If you meditate, you stop thought, and therefore you stop any resistant thought, and your stream of allowing increases. When you feel good you increase allowing. When you let go of the struggle, you increase allowing. When you share gratitude and appreciation, you increase your allowing. When you give compliments to others, or make the best of any situation, you increase your allowing. Any time you think the same vibrational thought as your Source does, you really ramp up your allowing. It’s really pretty cool.
