</em></li>
<li><em>Unexpected income is speeding toward me right now. I fully accept this fact and receive the gifts today.</em></li>
<li><em>I am always provided for in every way. I am content and expectant. I know good things are on the way right now.</em></li>
<li><em>I expect to see evidence of my new prosperity today. I will look and see this evidence, no matter how small.<br />
</em></li>
<li><em>I bless my path today, and I expect more to come to me. I am open to receiving gifts beyond my wildest dreams.</em></li>
<li><em>I have asked, and now I allow my well being. I feel ready to receive strongly right now.</em></li>
<li><em>Bills or no bills, I love this life, and I relax into my prosperity. All is well.</em></li>
<li><em>I am grateful for my perfect timing in all things. My expanded income is rushing into my consciousness. I am rich in so many ways right now.<br />
</em></li>
<li><em>Love and light and expansion are who I am. I am ready to receive expanded riches and wellness.<br />
</em></li>
<li><em>My work is done. I relax and allow money to flow to me. I act on inspiration as I feel it. I am powerfully connected to my wellness. </em></li>
</ol>
<p>When you repeat these words, let yourself enjoy their vibrational pull. Don&#8217;t doubt it, but rather enjoy the feeling of having everything you want right now. Be childlike in your imagination. Have fun with it. The bills should not keep you from feeling better right now, and if you allow and let this process work for you, a vibrational manifestation of prosperity MUST be your experience. It is Universal Law. Once you feel better, the &#8220;real world&#8221; will shift and you will see hard and fast evidence of your creation through the contrast. Let it happen, don&#8217;t doubt it, and be well and prosperous today. Chris-GP</p>

<ol>
<li><strong>Asking – our work.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Answering – the Universe’s work</strong></li>
<li><strong>Receiving – our work</strong></li>
</ol>
<p>But do we always know when we in the vibrational state that enables us to participate in step 3?  Or, if you are like me, sometimes we can’t seem to help ourselves step out of alignment with who we really are.  Do you wish there was some way you could measure how aligned you were with the Stream of Well-Being?  Wouldn’t that make things so much easier?</p>
<p>Well, the Universe has answered our desire!  I help out with a website called <a href="http://intentiongym.com/">http://intentiongym.com</a> that enables you to measure the power of your intention.  Enter you email address – no other signup is required – and the site emails you up to two ‘workout sessions’ each day.  The sessions ask you to set your intention for a group of people in the file named in the email.  For example, this morning I was asked to focus my intention on “filing people in this file with abundant vibrant health.”</p>
<p>So, I relax and enter my ‘intending zone’, and visualize as the people full of joy, energy and light.  When I am done I click ‘reply’ to my email.  In about 30 seconds I get my results as to whether my intention has been powerful enough to help the people. I can’t tell you how good it feels when I win!  I then know that I am in the vibrational space when the <em>Law of Attraction</em> is working for me!</p>
<p>How does it work?  Research over the last 20 years at the Princeton University School of Engineering showed that people are able to influence randomly generated events.  IntentionGym uses this insight to provide you with a training program to hone your manifesting skills by taking a file of events, such as people, some of whom may have had health issues.  The system randomly splits the file and sends half to you.  (Note the random part as this is what makes it all work.)  You focus your intention and then reply to the email.  The system then compares your half with the control half to see which half has the most healthy people in it.  If it is your half then you win.  If it is the other half you lose.</p>
<p>In a <em><strong>Universe</strong></em> without the <em>Law of Attraction</em>, the odds are 50/50 that you win.  But it is amazing to see your ability to influence these files rise well above the average and get 8, 9 or even 10 out of 10 wins.  Of course it takes practice, but then so does golf.  What is great about IntentionGym is that, perhaps for the first time we have a way to practice the <em>Law of Attraction</em> so that step 1 and step 3 are as easy and natural for us as they are meant to be. -Maya</p>

We are eternal beings, and the essence of eternity is that it is never ending. If our existence is never ending, then we will never be complete, nor can we ever be forever &#8220;wrong.&#8221; There is no place or time when you will be able to say &#8220;finally, I am done&#8230;I am perfect and complete.&#8221; You will always be launching new desires that are incomplete, and you will always be reaching for more and more expression, expansion, and joy.</p>
<p>So when something doesn&#8217;t go your way, don&#8217;t fall into the trap of feeling like you have messed up forever. Instead just announce to yourself, or anyone who will listen, &#8220;I&#8217;ll just begin again.&#8221; Remind yourself that the past is already gone, and that you are on a never ending journey. Just begin again. And again. And again. Remind yourself that where you have been has no bearing on where you are and where you are going. Begin again. See yourself charting a new path toward everything you want to attract through <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong>. Begin again. Breathe. Begin again. Love. Begin again. All is well.
